I only take time to review places that I feel people will benefit because either I saved them from the terrible experience or they read my review and visit a place they will make their own memories. I really like this park but this past weekend my daughter had her birthday party at this park and needless to say this will be our first and last birthday party at a park. Our guest all has children under the age of 5 and when asked if there was a restroom we said yes but little did we know it was locked!!! So please help me understand why did we pay to reserve this space that has yellow caution tape as my back drop and no working restrooms? Very disappointed. It make more sense to arrive unannounced take the 4 deck tables and no need to pay 35$ for a reservation. Just giving those who are thinking of renting for a party a heads up.

Lovely tree lined park right in between an urban part of town, which allows for an escape from the hustle and bustle. The onsite restrooms are good to have especially when visiting with children. They have 4 tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball and jogging trails, along with a wonderful fully fenced in playground for kids to play without parents having to worry much.

The park playground is completely fenced in with multiple slides and swings as well as an open area with grass. The park is pretty shaded with tree coverage and there are neat features like a pumpkin coach and a xylophone. There are also four tennis courts, sand volleyball and a small basketball court. The park itself is fairly large but the fenced in playground area is smallish (but a nice enough size). It has plenty of benches. A really nice park overall with creative playground features.

First time here and we loved it! There is a ton to do and the deck with the picnic tables are super convenient with shade for sunny days... They really thought of everything. Definitely going to be coming often my son enjoyed it very much. 🤗

Lots of shade over all the playground! Picnic tables are also covered! Parking on the street is easy and shaded as well. Park was pretty clean for the most part. A few pieces of food or wrappers from kid snacks but overall very nicely kept! Lots of squirrels too. Love this park

Cute little "pumpkin park", meant for kids but it's a perfect place to take pics if you're into pumpkins and everything fall😉

Decent parking. Plenty of open space. There’s a sand volleyball court, tennis courts, and wishing trees. It’s well groomed, so you get the best of trees and sky visibility.

Well maintained park. The park is beautifully designed. You will enjoy your time in the park. This park has things for all ages. Nice raised sitting area to eat a picnic. The wishing tree is a good initiative along with the free book library. The park also had a volleyball and basketball space. My daughter enjoyed her time at this park and we wish to visit it again soon. Recommended if you are around in the River oaks area.

Cute park. We needed a place to walk after dinner. Found this place on Google nearby. Off street parking. Basketball and tennis courts. Very well maintained. Didn't see any facilites, but I wasn't looking for them. Only complaint is it is a tad dark, but it seemed incredibly safe in a good neighborhood. Maybe the neighbors don't want bright lights messing up the ambiance of the neighborhood.

Great sand volleyball court, bring your own net and outline. There is a drinking fountain and hose to clean up next to the court.

This is a very nice small quiet park that is hidden. They have volleyball basketball tennis and a space for children. Also a very nice photography area with the trees.

I love the fact that it is gated and kids can run freely without worrying about the cars around. Very fun park

Wonderful park. Well fenced with a variety of play areas. Swings, slides, climbing, xylophone and the famous Cinderella pumpkin wagon. There is shaded seating near the playground along with picnic tables for parties or just lunch.

Nice park to take kids to play. We just happened to go by while a birthday party was taking place. But great gated park for kids to play.

It was freezing cold the night we visited the park. But other then that it offered a very nice Christmas Photo background. We used the chimney area for a background in our photo's.

One of my favorite parks! I love having picnics here and taking walks. Lots of trees so lots of shade and many Pokéstops for Pokémon Go players.

Our daughter played on the playground. A nice place, not too hot on the slides, lots of seating for parents (can take a picnic lunch if you'd like). Has a smaller and bigger kid jungle gym, ground is covered in bark bits so watch out for splinters or pieces in your child's hair.

Adorable little park with seating for parents and it's all safely closed in in a quiet little neighborhood. Play structures suitable for multiple ages and lots of shade. Plus the wishing trees are SO cute.

Nicely shaded area! loved it very much. We were trying to enjoy the morning before it got too hot. Ended up leaving the house a bit late so decided to go here for my first time. I couldn't get over how shaded and much cooler it was I'm sure compare the other parks around the area with less trees. Will definitely come back again.

Family friendly neighborhood park with whimsical playground, small walking trail, neighborhood library, volleyball court and tennis courts. Limited street parking in front and in neighboring streets.

I come here occasionally to play tennis. There are 4 tennis courts that are in rough shape but I’ve unfortunately seen and played on worse in the Houston area. The courts are not lighted and there is no backboard. The park is very nice and there is street parking along the residential street. Sometimes the street can get pretty full so parking can be hard. Overall, it’s a nice little public park tucked away right off of busy Westheimer.

Nice relaxing park in the middle of the city. There are several tennis courts available, plus two basketball hoops.

Decent park with an enclosed area for small children. Really nice benches under the shade for outdoor picnics. Unfortunately elsewhere people have their dogs running around off-leash even though this isn't a dog park. Frustrating, but it is what it is.

This park is so clean and nice. So many beautiful trees. My daughter loves it.

this playground is really nice. too bad it's so close to a busy road but during the week the traffic and the noise are not too bad, and it's easy to find parking in front of the park.

I was presently surprised of the park being so small surrounding by massive beautiful homes. However, it seemed like the peoples living in the area like it. It was lots of families out walking their dogs and children birthday parties!!!
