Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, just felt like it was missing odd things such as a microwave and ice machine. Room service was very prompt on getting the order to our room! They did an awesome job! Front desk was very awesome and helpful anytime I needed anything. Room size was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 elementary age children! I loved the layout! I would definitely stay here again for a weekend trip but long term or for a work trip, I wouldn’t recommend.

Stayed in the executive floor with the newly remodeled suite. I believe our work group was first to stay in this floor after remodeling. The suite was spacious and very well designed. They had not opened the lounge yet. The staff was very friendly and they did have a bar downstairs as well. Our package included breakfast which had a very good spread of eggs and breakfast meats that changed every day in addition to bread, cereals, etc. Reducing 1 star because the TV did not work and construction was happening during the day. But overall great experience and would stay there again.

I didn’t stay in a room. I was there for a work meeting and I had a really great experience. All the employees were so nice and always asked if we needed anything. Super clean hotel and it’s really nice inside. We had Martha helping us and she was AMAZING! Super friendly & attentive and always in great spirits! We loved her!

Loved the modern decor and complimentary water station in the lobby! Located a short drive from the mall and other shops/restaurants too! Staff were all friendly and welcoming. I can’t remember the server’s name but we had breakfast one morning; we ordered pancakes but the server didn’t approve of the quality so she had them remade without us asking. Awesome service!

As a diamond member who travels weekly and to houston monthly, I can confidently say that this is one of the nicer hotels in the Houston Area! Rooms are incredible, the hotel itself is VERY clean, the fitness center is awesome, and the bar has a great food & beverage selection. Not to mention, there is a Starbucks right across the street. Hotel staff were friendly and very upbeat. I will definitely be back!

Great hotel, with newly remodeled rooms (before it becomes a Hilton branded hotel) and fantastic staff. Have been staying there repeatedly for business and will continue to do so. It's a shame some of the room decor is starting to fall apart already on such a new hotel. Just a great place to stay for business, or, if you're planning to shop at the galleria.

Just checked in not impressed at all with this property, Bonvoy members be aware no benefits at all $29. Plus tax to park $20 for breakfast and all of these charges supposedly just to be near the Galleria for what you pay for hotel guests are totally being taken advantage of and yhe owners of the hotel have nothing to be proud of in this place oat all or in their business decisions.

I've stayed at this location before (Oct 2021) and the renovation they are undergoing is super SEXYYYY ! When I checked in, the receptionist was kind enough to place me in a newly renovated room (May 2022). she said, since I've been there before, she was curious to know my thoughts on the new rooms. And talk about "instagramable" !! I love the sleek, modernized, yet classy décor. the location is near everything you need: Shopping, Food, Freeway. the pool area is private, and outside seating is plentiful when pow-wowing with co-workers after hours. I came for business, and it made my business trip enjoyable. it's the type of hotel that you don't mind spending down time at.

The hotel rooms are clean and very spacious. Front desk checked me in and out fairly quickly . Having a suite room is a big plus for me. It’s close proximity to the major highways and the Galleria was a definite winner. The only thing I didn’t like about it is their toilet easily get clogged so we had to call for a service crew to get it done. They were very prompt and took care of the issue quickly so that was really great. I’m not a fan of “climate controlled” Ac coz I love it super cold when I’m in bed. I would have given it a 5 star if it weren’t for the the toilet issue and the climate controlled ac.

The rooms have plenty of space and are comfortable, but mine felt slightly damp throughout my week stay (maybe that's just Houston?) The restaurant staff and the bartenders were all great. The real downside to the entire trip was the girl who checked me in on Saturday. We asked for an early check in before we arrived and were told that would be possible. We arrived very early (9:45 am) and were told that 11 am would be the earliest we could check in. That was fine (totally understand about needing to clean, and maybe having no rooms available yet) so we grabbed breakfast in the dining room and hung out in the lobby for a bit. When I went back up to the desk later to see if she had a room ready, she looked at her watch and said "It's not 11:00 am yet." It was 10:57. What a massive customer service fail to split hairs like that over three minutes for a customer spending a WEEK in the hotel. I found out later that one of my coworkers had had a similar run-in with the employee over a same level rinky-dink issue. It's likely enough that I'll probably stay someplace else the next time I have to go to Houston for business.

