If you like doing business with robots then go ahead. I contacted them way before my order even shipped asking them to please move my order to the following week due to the fact that I had to go out of town to deal with a family medical emergency. Things happen in life and they are stressful enough to deal with. I did not want a box full of food to be left to rot in front of my door in Houston’s summer heat for 5 days. I simply asked as a one time thing to move my order to next week due to extra ordinary circumstances… this is the first time I have ever felt with such a heartless company. They absolutely did not care about the situation and told me that even though the food was not going to be shipped for days it didn’t matter they wouldn’t budge and won’t move the delivery date. I’m a business owner as well and I always try to help my customers and be understanding. Snap kitchen is all about hiding behind certain policies and they do not care of their customers need a little help in case something unexpected happens to them. I did not ask for a refund, simply to ship it later. I was told a categoric NO! So I cancel my subscription and a box of food will rot in front of my door for the next 5 days while I’m in the hospital with a family member … thanks Snap kitchen , I will NEVER give them my business again.

Always thought that the food and service was much better at MyFitFoods but I gave these people a chance and boy do I regret it now. An upset bank account and an stomach, the real combo deal here.

I have to applaud them because their meals used to be…not the best. But in recent months, they have gotten SO delicious! Way tastier than any other meal service I’ve tried in Houston. The flavors are on point now and I love how they have more options inspired by different types of cuisines.

I’ve been a Snap customer for a while but I never tried their meal plans until now. The app makes it easy to choose your meals and schedule pick up! They also added Bison Shepherds Pie, Barbacoa & corn and kept my favs like Naked beef and Naked Salmon. I will admit that sometimes I used to suffer through a few of their meals but now I can’t find one I don’t like!

The meals use to be good and nutritional, now its just seems like they are packing their meals with sugar.

staff is nice.. but company and management are the worst, food ok.. overpriced and had like a piece of trash/plastic in it..

It’s a decent place to pick up quick lunch meal during work hours. It’s a light meal but even after heating it, it did not look fresh, looked like it was refrigerated for a while.The burrito chicken bowl was okay. It’s alright but not something to go back to! Not too many options and the salad bowl did not look too fresh.

Warming and helpful staff!!! I recently joined snap recurring membership but had difficulty with my set up. Yesterday after work I came to get assistance for my payments and spoke to Salma. She was so sweet and understanding of my issues, she decided to walk through the whole process with me as well as help me check out. There was also a young gentleman named Devonte that was just has helpful. Had a wonderful experience! Would recommend this location to everyone!!!

Very pleased with this gluten-free facility. Passing through on a road trip and this place was a great find for my celiac spouse. The whole family found healthy and delicious options, even mac and cheese for the kiddo! Everything is packed and ready to grab and go but there are also microwaves and tables if you want to eat in.

Decent pre-cooked food with some vegetarian and vegan options; for the price, all ingredients should be organic... Helpful, friendly staff. Parking on site, usually crowded.

5 stars for food 3 for customer service and the decor setup A bit pricey for what the place looks like, but the food is tasty. Nice presentation.

THE BUSINESS IS GREAT BUT I CAN'T EAT SODIUM BASE FOODS.

The food is so tasty especially for how healthy it is. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly too.

I’ve order from Snap Kitchen several times in the past and have gotten it shipped directly to me without an issue. This time I ordered about 7 meal preps and realized all the ones they gave me expired within 3 days which is unacceptable. Most of the food was already rotten and made me sick before the expiration date. Customer service was unhelpful and this will be the last time I use this company.

The food itself is quite good for a meal prep plan but I don't like that the snap pass charges you and you must make selections a week in advance (how do I know exactly what I will want and the quantity a week in advance?) Also had a bad experience with sign up, got a code from in store, upon signing up the website gave me a much better code but it only arrived to my phone after I placed my first order. Then used the better code the following week successfully, but after I left the store they charged my card without my authorization for the difference of the discount the code gave me claiming it was no longer valid since I used the first code. I'm not a fan of companies charging me without auth and then getting charged every week for food for the following week that you can only edit until a certain point. Seemed like a good idea but it's actually quite restrictive.

Snap Kitchen is amazing. Healthy food and portion sized combined with speed and efficiency make them perfect meals.
