Customer
service
needs
improvement.
Placed
and
paid
for
Coffee,
Hot
Chocolate
and
a
breakfast
sandwich
with
a
request
to
reheat
since
the
sandwich
was
in
the
cooler.
Took
a
seat
and
waited
for
the
order.
Notified
drinks
were
ready.
Picked
them
up
and
returned
to
the
cashier
and
asked
if
my
breakfast
sandwich
was
ready.
The
young
man
tells
me,
I'll
be
with,
there
are
customers
before
you.
I
asked,
"have
I
not
paid
for
the
breakfast
sandwich?
He
replied
yes.
I
just
need
to
warm
it
after
I
help
these
customers.
I
was
surprised
and
asked
for
my
sandwich,
telling
him
"I'll
put
it
in
the
microwave
at
work."
At
a
minimum,
The
proper
Customer
service
thing
to
do
is
to
excuse
yourself
from
the
customers
discussing
what
to
order
and
at
least
place
the
sandwich
in
the
microwave
