This is my first time here and will definitely go back. First of, this location is close to downtown so finding parking can be a challenge. There’s meter parking close, which you can pay by coins or card. It was $1 per hour so wasn’t too bad. We went during 2pm on weekday so it wasn’t too crowded and we got to enjoy the place quietly. The decor is really neat and has nice, chill vibe. I can imagine how busy it can get. Their mix drinks are on tap so they we’re served quickly. I love this place and it’s unique style. Definitely worth checking it out.

1st time here. Really nice experience. A lot of vintage and unique things. Very very different. Super nice place. Made from shipping containers. Different food trucks, crawfish, bars something definitely for everyone. The Ferris wheel is a plus and it's very dog friendly and all the pups were sweet who were there. Definitely, a must go again.

Came here with a group of friends and had a good time. Really liked the layout and industrial art feel of the decor. Plenty of room and places to chill.

This place is really cool! And outdoor food truck hall mixed with an indoor bar. The drinks are cool- but fair warning the “Diet Coke” isn’t real Diet Coke- they have a house made version of all their soda’s/ drinks so you just have to know that going in. Food truck food is average- nothing extra special but it’s a cool vibe.

Okay WOW what a fun place! I am from Austin, and was visiting Houston. This place was such a unique little slice of Austin weirdness. The inside has benches in truck beds for seating, has big POD/Containers as staircases and an upper level to hangout and drink. The live music was awesome, but they also have a karaoke booth if you’re feeling like putting on the show yourself. The vibes were just on point, the drinks were great, and the food trucks were delicious. I could of stayed here all day honestly, the weather was nice, the crowd was great, and the staff was so nice! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a little bit different vibe in the downtown area. They also have an operating carousel machine (:

What a grand place! This establishment is huge and features an amazing food truck. The aesthetic is perfect with a music stage and beautiful carousel. Will definitely come back when in Houston!

Great vibes and atmosphere! Went on a weekday so it was relatively empty, but I'm sure it would have been packed and fun during the weekend as well! The lighting and scenery is beautiful and Rustic. It has a great theme to it! They have food trucks that rotate out. I got the crawfish mac for 12 dollars from Texasianna food truck which was cheesy, crispy, and spicy.

Amazing garden to enjoy the outdoors. Spacious with lots of seating. Loved the attention to detail in their decoration and setting. We arrived kinda late and the food trucks were out of food. Luckily they also offer food till late hours. Tried the beef cheesesteak and it was amazing. Will be back for it for sure. Overall it’s a really fun place to enjoy some drinks and delicious Philly cheesesteak.

If you want something out of the ordinary, this is it. It's a great place to hang out. The atmosphere is laid back. They have outdoor and indoor seating. They offer several types of games to play; ping pong, pool, etc. They have a live band on certain nights. There are several different food trucks to choose from. I will definitely be returning.

We took our teen here for Halloween and it was an absolute amazing experience! We had so much fun. The drinks were pretty strong and the food trucks had good options. We got seafood and brisket nachos. But the treatment we received was what made the night. The manager Dave took great care of us on the karaoke room. And checked on us and made sure we were having great time. The bartenders were so nice. The gentleman working upstairs checking sections was on top of everything. It was just an all around amazing experience and the most fun we've had in our four years in Houston. I cannot wait to go back and bring my friends and family when they visit. Whole experience 10 outta 10!

Amazing atmosphere with great drinks! The outdoors is super spacious and they always have some food trucks, so all in one place. They are dog friendly

On the good side, they have the best cheese steak sandwiches around. Their brisket nachos are also great. On the downside, the drinks are overpriced and the venue is so big that in can feel very slow if it's not packed. So go on a night when you know it's going to be packed if you want the best experience.

This is an adults play land! Beautiful scenery and I loved the many food truck options. This place has 2 bars, live band, a Ferris wheel similar to the one in Vegas, and great drinks! I had the chicken Philly which was good but definitely could have had more chicken verses bread especially for $13 bucks. Nonetheless, it was an awesome experience.

Came here on a Saturday Night! Love the vibe and atmosphere. The drinks were what you can find anywhere. Food is where it fell short. I had a little bit of everything and all in all this is a place to drink and hang out with friends and not eat. I had the Philly cheese steak which the stand was dead . That should have been my first clue to get something else. I also had the brisket, Greek burger, Mexican fries all lack luster. Speaking of lack luster the tunes could have been more up beat for a Saturday night. Or maybe just have a DJ. The staff was nice, helpful, the restrooms were cleaned and dogs are welcome which is so cool! I would definitely come back just to have a nice scenery to drink in.

