All 👏 The 👏 Yesses 👏! I love this place. Such a great place for clean, vegan asian food. And the thing is, you do not have to be vegan to enjoy it. I’ve brought many meat-eating friends and they love it too. If you go on a weekday, they have the buffet until 3 pm. If you go during the weekend, be prepared to pay a bit more but the buffet is available all day long. But wow. It’s so worth it. Their produce is fresh. You can make yourself a great salad. Their rice, veggie meat, veggie combinations are all that is well in the world. If I ever away from Houston, this would be one of the most memorable places I’ve eaten at. Keep doing what you’re doing. May your business continue to prosper.

Wow, this food blew my expectations of eating vegan food! I'm trying to eat better for my health and the General Tso's vegan chicken is amazing full of flavor. Additionally the hot and sour soup is really tasty not bland like a lot of restaurants. I've read earlier reviews that they might close, I hope they hang in there a little longer. Please support your small businesses!

I love this place!! The food is all vegan and prepared freshly. The owners are really sweet people. I have only tried their buffet like 3 times so far and it's always good. Their coconut cake is super delicious and I'm kinda glad they cut the coconut cake into tiny pieces or else I'd be eating that for the entire meal lol.

FANTASTIC VEGAN AND VEGETARIAN ASIAN CUISINE!!! WHAT WONDERFULLY RELAXING SPOT AND DELICIOUS FOOD! This owner operated restaurant serves incredibly fresh and flavorful Asian dishes...all vegan and/ or vegetarian. Order at the counter from the hanging menu, pay, and take a seat. I chose the buffet today for lunch $12 and organic lemonade. $3 AMAZING!!! :) Yes. I did overeat a little. Sooo good. The 8 homemade sauces made fresh everyday were bursting with unique flavor. Just can't say enough good about Pepper Tree..They are closed on Monday. The weekend buffet is a little more pricey, but they add vegan sushi, dumplings, and, other specialties and they have kid prices. Well worth it. Thanks Pepper Tree Veggie Cuisine. See you soon.

Wow! I'm not usually a fan of Chinese buffets, but with every dish being 100%, I barely had enough room in my tummy to taste every dish. Every single thing I tried was fresh, well seasoned, and flavorful. I was excited to have sweet & sour soup, which I have missed for 19 years, since it's not usually vegetarian. The version at Pepper Tree was better than I remembered. Red bean sesame balls, curried tofu, vegetable potstickers, veggie sushi, and a number of other dishes I can't name - everything was delicious. A simple little place with friendly service and amazing food.

I loved this place on both my visits during my recent trip to Houston. The General Tso and Cashew dishes were good. I also liked the sesame balls and coconut cake. If I'm ever back in Houston I will return.

Overall a great Asian inspired vegan buffet, dumplings were my favorite part. We were there on a Sunday right when they opened and it got pretty full very quickly. I do wish they had better dessert options on the buffet, just had fruit, small vanilla bread/cake and fruit filled sesame balls with chocolate sauce.

You will enjoy this all vegan Chinese food restaurant. It has a lunchtime buffet! Closed on Monday. And nice buffet on weekends too with sushi, eggrolls and dumplings:) excellent sesame dessert balls!

I love this place. It has the healthiest buffet that doesn't make me feel fat and bloated. Everything is vegetarian if not vegan. The staff is friendly. The place is a little small and gets packed during the buffet lunch special.

All plant based, fresh and delicious. Great buffet, family owned and family friendly. We loved it and were stuffed with happiness and good cheer having found so much good food to eat. Highly recommend when looking for a great vegan meal on the go, fast and easy. The curry was particularly tasty and kids loved all the protein options to add to the fantastic fried rice