I booked our stay last Sept 14th-15th to celebrate my daughter’s 9th birthday party and that we’ll be coming from Dallas. We arrived around past 8pm and during check-in, the guest service representative wasn’t so hospitable. Limited eye contact, wasn’t smiling, doesn’t acknowledge me at all. The reason I feel this way was that during her conversation with another guest before me, she was very enthusiastic and engaged. She was talking to the guest and she seemed very happy. As for me, her expressions were flat. In addition, when I ordered room service dine-in for our breakfast at 7:55am the next day, my order never arrived. I followed up thru online portal for the restaurant to call me back at 8:40am, but I’ve never received a call. I called the restaurant’s number at around 9am but there was no answer and my call was rerouted to front desk. Front desk said that she will forward my call to the restaurant. Again no answer from the restaurant and my call was rerouted to her. Front desk said that she will tell the restaurant to give me a call. At 9:20am, still no call. I called the restaurant again but was rerouted to the front desk. I explained my situation to the front desk, and she said that she will tell the restaurant to call me back again. At 9:40am, still no call from the restaurant. I tried to call the restaurant again but there was no answer, and my call was rerouted again to the front desk. I told the front desk to just cancel my order and we will check out, and have our breakfast outside the hotel. During check out, I’ve never heard any apology nor did the front desk asked about my stay. I’m a diamond Hilton member and this hotel is listed in my platinum card as part of the Hilton Fine Hotel and Resorts. I’ve been to other Hilton’s FHR and this hotel is nothing compared to the other hotel’s on the list. I really wanted to like this hotel because of the location and the size of the room. But the poor customer service gives this hotel a bad name. I would not recommend nor go back to this hotel.

I checked into your Tapestry Hotel on West Loop in Houston Texas. When I checked in I told the front desk it was hot in the room 711. At that time I was told someone would be right up. No one came. When I got off of work that night I complained about the heat and the toilet being broken. They sent someone up and he changes the fuse and supposably fixed the toilet and they compensated one night for the inconvenience. The next day when I got off of work AGAIN the a/c was NOT fixed it was still hot and the toilet was still running. I went down stairs and let the front desk know again. The gentleman at the front desk around 11o'clock pm asked me if they had changed me rooms. I told him no they did not. and he said okay he would let the manager know. AT NO POINT did he asked to switch me rooms. Around 3 o'clock in the morning it was so hot in the room that I called downstairs and they sent some one up. He said "yep it looks broke" his exact words. he then said they can switch me rooms. I had to be at work at 7 am. I had to go downstairs get the keys and change rooms at 4 in the morning and again had to be at work at 7. This entire stay was miserable. I then called the general manager and JOHN. And if he wasn't the rudest jerk I had ever spoken with! he went back and forth and told me I was pretty much a liar. He had absolutely no empathy that this entire stay was a disaster! 1 night of compensation and changing me room in the middle of the nigh on my last day is not compensation for terrible customer service. Even you breakfast was terrible they charge you 21 dollars and are short staffed, don't greet nor speak to you, did not bring me silverware, or clean off the table, or bring you your drinks which is what is supposed to be included in the service.

Rooms are spacious and updated. LaVassa espresso machine is a huge bonus because I'm "that guy" that has NEVER used an in room coffee unit ever until staying at the Chifley and being able to clean the reservoir tank myself and knowing no germs or nasty buildup can be hidden or not seen behind the scenes made that espresso coffee even more so enjoyable and saved me $5 several times a day by not having to walk to the Starbucks across the street. The on site gym facility is way better than most other hotel gyms I've stayed in that are 10x larger in size. I've stayed here at least 5 separate times in the past 6 months and my only request for a possible improvement would be to update food menu in restaurant once in a while. It's a small menu which is understandable but there needs to be a way to do a "daily special" or an "off menu" offering because otherwise I have to seek out other nearby restaurant for variety but the hotel is in the heart of 100+ different spots within easy walking distance so it's really not an issue . I typically prefer to not have to leave for food when traveling solo. The automatic 20% gratuity add on is a bit off-putting but maybe they have just cause for this practice? All in all, Chifley is my new "go-to" preference for hotel stays when in Houston for work or for fun.

This hotel was super beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the live music and wine in the lounge. Beautiful spacious room to easily fit three. Will come back.

Great stay!!! Hotel was very clean, any issues that we had, they were address immediately! Staff were very nice and took really great care of us during our stay.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s beautiful and the staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only gripe is the shower temperature is hard to adjust because it takes 1-2 minutes for the temperature to adjust once you turn the knob. Otherwise this was a great hotel and it was affordable.

