Our first time here. The food was delicious. The cappuccinos tasty, hot tea warms the chi! Highly recommend. All that could make it perfect would be a few couches, but has outdoor seating and a parking lot across the street. Happy Sunday!

this is my second and last time visiting this location. coffee was meh but drinkable. I ordered a taco and got to my car to drive to my next location and bite into the taco. It was flavorful but noticed a long piece of hair coming out of my mouth. I wanted to throw up. This is disgusting.

Our absolute favorite coffee place in Houston. Genuinely ultra high quality espressos, these guys take their beans to another level. Super nice staff. Children friendly space. Dogs friendly patio.

Cute coffee shop in the middle of the Heights near several boutiques. The inside provides some seating near the entrance windows with smaller tables near the wall and bar stool tables in the center. The shop itself is long and provides plenty of space for sitting. Outlets are near the wall but no one seemed to be fighting over one. When I first arrived around 2pm on a Tuesday, it was a pretty relaxing atmosphere. However, around 4pm it got pretty rowdy (a tad bit too loud for me to study with my headphones in). I really enjoyed the Mayan Mocha (dark coco, vanilla, and cayenne latte). The barista was really nice and greeted all the customers. Parking was set up differently than other places in houston with parking spots at ~90 degree angle from the road directly in front of the shop, but there were plenty when I arrived. Had a good time here but will probably return only during non busy hours (outside of 7-9 or 4-6) to work.

Vibe- Great spot for studying and working; there’s about 13 tables inside and each has 2-4 seats at it, there’s seats outside too. Customer service- Great! The barista that took my order was very nice! Food/drinks- I ordered an iced matcha latte with oat milk; I also heard their milk and honey latte is good too. Parking (only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars)- It honestly sucks! I just got lucky and found a spot right outside the shop.

Cute coffee shop with vegan and vegetarian options. I didn't try the food but the menu sounded delish. I had the Sea Turtle with oat milk. The size was a little small for me but I'm a big coffee drinker, so a bigger size is always better for me when it comes to coffee! #LocalGuide #vegan #vegetarian #coffee

If you’re here for the coffee and friendly, semi-boisterous atmosphere: 4.5/5 If you’re here to work, or for a more “peaceful” classic café experience: 1/5 Great place to grab a coffee (not tea— coffee), have a nice pastry, chat with a friend for 20-30 mins and leave. The music is not traditional, calming coffee shop music, it’s a bit loud and more indie/rock. Also, their wifi is not dependable, so don’t plan to get any work done. So has more of an indie coffee shop vibe than a comforting, heads-down café vibe. But if that’s what you’re going for, you’ll love it! Unfortunately I was here for a more classic café experience, hence my rating, but will still definitely be coming back when I want a different experience :)

It was our first time here, and after our experience, we won't be returning. Don’t Recommend this place if you don’t wanna ruin your mode!!!! The staff was incredibly rude, going so far as to dictate how we should place our coffee order. All we wanted was a simple request: one hot cup of water and a small amount of steamed milk. However, this seemingly straightforward order turned into a challenging task for them. Normally, when creamers are not self-served, the staff would steam the milk for your coffee. Unfortunately, I was given cold drip coffee instead. Frustrated, I approached one of the employees and asked her to either warm up my coffee or find a solution. While she did provide me with a new cup of coffee with steamed milk, she also took the opportunity to lecture me on how to place orders at other establishments in the future. To make matters worse, I overheard two girls gossiping about our request for hot water and steamed milk. It's important to note that we were more than willing to pay for this additional service. Overall, the place had a pleasant atmosphere, but the service was severely lacking.

Short review: First time here and will not be back. I don't recommend coming here. There are many better coffee shops in the area with much better parking. (Recommend Roast and Brew) Long review: Very minimal parking in front of the building. I had to drive on the side (of the strip) just to park. I just came to order and the person at the counter was less that pleasant. All drinks come in one size (about 10 oz) and are over priced. When I asked for a cup of ice, I was given an empty cup with about 5 cubes of ice. I had to ask again for a CUP of ice. The decor is definitely NOT my taste. The person who delivered my food, walked around the whole restaurant although I had my number in plain sight. I ultimately had to track her down myself. The best thing about my experience was the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant.

