One of the best dog park in houston. It’s a pretty big park with lots trees and great views. Some place for me to hide while my dogs run wild. Great views with 3 dog pool. 2 for big dogs and one for small dogs. The water is pretty clean too. They also have a bath station which a bench is located there too. Convenient! The dogs owners here are super friendly, lots of different breed. Fun for a dog lover to play with different dogs. My dogs are super friendly so I don’t have to worry about they run into trouble. And dog owners watch their dog pretty closely. Only thing is they close bit early. Other than that everything is just perfect. Fun for my dog and relaxing for me. Will always bring them back here.

Very nice dog 🐶 park! Quite big and slightly fenced around the park. There’s a section for smaller dogs so you can put your doggy’s if you’d like. Many water place and good play ground for your puppy 🐶 Come enjoy this park with your family pup 🐶 Cheers 🥂

Place over all is spacious for dogs. I was in the small dog area and my dog had a good time playing and running. The water fountain needs to be replaced or repaired it shoots the water out of the bowl and its missing the bell that goes in the middle that covers the drain pipe at the moment it has the rusty pipe sticking out I think it could be dangerous for dogs to drink from the fountain. Please fix it also its leaking water. The little shower in the small dog area is also not working hoses are disconnected.

This dog park features 2 swimming holes in the larger dog park as well as a track in the middle. The locals are friendly, and there is minimal waste in the park thanks to the poo bags which are always stocked. There is also a park specifically for smaller breeds that has its own swimming hole; and a track that surrounds both dog parks with some good forested areas to explore. The best part is that the park has a large dog wash station that I am able to shampoo and wash my dog at after he gets dirty. The only con I can think of is that this park is prone to flooding so avoid days after heavy rains, or prepare to get muddy.

Millie Bush Bark Dog Park is a large public dog park located in Houston, Texas. It is a very popular destination not only among the dog owners who live in the area but also for those who live in the downtown area of Houston and drive 30 minutes just to attend this wonderful dog park. Considering the park’s size and amenities, it is not surprising that it is a favorite in the community. The Millie Bush Bark Dog Park measures 8.68 acres in size and it is divided into two amenity-laden, off-leash areas. Both areas are securely fenced and have a double-gated entry system which minimizes the chance of dogs slipping out. The first area is massive and takes up most of the dog park. It has granite trails running through it and two man-made ponds for dogs to swim around and cool off in. It is meant for large dog breeds, however, small dogs are welcome as long as they don’t mind playing with bigger dogs. There is also a small dog area that has a similar layout but is much smaller in size. It provides enough space for smaller canines to run around in and a small pond to splash and play in. There are plenty of benches lined throughout both areas as well as three seating areas that are covered for shade. There are also four water fountains, one in the small dog enclosure and the remaining ones are in the larger area. Both areas have some trees, fire hydrants, and plenty of running space for off-leash fun and exploration. Dog waste bag dispensers are always filled and the trash cans are strategically placed. Thanks to the park’s size, it rarely feels crowded even on the busier days. In addition to all of the above, there are three washing stations right outside of the dog park which is very convenient since the terrain is mostly grassy so things can get muddy. Owners should bring their own shampoo and towel if they want to give their pooches a proper post-playtime shower. There is no restroom in the dog park, however, there is a public restroom just across the street. Parking isn’t a problem either since there are over 100 parking slots located directly by this incredible dog park.

First time visiting this dog park with our tiny parti Yorkie and he loved it! Lots of room to let dogs run and play be doggies! They have thought of everything here, it's our new favorite park for our fur baby.

This is hands down my pup’s favorite dog park. There’s 2 big swimming pools and lots of room to run around. One of the pools has steps to help your dog learn to swim, i thought that was a cool feature. This park is kept pretty clean and there’s multiple stations to wash your dogs at, which is very convenient if it’s packed. I love coming here!!

