I
returned
today
and
all
is
well.
An
apology
was
given,
along
with
a
gift
card
and
my
coffee
was
great!
From
reading
the
previous
review
I
really
can
believe
that
happened.
The
employee
that
they
have
she
is
educated
on
her
coffee
but
maybe
a
little
to
educated.
Don't
tell
me
what
I
like
and
what
I
don't
like.
Just
make
the
coffee
the
way
I
asked
for
it.
She
can
also
be
rude
too
and
many
times
I'm
just
not
in
the
mood
for
that
when
I'm
trying
to
have
a
hot
good
cup
of
coffee.
Also
if
I
asked
for
extra
hot
coffee,
please
double
cup
it
so
I
will
not
burn
my
hands.
I'm
so
glad
that
I
stopped
tipping.
As
often
as
I
go
and
they
know
my
face,
why
not
offer
me
a
Reward
Card.
Instead,
I
have
to
ask
for
it?
It
is
crazy,
I
guess
I
just
have
to
take
a
walk
and
find
another
coffee
shop
to
go
to
because
that
one
will
not
get
another
dime
from
me.
I
will
add
another
star
because
I
don't
want
to
blame
both
employees
for
her
rudeness
but
management
need
to
have
a
conversation
with
her
soon.
It
will
only
get
worse.