This place is definitely different…from its decor to the menu items it serves. It’s a chill vibe but some parts I’m not sure works for it. You can sit outside in a reused pickup truck bed that has seats made for it. There’s other recycled things all around too so it kinda feels like you’re in a cool junkyard. Considering Chapman and Kirby is right next door, this place kind of lacks behind.

Amazing concept! Everything is super easy because you just pay with your phone everywhere and the food trucks give you the thingies that will vibrate and beep when your food is ready so you can be wandering around, ordering at the bar, sitting at your table... and everything is streamlined for you. The drinks on tap were fun, strong, but good. They have a stage for live music and lots of space.

Great hangout spot for a younger crowd. Thwy often play live music and they have an on site ferris wheel. Heated and covered seating available in the winter!

Kool little kind a country club but a real loose vibe. Great out sitting area with open music stage for live music, a Farris wheel, and all types of games to play.

Walked around and found this place!! Truck yard is so nice. I love the whole vibe and atmosphere of the whole area. The lights and ferris wheel were so beautiful at night! The best part is that it’s an open area, so one can walk around. The art of the area is so nice too! It’s so nice to visit here at least once. One of the only things I would say is that parking might be hard to find. I could not find parking in this area.

The food from the food trucks is good but the cheese steaks from inside are outstanding. Beer selection is great, even if you are not a connoisseur. Staff is very nice, friendly. Great place to relax or get ready to go to the Dynamo game.

Truck Yard is *the* place in Houston to go! It's eccentric, chill, a great venue to have a good time with friends. Food and bar service are great. Live music. Dog friendly. Just an overall great experience.

We always enjoy hanging out at the Truck Yard! It such a unique spot. So much to see and do! The food trucks are always amazing, the drinks are good, music is always playing, and the rest is just plain cool. It’s a great place to eat during the day with your family and a fun hang out at night with friends. Go check it out!

Cool spot with full bar, food trucks, and a vintage carnival ferris wheel! There were kids hanging out near the ping pong table it was about 10:30pm. They have console and live music. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating! Cocktails to go by the gallon!

Went for Trucktoberfest with a group of friends. Loved the layout. Lots of outdoor seating for nice weather, cool inside for when it's too hot to be out. Ate at one of the 3 food trucks. Ordered brisket nachos for $12. Small order and too much fat, but quite tasty. They have food inside, as well, but none of us ate there. There was live music, which was decent. There is only one Karaoke room, which is a very nice space. You have to reserve the room. Seems like they could have another room; maybe one that isn't reserved. We would have sung otherwise. Parking is paid and it was unclear if there was a cutoff time. We arrived at 4pm, the signs didn't state there was a cutoff time, but I could only put 2 hours on the meter. When we asked one of the servers, we were told you don't pay after 6pm. She said they are strict about ticketing, so be warned. It's a bustling area at night. I felt safe leaving at 10PM. There are numerous clubs and restaurants in the area. Part of the October fest was a costume contest. I was the only one who entered, so the canceled it. We all thought they should have given me the prize any way. But I did win the pretzel eating contest against 3 of my friends: 2 minutes to eat as many as you can. I ate 2/3s of one and won. In all, I really enjoyed this place and look forward to returning.

Great place to pregame. A lot of food truck options. Street tacos were my favorite. Shiner 16oz (it is my favorite). Red Dog is Crawford Bock like. Price is affordable

Always be on the look out for The Cuban Spot truck. The food is so good. Also the truck yard bar has some delicious drinks! Great place to hang out. Casual bar setting mainly outdoor but has some indoor seating.

Fantastic place to just hang out! Tons of cool spots to sit and drink the delicious Truckberry Lemonade on hot Texas days. Plenty of food trucks if you are hungry. Dog friendly too. Ride the Ferris wheel if you want. Bartenders are super nice. Just an all out great place in the middle of the city.

It was our first visit. Great drinks! The singer sang mostly slower songs. The atmosphere could've been a tad more more upbeat. All the staff I encountered were nice and helpful.
