🌟💯👏🏻 I just love this place, it is one of the best stores in the chain🌟! My family, friends and I have been customers since the opening, without ever disappointing us!! On the contrary, I increasingly love the organization, the cleanliness, the excellent quality of the products, the variety and great options, completed with the best, the always kind and attentive service from the whole team! 🤍I really appreciate it 🌟!! And during this terrible pandemic, this place and team were and continue to be impeccable!! Definitely one of my favorite places to do the shopping for my family and myself, as we love to be spoiled😂🥰!! 🤍♥️And by the way...My family and I are fully vaccinated! 🌟And we are # 100% with you in this procedure😷🥰!! It is a matter of respect !!

I came here looking for fresh flowers and was pretty unhappy with the condition of the flowers. I did find a great deal on a gallon of 365 water for 65 cents. For the flowers, I found a better selection at another market.

Stopped here the other day to get some white fish and green beans and was surprised they don’t have the full hot dishes available. Much smaller store than what I’m used to. They also don’t have the option to get almost any food made for you. On a Sunday night, slim pickings for soups and pizza. Chicken noodle soup is OK. This location used to have an on tap, wine bar – – where you could sample different drinks. That area in the back is now turned into an Amazon drop off pick up area. Small fruit section. Small floral section. Small meat and seafood sections. In general the store doesn’t have as many options as my usual one in Houston. But, overall better to have something than nothing.

This Whole Foods is always well stocked, clean, and most importantly, the employees always follow food safety precautions (wearing face mask now) such as clearly wearing a hair net AND a beard net when working in the seafood/meat area.

We were there to pick up an Amazon package and found the most delightful young lady working the booth. So friendly and polite. You can tell she enjoys working here and a genuinely nice person. We had no idea that Amazon owned Whole Foods.

More often than not the staff is rude to me. I see one particular employee on the balcony everyday cleaning windows and checking trash and she refuses to speak back. I hate to say that I feel like it’s a race issue, but I’m always very friendly so I don’t see any other reason for them to be rude to me. I once went in looking for the chantilly cupcakes and they only had chocolate. I asked if they would be making more of the originals and I was told by two people behind the bakery counter that they wouldn’t. I went back a few hours later and there were a ton of freshly baked chantilly cupcakes. There have been other incidents over the past 2.5 years so I felt the need to leave a review at this point because it doesn’t seem to be getting better.

I love this store. It’s a bit too expensive for all of my grocery shopping but I do like to get a few things there. I love their store made freshly squeezed oj. Their bakery is amazing. Got a birthday cake from here that was to die for called Berry Chantilly. The fresh fruit and veggies are the best around. If you shop the sales you can get decent prices especially if you are a prime member. Also, they have an Amazon drop off for returns. Highly recommend especially if money is no object or if you need special food like gluten free and vegan stuff. Clean and very friendly staff.

Was really looking forward to bringing home a woodfired pizza. Dough balls were there. Oven was hot. No staff in sight. Finally found someone and they said it was going to be 35 minutes because they had to "find somebody to do that". Why even have a pizza oven?

Bring your own reusable bag, for each you get a 10-cent credit. Overcome your vanity and be mindful of the environment. I shop here for Rainier organic blueberries and wide selection of kimchi.

It used to be better when it just opened. It is still OK now. But they downgraded this store in many regards: no more beer bar, Peruvian roasted chicken, pizza is not as good as before... The deli section selection used to be better. Still, the store is clean and well maintained. Access is convenient.

The pizza here is amazing! I’m only taking away a star because I went to get a bag of salad and they were all nasty and old. So I got a box of just lettuce from the salad bar. But the pizza is what keeps me coming!

If you order groceries from this location you HAVE to pay close attention to what they actually give you. I have been ordering weekly for months and they constantly send me non-organic produce without official substitutions so I get charged for organic. I once thought was an honest mistake here and there, but it happens way too often so I’m starting to suspect otherwise. They will also send you comically small produce and usually over-charge you for it too. Once cantaloupes were a flat $5 and they sent me one that was, no joke, the size of a softball, which I did not know was possible. Today they charged me for .9 lbs of potatoes, which is supposed to be over 14 oz, but I received 9 oz in three tiny potatoes so I have no side for dinner. Other times I received the tiny produce but at least got charged accordingly. Something like that seems to happen most weeks, where something I needed the day the groceries arrived just ends up being unpredictably useless and I end up having to go to the store. You also get really inconsistent products from week to week. I always get 1.5 lbs of sirloin and it’s usually one big steak. Last week it was two really thin steaks which completely changed my plans for it. They either just don’t have much common sense about what people want, or more likely, they’re just inclined to see if they can get away with giving people the stuff no one ever picks for themselves in store. The in-store experience is totally fine. Everyone’s nice, everything seems clean. Just really not appreciating how they treat the delivery customers. EDIT: Oh wait, I should mention that I once had an issue where I wasn’t sure if one of the Amazon employees working returns stole some pants I returned. I had no issues doing a return of two different pairs of pants and got confirmation of both in my email, everyone seemed nice, went fast. (Generally returns here are lightning fast, less than 30 seconds, so I don’t have any issues usually.) Later Amazon kept telling me it never got one of those pairs of pants and they kept trying to charge me for it, which was a headache, but of course I had the confirmation as evidence that whatever happened to the pants happened after it was accepted for return. It ended up fine, I didn’t have to pay for them, and I don’t know if they simply got lost or what. Just really hang on to any official Amazon communications when it comes to this location is all I’m saying.

