Fantastic service! Online orders are fulfilled exactly as placed and on time. All their drinks are so good! I especially like their hot dark roast cafe sua da. They have the best kimchi fries too; the perfect amount of toppings, excellent flavor, oh man it's just a great snack! Plenty of seating inside, looks cozy and relaxing. I can't think of anything negative to say about this place. An excellent bubble tea place!! Edit: the voodoo chicken is fantastic too! A mix of light and dark meat chicken, moist and perfectly juicy without being overly so. The breading is also spot on. Yum yum yum 😋!

Magic cup is a cafe serving coffee, smoothies, tea, and savory snacks. It's also a great study spot with strong wifi, plenty of tables, and some outlets. We ordered the coconut milk tea with boba, fruit tea madness, and churros. The coconut milk tea was creamy and bursting with coconut flavor that was accentuated with real coconut shavings. It gave us relaxing tropical vibes, like sipping a piña colada on the beach. The boba had great bouncy texture and subtle flavor, nothing extraordinary. The fruit tea madness was divisive between us - Alejandro found it a fantastic. Generous servings of diced strawberry, mango, green apple, and clear jelly filled the cup. He found the fruits and tea a good combination of very sweet ripened fruit and tart slightly unripe fruit, leading to a refreshing and balanced sweet-tart drink with complex layers. Esther found the drink overwhelmingly tart and not sweet enough to her liking. As for the churros, we found them overly dry and saturated with granulated sugar. The dipping sauces made them taste better by adding some moisture, but not by much. Overall, we would both highly recommend the coconut milk tea, and we suggest the fruit tea madness to those who are a fan of strong fruity tropical flavors, tartness, and semi-sweetness. Magic Cup is Let's Eat Houston approved ✅

Chill place and atmosphere. As far as the drinks go, which after all is the main business of the place right, it's not the same as it used to be, as far as taste and quality goes. Even some of my favorite drinks have been removed from the menu completely, one of which is the Frozen Coconut Coffee with Coconut Flakes 😕 Bring tht back & I'll be back more often like before...

Delicious bubble tea and small snacks, like the chicken and fries. A bit pricey, but they all taste very good. Worth the price. Try and sign up for the deals and credits.

We were looking for a place to go out and try something new. We were headed down Bellaire Blvd and hit some road construction so we turned around and stopped at Magic Cup. It was surprisingly good. We had a decaf latter…very average, but what made it fun weee the Magic Puffs. Fresh hot donut like pastries with powdered sugar and chocolate. Made the stop worth it! This is a fun place and the menu looks like it has some fun teas as well. I wanted to try the Tiger Latte… maybe next time.

We had been here once before & enjoyed our drinks. This time we came in for 2 coffee drinks & one fruit smoothie. The Vietnamese coffee was just average and mine had two pieces of plastic in my drink. Our daughter in law thought the fruit smoothie was bland. Then when we got home with our receipt, we checked our credit card acct online for something else & saw that Magic Cup had double billed us. We got charged for the 3 drinks before tipping & then again for the full amt plus tipping. We called the coffee shop w/no results. Tried calling corporate & emailed them too...NO results. We finally called our credit card company. This was probably an honest mistake & they are just too busy to respond. Either way we do not recommend them and we won't ever go back. Houston has way too many great coffee shops in town.

I’ve been there a couple times and have enjoyed my visit and the drinks. If there is a wait, just be patient their drinks are great and worth it. I personally love the Chai Caramel latte. I’ve also had the Coconut White Mocha and the Pineapple Strawberry Green Tea with Mango Jelly and they did not disappoint. I also highly recommend the Kimchi fries as well they were delicious. The only drink I didn’t like was their Coffee Milk Tea, but I have plenty of other drinks left to try plus the ones I already enjoy. I hope they keep doing what they’re doing. Side note: Being Hispanic I’m extremely judgmental of chamoy drinks from American establishments, and Magic Cup has done a really great job with their Cha-Signatures. I don’t have pictures of those drinks but be sure to try those when you want something sweet and tangy.

One of the few boba places that have a drive thru service. Service is always super quick and delicious. Our favorite drink here that no one else can beat is the Green Thai Tea with boba. We love it so much that we ordered a gallon for a party. The manager made it cup by cup to pour into the gallon bottle. This was a hot commodity our party! 10/10 would order a gallon again

Dear owner ! I used to buy the drink at Magic Cup for myself and my employees couple times a week. But last time I bought 10 nước mat for my employees after they drink all of them got up set stomach. Also they made just a little jelly plus sink water make the smells so nasty. I called and talked to someone about that . The guy said he will call me back . Then I waited for 3 hours no one call me back. I had to called and talked to manager. She just said next time comeback then I will give you a free drink. Don’t you think I will comeback to get a free drink from them ? They worked with lack responsibility and unprofessional. Definitely never come back.

Overall it's a good place to visit, I was a little surprised that nobody really knew what wasn't there a herbal jelly, I have some dietary restrictions so having that knowledge is pretty important. I ordered F7, Winter melon Green Tea with herbal jelly. Be aware that some staff do not speak English, they only speak Spanish which was a little difficult for me because some days I can understand Spanish really well and some days I can't (especially if I haven't slept well). Manager was not incredibly accommodating to the promo of $2 off upon sign up, I created an account online and on the tablet and they did not honor the $2 off. I ended up paying full price, but for the quality of drink I am okay with that. Price point is excellent for the size that you get. First sip, and it was delicious. But I would have like to know a little bit more about what they put in they're drinks since I tried to stay away from artificial sweeteners. I wish they focused a little bit more on being customer-centric and making the experience a bit more consistent.

Love the drinks here! Plus, there is a drive thru if you don’t want to walk in and order. The only downside for me is the difficulty choosing a drink when everything is so delicious.

This place is very comfortable to be in, the staff is very welcoming. I ordered Seasoned curly fries and a Caramel frappe with coconut milk. Very delicious and wasn't a pocket buster either. I will go back and try other menu items when I can. I highly recommend this business. 👌

I have been going to Magic Cup for several years and I must say this place is changing and NOT in a good way. The turn over rate is high. Young ones that work there are rude and unprofessional! Will NOT spend my money at a place that does not appreciate my business. Sent my mother there for a cup of coffee and was outraged by the price they tried to charge her! Kim's tea house will be my new spot from here on out. At least they do honest business and their food is not salty. I hate the fact I have to give 1 star

I like going to Magic Cup Cafe, the atmosphere is lively and welcoming. The staff was patient, friendly and even recommended some good boba, thank you Bao :) There's so many flavors to choose from and I love that you're able to request the level of sugar in your drink. This is the first place I have tried kimchi fries and I was amaze they were really good. The place was clean and the decor has a classy modern look (fell in love with their restroom mirrors!)

I went to Magic Cup to get lunch on one Saturday a few weeks ago. Ordered the grilled chicken banh mi and a strawberry peach iced tea. The banh mi was very tasty and the strawberry/peach iced tea was filled with diced strawberry & peach pits. Both are quite good!
