Cullen Running Trails Center

Tourist attraction Park Sports complex Memorial park

👍👍 Regular stop to get a “loop” in. Just over three miles if starting at the Trails Center. Great place to start stop a run though. Can get a locker, towel, and shower for cheap if needing to clean up after a run. There are also a lot of trails in the “woods” if wanting something more secluded / less... People often mention trails, Great,

This is a great place to start and end your trail walks and runs. The Cullen center has lockers and showers and they provide towels for a small fee. Ample parking but it does get packed later in the day. Lots of trails to follow, marked with difficulty ratings - easy, moderate and difficult. Early mornings are best. Some trails take you right to the bayou and and along it. The purple trail is a loop around 3.3 miles with an easy to moderate path. Generally good mobile network so you can use your phone to navigate. Construction work is under-way to the north of the trails that will eventually connect to the rest of Memorial Park and Eastern Glades.

Love the running trails. It’s a slice of nature right in the middle of the city. Definitely a great place to destress.

Memorial Park is the best! During certain times of the year you can find beautiful wildflowers, fields, green trees, fall colors, etc, making it perfect for photo shoots.

I love this place! Super instrumental in my journey to get back to my fitness level. Its continually expanding and improving. Probably the best overall jog trail in Houston besides Allen Parkway. Hit me up if you need a jogging buddy

This Place was so well kept up, everyone was so nice and acted proper, I know it's a hard thing to take in; acting proper. But it's rare nowadays and it made the trip even better for a morning walk

No first aid kit. No assistance when someone comes in injured. Volunteers at the desk are friendly however.

Parking get full later in day. Best to go early. Trails have arrows but not always easy to follow. People are friendly and will help if you ask. Go on days when it hasn't rained too much as it will get muddy.
