It’s a nice park if you are here for chilling but I was thinking about hiking on a trail and a bit tough road for my group. This place itself very nice. Come and chill. If you have a canoe πŸ›Ά you can go out from here as well. Cheers πŸ₯‚

You can enjoy the natural view of Buffalo bayou. They park appears reopen recently and good for kids to enjoy them pleasant morning and evening. The running water on Buffalo bayou helps you get more relaxed and get your stress down. Be careful when you take down kids with you in the path downward to bayou.

Nice little park with a childrens’ playground and a short jogging track/dog walk. You can walk right down to the bayou and get some good views and sound of water rushing down the creek. On good days, you could do some canoeing/kayaking here. But the water tends to stench especially on hot summer days. Limited street parking.

Peaceful and quite. Good place to hang out, buy stuff from Kroger's nearby and then come and enjoy at the park. The trail of bayou is also good.

Nice park, only concern is the canoe launch being next to playground. I’d say a gate would be helpful and warning sign.

Cool hidden gem in the big city- especially for dogs! It’s small but clean & well cared for. Nice gravel path around the park, several picnic tables, playground & plenty of space for fur baby frisbee & running around. The best part is the trail behind the park down to the bayou. But warning- path down to bayou is very steep so make sure you have good shoes on!

This park is safe and in an excellent neighborhood. There is an open field, a playground, a gazebo, benches, picnic tables, a water fountain and plenty of trash cans. Behind the park is an entrance to a canoe launch which I thought was a great option. The playground itself is average but sufficient. I would definitely bring my family here for the neighborhood quality alone. There were families playing football and the people were friendly.

This park is adorable it's great for the kiddos and if your family wants to play a sport in the field next to the park you can or just relax plenty of seating also, there's the bayou behind some trees there's a path you can walk down to it be cautious with small kids it's not surrounded by a closed fenced but it's beautiful and if ya stay safe you'll be fine.

I really liked the park. Very small but kids enjoyed it. Only thing that bothered was the random foul smell from time-to-time.

This is a very small place but it hits all the right notes. A nice walking Path around the perimeter. A playground With swings and a slide for the children. Several picnic tables, and a cool gazebo. Finally, there is a pathway going down the side of the cliff if you choose to launch your canoe or kayak into the bayou below.