Attended a 2-day seminar there but did not check in. The function/meeting rooms are pretty much standard. The lunch served on both days were very good. The service staff was efficient and cordial. Although the hotel's location was easily accessible from the main road, getting to their parking garage at the back entails going through some tight spaces and turns. Good thing the day parking was free though.

The only con here is the traffic. Houston traffic is ridiculous. But the hotel itself was amazing. Very nice decor. Theres a very nice bar downstairs next to the dining area. My room was very well set up. It seemed very clean. There's plenty of places near by to check out. The staff was very helpful.

Awesome hotel staff was friendly Evan at check in was super amazing and very helpful. Our room was clean and spacious we didn't have an iron in our room as we were told it's only 1 iron that gets passed around and asked twice for an iron and never received one.But they do provide steamers in the rooms. Very low water pressure at the bathroom sink, Only 1 elevator was working. But overall a nice clean hotel. Will stay again. 4 stars were for the elevator and iron. We did not eat here so I can't say how food and drinks were. Great location right off freeway

Stayed for a couple of nights and the entire experience was great! Even their basic single bed room was great. Very modern design with a home-y feel. We spent some time at the pool which was clean and quiet, plenty of towels and space to relax. Didn't get a chance to eat there but the bar and restaurant looked good. The only downside is that the two TVs we had were limited to basic cable with no options to rent movies or stream anything. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for a month while in town for work and very much enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay again. It is modern, clean, nice and the staff is wonderful. The pool is clean and comfortable. My suite is on the side furthest from the freeway and it was quiet and comfortable. The Hilton Honors app works great throughout the hotel to unlock doors and to message the front desk. The front desk is very responsive to any request or to remedy any issue. I gave it 4 stars overall because of a few little things. From the notes left in the room to the poster on the wall of the elevator, they advertise live music twice a week including Saturdays by the pool. In a month, there were only a couple of times that they ACTUALLY had live music here. To access room service there are signs that say to look for the QR code in your room, I could not ever find a QR code in my room, there IS a QR code at the host stand at the restaurant. So you need to go downstairs then scan the code and pin the website on your phone. The food is good but overpriced. An omelette and coffee/tea turns into a $30 bill. They have some discounts for happy hour. The food is good, but the menu is small and always the same. There are never any specials. Staying here for a month, I got bored and would have like a weekly special or even one day a week where there was something different offered at breakfast or dinner. The elevator sign says you need a room key to operate and it would feel more secure if it were true. The common areas are comfortable, stylish and clean. It is very walkable to many restaurants and shops including the Galleria. The hotel has a nice vibe!! Would definitely stay again!

Rooms are nice, front desk can use some training for customer service and guest/visitor experience.

We have found our Houston area hotel! With beautiful seating and decor in the common areas and rooms alike, we felt right at home. Wonderful service & delicious n/a options available at the Rouse bar, we will be back! Thank you!

I know where we will be staying next time we visit Houston. Great location and secure parking. Our newly remodeled room was spacious, clean and bright. We were welcomed to happy hour and treated like royalty by Paul G. and Michael Louis G. As soon as we asked about the restaurant, a menu was presented to us. Although the menu offerings at the time were limited, the portions were generous and the food was delicious. Very pleased with all the Chifley staff.

Clean and good location. Upgraded my floor due to renovations so got a nice view of the city. Even with the renovations, it was clean and welcoming. Staff were all pleasant. Would stay again.

The only thing good about this place was the front desk person. The sheets were not changed in the first room they gave us. The second room the toilet water reservoir was kind of broken and it will not stop filling with water. Very dated also. Overall not a great experience. Hopefully it will be better once they finish with all the construction.

The most beautiful part is the room with is amazing size and nicely remodeled . over all we recommend this hotel . No business center so please don’t complain and get your laptop when you visit !! Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your resort. This website will compare countless booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't be let down. Hands down the best hotel I stayed at during my vacation the entire front office crew are rockstars each person I dealt with was kind, helpful and accommodating. The night manager even followed up on a request I had submitted that he thought had gone unanswered.. The housekeeping crew was nice as well. I will be back next month.. renovations are currently going on not a deal breaker also the renovated rooms are pretty sleek. I didn't try out the breakfast or bar this trip maybe next time