Returned two items to Amazon due to wrong item ordered. Amazon return area was at the back right side of the Whole Foods Market and easily accessible. Return staff were very courteous and very efficient. Highlt recommend this Amazon return location. Plenty of parking and easy access.

Typically I go there because of their bread. Problem is if you get there past 10am they are always out. And I don't always have time to be there before 10am. Otherwise atmospher wise very relaxed chilled. Wish they had more variety in their protein powder, vitamins, and energy drinks.

A breath of fresh air compared to the other local grocery store. I sure wish they would reopen the venues they closed after Amazon bought them, such as the bar, juice/coffee bar, bbq.

I wish this place was managed better. They don't hire anyone, but they are understaffed. No one to run the departments, leaving the coffee shop abandoned and others understaffed. Usually have 1 cashier open, luckily they installed self checkout recently to make shopping trips manageable. Employees act like they hate you. It's clean though, and well organized.

I loved the pizza 🍕 at the Westheimer location but the pizza at this location sucks. They don’t even have an actual Chef 👨‍🍳 making the pizza. I think they just find someone who isn’t doing anything and tell them to make the pizza 😕

I generally love Whole Foods, but this trip was seriously different. So MANY things were either not available or extremely overpriced even compared to other retailers with the same or better items. The gallon water on a Friday afternoon was COMPLETELY empty. Hello the weekend has just started, Do you think maybe some customers may want some water? The deli area was CLOSED??? WHO is in charge of doing inventory for this store? Not very inviting to come back.

I recently visited Whole Foods supermarket and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The store was well-organized and had a great selection of products, from fresh produce to specialty items. But what really stood out to me was the fact that they have small trolleys for kids. As a parent, it can be difficult to navigate a supermarket with young children, but these trolleys made it so much easier. My kids loved being able to help with the shopping and having their own trolley to push around. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the products and were happy to answer any questions I had. Overall, I had a great experience at Whole Foods and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. The small trolleys for kids are a game-changer for parents, and the quality of the products and the customer service are both top-notch. If you haven't checked out this supermarket yet, make sure to add it to your list!

Just went to use the Amazon Hub. Honestly took 2 seconds. I'm not exaggerating. Super friendly staff. Just show your bar code, they slap a sticker on it, & done. Got my refund the next day! Also all the store staff is just so welcoming & restrooms very clean. Great coffee & unprecedented produce. No one else has produce this fresh & delicious!

I contract for a northern Italian company. Needless to say I have a strong opinion with regard to all aspects of pizza. I’m not sure if I can name names but Champions Whole Foods knows whom was on shift this morning. I’ve never has a more pleasurable experience or more authentic “white” pizza in the USA. Kudos for teaching, mentoring, supporting and letting your guys have freedom to execute even if not “standard” for Texas. This is now my only pizza stop going forward.

It was my first visit to a Whole Foods Store. I was impressed, like a kid in candy store. I worked retail for 30 plus years. The customer service in the Sushi Bar was excellent. Very patient, kind and gave me my order in detail. My first time for buying.. it was delicious. I would like to add a tweak for the bakery. If I wanted a cake on display in case, (3 in the case ).. and didnt want one preboxed in cooler. WHY? Couldn't they do it. She said their were 2 in cooler I could select one of them. We ended up buying one in cooler. Not happy, then became a little happy after we ask her to hold it, while we shopped. She did. Thank you.

Good variety of stuff. Their energy drinks are very delicious, and some of their waters as well. I don't really come here for big item purchases, but more so to find unique items or foods to try compared to the HEB that's not too far from this location. Staff is nice and friendly, they don't feel like they hate it there or anything, they seem genuinely happy!

Whole Foods is a really nice grocery store, but honestly, we come here for the bakery. Cakes are fantastic, fresh, and always tasty. If you are going there for their "Chantilly" cake, be there early. We were first in line for this great cake and I mean line! They brought the cakes out on a rack and basically started handing them out! They sold at least 7 cakes while we were picking up ours! They have other very good cakes too, cookies, and other desserts that look as good as they taste.

I always enjoyed shopping at Whole Foods. Not your average grocery store that's for sure. Can usually find some sort of fresh fish to come home with. Not today though, nothing jumped in the cart. Some nice looking mums.
