Here
for
business.
This
does
not
represent
Marriott
well
and
the
value
certainly
isn't
there
given
the
costs.
Here's
my
breakdown:
Hotel
Overall:
$40
per
day
for
parking
is
up
to
1/3
of
the
room
cost
per
night.
There
is
parking
for
$15/day(ish)
in
the
garage
attached
to
the
hotel
so
that
is
an
option.
The
location
is
great
if
you're
in
the
area,
the
lobby
and
dining
is
what
you'd
expect
from
a
Marriott.
Rooms:
This
is
where
it
all
fell
apart
for
me.
My
room
was
78
degrees
and
VERY
muggy
despite
the
AC
being
at
72
(even
when
I
put
it
at
65
-
no
real
change).
The
lights
on
the
left
of
the
bed
were
out,
the
alarm
clock's
phone
charger
didn't
work,
the
outlet
next
to
the
bed
didn't
have
power,
and
the
fridge
wasn't
close
to
cold
(also
too
small
for
much
more
than
a
6
pack,
but
it
would
have
been
warm
regardless).
The
pillows
were
down,
but
basically
just
4
pancakes
they
were
so
thin.
Not
sure
if
housekeeping
was
under
the
influence,
but
pretty
sure
they
tried
to
jam
a
queen
fitted
sheet
onto
the
king
and
it
kept
popping
off
with
bare
mattress
underneath
(no
cover
or
mattress
pad).
The
front
desk
wasn't
much
help,
but
I
was
able
to
get
some
non-down
pillows
on
day
2
that
were
an
improvement.
I
took
a
look
at
the
AC
unit
filter
which
was
totally
clogged
(and
installed
backwards)
which
only
opened
my
eyes
to
how
dirty
everything
in
the
room
really
was.
I
had
long
days
and
nights
at
work
so
I
didn't
spend
much
time
in
the
room,
but
it
was
a
disappointment
either
way.
Location:
Great
if
you're
here
for
medical
campus
things.
If
you
need
to
get
to
your
car
or
move
it,
the
$15
garage
rapidly
becomes
a
$30-45
daily
operation
(complicated
rates
and
resets
every
time
you
move
-
if
you
park
and
don't
leave
it's
$15/day).
Personally,
I'd
stay
somewhere
else
-
the
Westin
across
the
street
looked
very
nice
and
their
roof-top
pool
was
open.
