Gorgeous walking trail, butterfly garden, nice playground/swings, & places to sit or eat. There is also a cute little library box.

My husband and I enjoyed this place. There is a paved path around the park with some exercise places and has a fence all the way around. The park has a decent amount of benches around the playground. I was surprised how big the playground and that some of it is under shade. The best part is that they have a butterfly garden and it was amazing to see all the monarchs flying around. Will be back again.

Love this park. The walking path is well marked and has 2 distances with water fountains every so often with separate access for humans and dogs. The trail would be great for roller blading as out is quite wide. For the most part, the other Park patrons are considerate and quite friendly. I've only once seen a dog without a leash and that was only briefly. There are two full service bathrooms, wanted each end of the park that are quite clean. And last, there is this free speech designated area that appears to be a location where you can curse your head off if you get permission ahead of time (see photo).

Great little spot for sports. There’s a giant wood playground equipment jungle gym for kids but it’s usually pretty crowded. If you play soccer, softball, baseball, football, basically anything with a ball, you’re going to want to come check the spot out. The grass is usually mode and it’s not often muggy or wet there. A lot of parks around here when it rains they stay mosquito havens for days. This seems to be the exception. It is closed at night but I have seen people playing sports teams out there after dark so possibly if you apply with the city you can get special exemption I’m not sure. As far as crime goes this area has recently had a spike so I wouldn’t suggest being here at the dark anyway. There is Apple parking playground equipment seems to be new enough and maintained, and there does not seem to be a large population of vagrants or other shady threats lingering around. There are gazebos which are good for birthday parties and I don’t think you need to have a special permit to have a birthday party there. My kids been coming here his whole life he loves it.

Beautiful park! In the mornings it is so quiet and there are a lot of people walking and running around the asphalt walk way they have here. There are many settings, a climbing area and a huge toy for the kids to play on. Tons of trees and there are secret areas hidden in the trees! So cool! There is also a butterfly garden that is blooming with flowers and butterflies!

Great park! It had just rained so things were a little wet and muddy but the playground was still great and my 2 year old loved it. The trail that loops around is nice and the field is great for whatever sport you want to play.

Really nice park. We love the butterfly garden! Only wish people took care of the picnic tables better. Nasty chewing gum and smeared in leftover food does not make eating lunch there too appealing. Bathroom is clean, not smelly.

I came because I can walk at night. Most of the other parks in the area closes when it gets dark, but this one closes at 10pm and it has lights. However, not all of the lights work. This is only my second time here so I'm not sure if it's a right now situation or an all of the time situation, but the lights that's not working tonight are the ones at the playground. To me its the most important ones because that's where the kids are and obviously a well lit playground is better than a dark one especially when kids are playing. It's also the front of the park where most people enter, exit and park, also it's just 7pm. Like I said, it's my second time here and maybe the lights doesn't come on in this area for a reason or maybe they are just out temporally. Hopefully it'll get fix soon. 🤷🏾‍♀️

We like the convenience of this park. Great play equipment for the kids and a large path to exercise. Bathrooms are clean and the area well kept. There is also a beautiful community garden specializing in local plants that feed migrating butterflies. Fun place to watch a cricket match too as part of the field is on lease to a local Cricket league.

It's a wide open area with a concrete walking path around it. Not much shade. Mostly flat playing fields, the only trees to speak of are on the Jones rd side. From the parking lot extending only a couple hundred feet into the park area

Great place for family time, to breathe, to take the kids to run and get tired, to enjoy nature, practice sports, to workout and do a lot of outdoor activities. We also noticed some areas where you can celebrate birthdays or parties but I am not sure how that works. There is picnic areas and super important for kids, there is restrooms available!!!

Worked out with my son this a.m. The park was very clean. Other people were also doing their morning walk. A constable was in the area patrolling the park, ensuring safety.

My kids love this park. It always is clean and feels safe. The big walking path around the fields let's you walk while they play. They do allow dogs on leashes and I've never seen dog messes which is nice. It's fun on the weekends to watch the cricket teams out there playing too.

It's a good park for family, kids activities, picnic activities, football practice, etc. cricket nets and ground is also big enough. There are few physical exercises options for elders as well. Nice trails around the park. Everything in one park.

Beautiful park and it has a free library which will encourage kids to read. I love this idea, spreading knowledge for free.
