Excellent place to hang out for long layovers. Membership is $1,300 per year for two but includes free food and drinks. Free WiFi as well. Seats are comfortable and everything is very clean. A better value is to get the Chase United Miles plus Club credit card for $525 a year for yourself and two guests plus you get 80,000 bonus miles a $775 savings per year plus an extra guest and you build up miles for free trips. We travel to Mexico multiple times a year with 6 hour layovers, so the club makes the layovers more pleasant.

The food selections ranged from bags of bbq chips, cup-o-noodles, microwaved frozen burritos, & preservative-laced bagged cookies…. The local gas station has a better selection of food. In case you were curious…Cup-O-Noodles still tastes like trash. I left & purchased real food. You can do better, United.

Continuing my reviews of United Club lounges. This is the E terminal lounge in Houston and it is very nice. A fairly large one. When I got here there was a line of about 12 people and it was going slowly. United club members are members for various reasons and sometimes the club pass does get on their ticket, or they don't understand why they don't have access. Moved along quickly after a bit. It was also very busy when I first got here, but as I said it's large so it was still easy to find a seat. They have a variety of sitting options depending on what you're doing. High wide tables with power for people on their computers, 2 person tables for sitting and eating, and the standard leather chairs with a side table, power and USB ports (don't use the USB ports use a power brick). No layback lounge chairs like the Polaris Club. Food was good and spread out to reduce lines. Hot station with breakfast tacos, oatmeal and fruit, coffee station with the nice Illy machine plus some cans of cold brew, cereal, juice, whole fruits, and lemon water. Another station had some breads, English muffins, and whole fruits. There is also a full bar and a few TV's. I got here in a Sunday and they don't open until 10:00, so I can't speak to the selection. I did find a couple of loungeish chair clusters. The staff here is amazing. Nothing is left empty or messy. They are constantly cleaning surfaces, refilling food and drinks, clearing away dishes and trash. I would say that it is the staff here that makes this location a great place to relax. End note: there is a Family Room here so kids and their parents can have fun and be comfortable, nice touch.

Pretty lounge with lots of seats. Had a 4 hour layover after a red-eye flight so this was the perfect place to wait. Espresso machine serving Illy coffee is a nice touch, but the breakfast options were just okay. Made myself a mimosa with the Prosecco offered at the bar and I was set.

Great lounge. They could slightly improve their snacks offerings with some salad options to make it perfect. It's enjoyable and quiet, and with the best views of the runway.

Staf was fantastic, clean space and comfy chairs. Would love for them to have recliners and a yoga/meditation room. Food was ok, could be much better.

Friendly staff that are very attentive to make sure that everything is tasty and fully stocked. The clean up staff does a fantastic job of taking the empty dishes and glassware when finished. Great time thanks

Great staff!! The staff makes this 5Stars. The food needs some TLC. Hopefully they will build a new club with more room and a outside long area.

It was almost full on the day we went. It was a bit hot in there. Not many options to munch on. The staff were extremely nice and the bathrooms super clean. I would recommend if you are using the restrooms or want to grab a drink from the bar. I enjoyed my short stay at the airport itself.

Nice big United club. I got turned away from both terminal C clubs for being too full (they looked smaller). Great bar tenders here and good drinks. The Bloody Mary was spicy and delicious. The free drinks are good, not just bottom shelf. Good selection of paid stuff too. Nice and clean with lot's of seating. If you have some time to burn, this is a great airport club.

This was my first time trying the United Club at Terminal E and it was great. It's located on the second floor and they have an escalator or elevator. The staff here was exceptional. They were hard at work making sure that food and drinks were replenished. They were also constantly going around picking up dishes/ trash. The light snacks were good, especially the brownies and cookies.

Got a day pass for a long connecting flight, and it is quiet pleasant. Food isn’t gourmet but pretty decent snacks provided along with cocktails. Comfy sofas, wifi, and nice staff.

We had a 4 hour layover and after taking a long walk to stretch our legs, we visited here courtesy of my United credit card. The lounge is roomy and bright with a nice view of the tarmak and planes. Food choices were a bit limited and consisted of packaged hot and cold snacks. Complementary beer, wine and booze was available but top shelf booze and craft beer cost extra

Nice, large club level. Good size bar and a lot of seating available. Pretty cool view of the planes as well.

I wait in the club for my flight everytime I fly. I love the convenience of having breakfast and drinks available to us. Comfortable chairs and plenty of charging area! Love the view from there!

Nice United Club. Food, drinks, plugs for your electronics. Closed early (9:15 pm) but I had to leave then anyway.

Friendly receptionist and easy access. Comfortable leather armchairs, a small buffet, fresh coffee and a bar complete the offer. You have a nice view of the runway and the toilets are clean, although a bit small. The offer of light and healthy food is positive.