All around each time we bring our 2 Harlequin GREAT DANEs it's a completely a super good and fun time always...although our boy is 220 lbs and our girl is 130 lbs and attracts both visits and their fur babies alike--it's always a blast to see the interactions of us all when we come together for the common good of our petkids...it's always clean neat spacious and quite breezy especially on its best days like today. We often only bring them here in the early morning hours when it opens because often it's too hot between 11am-6-pm in this Texas 100+ degree temperature; oh and all evening visits WE RARELY DO....at least for us it's too overwhelming: they definitely draw an excessive amounts around them and us at one time because of their size and its 2 of them:) so we always opt-out taking them around that time. Furthermore, we love the washing off water area and the pond(s) once we finish to head back home! And our forever kids love how they are free to roam run and explore this great place, its views and other friendly breeds and their families; which is a plus for us as well. It's a 5-star bark park indeed and we highly recommend it to anyone who has pets!!!

Nice and spacious but fenced in to keep other wildlife out. There are two decently sized water areas for those dogs that enjoy swimming. For the smaller pups they even have a separate area. My dog loves coming here and is always very excited as we pull into the parking lot. Everyone, canine and human, have been incredibly welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Love it. They may need to think about making a section for elder dogs. My fur babies have fun. 10/22/22 there is a wasp nest they need to remove from the canopy area at the small dog park.

Clean park for the furry ones. Lot of parking spaces and showers available to clean up or bath your dog before going home. A Sheriff is on the parking lot area many times during the day to enforce aggressive pets and their owners to follow rules on putting their dog on a leash or leave the park for the protection of friendly pets. If you love photography, the Millie Bush Dog Park offers beautiful sunsets and sunrises for you to get entertained while your furry one is having fun next to you.

My husband and I started going to Millie Bush Dog Park starting back in May of this year, and we just love this dog park. I love that it has an area for the smaller dogs and the bigger dogs separately. The 2 lakes make it special and nice for all doggies to play and cool off. It is a great place to bring your furry friends to roam and meet new friends. I have never had an issue with other dogs being unfriendly. My Nova just loves to play and wants that from every dog she meets, and some don't like that, lol This place does have a dog wash and water fountains. Sorry, they are not pictured. The only ding that I would give this dog park is that I wish that they had made it bigger in general. It can get congested quite quickly, especially on weekends, and there is not a whole lot of seating and shade like there could have been, but all in all, it is a great dog park and one of my favorites with fond memories.

It's a really good dog park overall but an especially great one for large and playful dogs. There's a separate space for smaller dogs as well. The place is huge and includes some big water features. Their washing area has lots of room and tie downs for multiple leashes per hose and the best part is the wash area is always operational. To my knowledge they don't restrict or cap the water at all, there's few things more frustrating than taking your fur baby to play and having no place to rinse them off afterwards.

This is a nice great size park. Two pool areas. Everyone was nice that was there standing watching their fur babies. But there is always that one person that shouldn't be there.

I normally love this dog park. But this morning of course there had to be that one dog big balls still intact running up to other dogs growling. I told the lady to handle her dog and no aggressive dogs are allowed in dog parks. Then of course she got aggressive with me. It's really shameful these aggressive people with their aggressive dogs that can go to public dog parks. Where are the private dog parks where dogs are evaluated before being allowed inside. Other cities have these types of dog parks. The city hasn't even taken care of this dog park recently it stinks really bad. The two ponds have stagnant water also. This dog park used to be well cared for. Not now though.

This dog park is way better than anything I would have expected! They are strict here however so make sure your pup is all up to date on their shots! They will give out citations of they get into a fight! Also I love that they have a dog washing area!

I took my dog to a dog park for the first time today & it went well. All of the dogs were Unleashed and running freely. They all seem to get along well. Dogs being dogs lol. I love this park and seeing all the different dogs.

Good size park with two large ponds and stalls to wash the dogs when you're done. Only downside is most people don't clean up after their pups. There's a separate area for smaller dogs
