This place would have gotten 5 stars if the employees were wearing masks while preparing the food in the pandemic! The food was incredible, honestly the best food I’ve ever had as a vegan! NOT KIDDING. I want to try everything on the menu at least once but I won’t be back until post pandemic for safety. And even that’s gonna be hard with how good the food was!

I stopped by today for the first time & I was very pleased! I ordered the vegan fish poboy, mac & cheese, & collard greens. The food was delicious & the lady who took my order was friendly. I appreciate the good food & good service!

The food is terrific!... & The staff is amazing! I came here to try their options for when I want healthier meatless meals & I have found it! The brunch Crabcakes and Grits were off the chain. Could've fooled me had I not known any better that it wasn't meat. Burgers good too!

One of the best vegan restaurants in Houston. I don’t live in Houston but I will drive 4-5 hours just to have lunch at this spot. I haven’t found another vegan restaurant like it. Food is seasoned like someone’s abuela is in that kitchen!

Visited this food truck. The food was so good, I’m sad the restaurant closed but glad they are still around. The location was easily accessible & the service was friendly. I had the surf & turf with cauliflower. I would definitely visit again. They are also available for catering. Updated 9/10/2022 The food truck is now a restaurant. The food was amazing. We had chicken and waffles, fish, greens, mac n cheese, dirty rice, cucumber lemonade, and pineapple lemonade. The cucumber lemonade was amazing but the pineapple lemonade was not as good. My son is not a vegan but loved the mac n cheese. He also commented that the waffles much tasted better than regular waffles. Check out the pics.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was delicious!! Mac and cheese was creamy and flavorful and The cauliflower was a great texture and taste. Only thing I didn't like was the bread. It was a little chewy.

It's a food truck. If it's busy, don't expect a quick order. Believe me when I say it's worth the wait. One taste of the shrimp led to empty containers before we got home. It's that good.

This was my husband's and I first time at the food truck. I told Josh who took our order that I was a baby vegan just starting on July 5th. He was so patient and helpful. I told him that this was my husband's first introduction and I was trying to convert him. He gave us a sample of macaroni and advised us on what we should try. We got fried "chicken" and waffles, "shrimp" and grits, boudain balls and peach cobbler. They also had a mango juice that was yummy. We truly enjoyed and this will be a monthly treat. I wish everything was not fried, but it was delicious!!!!

It's recommended you come closer to when they open up since they will run out of popular items before close. Ended up getting the fried cauliflower starter with the Asian sauce. It was really good. I'll visit sooner when they have more on the menu but that alone was a great dish.

What they used to call chicken to make that Chicken Sandwich was VERY GOOD. I am not a vegan, and I had a birthday 12-07-21 so I was spending some money at Black 🖤 Owned restaurants and trying new foods at different establishments that I had never eaten at. This day I googled and tried this spot and was VERY PLEASED, and I thank the lady who was polite who took my order. Keep up the good work..and stay strong..❤️💚🖤✊🏾💪🏾👍🏾

Another great vegan food truck in Houston Good home made food, with a wide selection of both mains and sides. Also a nice choice of unbelievably good sauces. Their perfectly moist chicken sandwich and spicy barbecue sauce are must haves. Be warned, the food is heavy but totally worth it. Strongly recommended!

Amazing food and great staff! I have ordered from Lindiana's several times and two things remain the same, the food is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend my favorite meal, Boudin Balls with Mac and cheese and greens, you won't be disappointed! I was so pleased when they offered a Holiday menu, because the entire family loved the Boudin Balls, fried mushrooms, and pound cake. They recently added beignets to the menu and they were soooo good. I'm so happy we found this place 😍

Inforgpt to press post on this review. It was last fall. The food is amazing! Let me say that as loud as I can! Be sure to tip the chefs. The wait staff is sweet and polite. They are moving constantly. They are sweating. They are packaging plates. They don't have time to babysit patrons like they will once fully staffed. But it appears that most people in there are used to the wait. I was the first order of the day via DoorDash. I ordered the night before. That order was ready-ish around 12:30. But Door Dash doesn't offer the full menu options. So when I got there I asked to add to my order. I wanted waffles and jackfruit wings. I was given a 15 minute projected wait. That took a full hour for it to be ready. I say that to say that there were THAT many new orders that came in while I waited. Kuddos!!! I had to rush out in a hurry for an appointment so I was a bit abrupt with the ladies going out. But they were running and hustling. The owners do need to support the order taking process a little better if the business grows at this pace. Were I not in a rush I would have sat and enjoyed the people, and ambience. I grew up near by. So this is my hood. I would love for this restaurant to thrive for years to come! The signage confused me. It's in a nice sized building that actually houses two restaurants. One vegan. One serves meat. They both seem to serve soul food. My new vegan spot is open every day except Mondays. I am not disappointed. Place your order early. Call in if you can get through on the phone. Or stop in, order and run an errand, maybe. You want your food fresh and not rushed. So be patient. Buy a bag of vegan chocolate chip and pecan cookies and pasion fruit tea to enjoy while you wait.

Their food will have you not missing meat. AT ALL. I have tried most of the menu and it's always cooked fresh. My favorites: "fish", jackfruit wings, cucumber water, mango juice, greens, sliders, and strawberry cake. I don't have pictures. I ate the food too fast 😆

All the food is made fresh to order!! The boudain balls are my favorite go to,but they fish slap harder than my momma when she mad!! Delicious and 100% vegan. A Blu Doodle Home Bakery LLC cookies are being sold inside of the restaurant as well!!

My nonvegan friend has the loaded fries with shrimp and loved it. I had oyster mushrooms with mac and dirty rice and it was great as well!! Great flavor and texture in everything. One of my favorite vegan places to support, definitely one of the best in houston!!

Took 10-15 to find the truck. No signage or branding to identify. IG is so beautiful and in person was the complete opposite. None of the phone numbers work and y'all post them on social media and google despite 5 months if reviews stating this! I stated this was my first time and didn’t receive a warm welcome or recommendations. Ordered 2 Linda Plates and was charged for single items. And a tip I did not offer. Greens are very acidic. Mac and cheese had no flavor. Asked for sauce on the side for nuggets and wasn't provided enough to toss them at home. I honestly felt sick after this meal. Sent a review via email since they asked and they didn’t offer to refund me for the over charge. Just to remake the food they overcharged me for. Why would I come back? Update 10/8 they emailed me to tell me they overcharged me over a week ago asked for a refund method and still never sent me my money. Never again.