The first time here, the coffee choices are amazing (I need to try them all). The environment is nice. The place is decorated with artwork that is for sale nice! My coffee tasted great 👍 It's definitely a new spot to try over & over.

One of the best coffee shops in the Heights! We frequently bike here as its location right off the bike trail is fantastic. Absolutely love the milk and honey latte as well as the breakfast tacos. Inside seating is ample, but there are only about 4 tables outside and can be hard to snag at peak times.

Very wonderful, the barista there was so uplifting and talked to our girlies group with so much enthusiasm. Coffee was excellent, not as sweet as I normally like it but it was still very delicious. The quiche was great too!

My husband and I stopped by here on our way home from Galveston because we subscribe to Many Worlds Tavern for coffee and tea. Boomtown did not disappoint. We got the Spector and the Mayan and ended up splitting them evenly because we couldn't decide what we liked more.

Decided to pop in while I was visiting a friend in the Heights. Fun atmosphere with plenty of seating and their iced Americano was refreshing. Their blend of coffee beans is unique too. Small batch roasting reminds me of a microbrewery.

Great spot to study and grab something to eat as well! I ordered the iced matcha tea latte and it was delicious, not too sweet! I also ordered a taco which was bigger in size than I thought! Everyone was very kind there! The music they were playing was really nice because it set the vibe/atmosphere. The restrooms were clean! They had plugs by the table area to charge your devices! I will definitely be returning!

Lovely experience here. Staff were very friendly, menu had a lot of great options for food and drinks, and I had a fun ambulance. Would definitely recommend coming here to enjoy a chat with a friend, date, or even just to check out another Place in the Heights!

Nice little spot. The custom drinks are good and unique. We got a croissant and a kolache which were both fine but we weren’t given the option to have them warmed up. Lots of two-top tables so could be a good spot to go and get work done, although it’s pretty lively and not quite a cozy vibe. Probably better for going and chatting with friends over some snacks. Nice to visit if you’re in the area.

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST coffee shop in ALL of Harris County, (maybe even in all of Texas) The cost of the food here is about one-third of what you would pay at Common Bond. It's also a lot healthier! If you come here for breakfast, be sure to order the Quiche. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. If you come in the afternoon, the person taking your order might be Nadia, or Cody, two of the absolute kindest and nicest people you'll ever meet in all of Houston. If there is a better coffee shop in Houston, I haven't been there.

I am a regular great coffee. The staff is friendly and fast. Weekends are hard here. They also roast coffee with a variety of blends priced between 16$-22$ a pound. The mens range is well-priced While no longer a regular revisited a lovely Indonesia drip bottomless cup just great brilliant

Nice spot with a fresh breakfast menu and a ton of delicious coffee options. I’ve only ever had their coffee in beer collaborations before (Eureka Heights). Line was out the door, but it moved super quick. The coffee cake was delicious. Avocado toast was delicious too.

Love their unique take on various coffee drinks. Always find it fun when they are able to surprise you with a twist on something you order daily. Fun place to spend an hour relaxing and reading.

I visited this place as per it's ratings but as soon as I entered this place, there was some strange smell and humidity inside but the interiors were good. Tried their sea turtle house latte but was disappointed. The coffee had more of a chocolate taste than the coffee taste. 2/5

Great cold brew! I stopped in because there isn't a restroom any where near and the Cold Brew here is so good! The staff is quick and precise. They are welcoming and friendly. Soft music and plenty to choose on the menu without being overdone and unapproachable.

Cool spot to come get delish coffee. My favorite is The Ice Capp which has just a hint of sweetness and cinnamon while keeping the strong coffee flavor that I love. However some of the coffees are on the higher price range compared to other coffee houses.

Service was great and everyone was friendly however I Did have to wait a while In line and also to get my food. Food was honestly ok but nothing great in my opinion. Not worth the wait and the price. still a nice shop in a great location.

My fave coffee shop in houston. I always get the Milk + honey latte when I come here. I think the flavor is a really nice in between sweet and bitter coffee. Very enjoyable! 10/10 would recommend to anyone that comes to houston :)

Cute cafe with several vegan and glutenfree food options. The coffee is very good and they have plant-based milk options. Their patio is shaded and dog-friendly and the staff is very nice.
