Great place all veggie/ vegan Asian food with a market inside. Amazing place!

We’ve been eating here for long time. Food are always delicious. Space is clean and I think they just renovated the whole eating area. Feel as clam as always.

I'm not vegan or vegetarian, but I definitely DO recommend this place if you are or not. Not only is the food inexpensive, there is a good variety of food to choose from to build your combo plate. The food is not greasy, it's not overly salty, and you don't feel tired after your meal. The food is delicious and the staff is super helpful. I do wish I knew what I was ordering because there aren't any names on anything, but, what better reason than to just try everything that you can then come back and try something different. There are many different types of tofu dishes (as the name of the cafe suggests) but there is also an assortment of other vegetable dishes, which are just as equally good. For any first timers, you might be thrown off when you first walk in and see something like a grocery store. However, if you walk passed the grocery items, you'll see the small eating area and the food line. San San Tofu actually occupies the entire building so the parking lot is all theirs, but I heard that weekends are very busy and packed. So whether or not a vegetarian, I recommend giving this place a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

It is a Dream Store for vegetarians! Variety of vegetarian dishes, noodle soups, dim San, vegetarian merchandise. They made many kinds of Tofu, even yogurt. Very bright store and clean. Relaxing place for groups gathering. Good Services.

They have so many vegetarian Vietnamese options in their "dining hall" but it is hard to see. Aside from the lunch line, they also serve banh mi, rice, and various soups. The only way to know what entree is available is the green sheets of paper on top of the lunch line sneeze guard. They also have Vietnamese ready vegan/ vegetarian meals that you could buy and just eat in the open dining area.

The tray of fried tofu is so good that we have to buy 1 extra to snack on for the drive home. The grocery side has many delicious premade items, I love the banana in rice. Every trip to Houston includes a visit to San San Tofu.

This place is incredible. I crave it often! Everything is vegetarian. This place gets very busy for lunch. You can’t beat the prices or the service. The rice plates are so freaking good. I just can’t rave about this place enough. They also have vegetarian dim sum, banh mi, and a variety of Vietnamese soups.

Great place to take your vegan/vegetarian friends. Very friendly service and agreeable atmosphere. Clean and proper down to a t. Most, if not all of the food served is actually vegan, not just vegetarian. All meat and meat products are replaced with plant-derived substitutes.

Food always tastes great. You can buy a lot of Asian vegetarian foods and mock meat there. Lots of prepared Asian savory and sweets to pick up and go. You can order from the hot prepared cafeteria style or a la carte.

Love love love this place. Their soy milk has the authentic Asian taste that no where else I can find for a reasonable price. The food they serve is also very good and comes in a big portion. It’s a must visit place for my family every time we head over to Houston.

This is a gem for all you vegetarians and vegans. There's much great food to choose from, it's very affordable, and the staff are super friendly. Go for the lunch special where you get soup, tea, a choice of 3 dishes, and rice or noodles for about $10. You absolutely can't go wrong. And to top it off it's also a fantastic grocery store for lots of vegan and vegetarian foods. We already cant wait to go back.

Enjoy the food and presentation of the food was decent. My stomach didn't get upset, wasn't too greasy! However, customer service was a tad bit unwelcoming or maybe language barrier.

They have lots of items and choices. However, they do not label the prices. I only bought five things and these cost me $26. That is why I give them three stars.

It's a good place for vegetarians or wanna be. You can find lots of unique Asian groceries in this place, also there's a food court inside the shop that offers delicious vegetarian dishes for dining in or take out with great value,

Maybe the best Asian vegan restaurant I've ever been to. The hainanese "chicken" rice was insane. And this despite just getting back from Singapore where i had a whole bunch (with actual chicken). A must visit.

The staff is friendly & the food is good. Good selection of veggies and tofu/gluten meats. The fried spring rolls & the soft spring rolls are very good. My favorite are the sesame balls.

Granted. San San Tofu 山山豆腐 is a grocery store with fast food restaurant. Everyone was very attentive. Employee at the food section introduced me the dishes and how to order as I was waiting for friends to arrive. I will return to get some groceries next time.

I have been coming for years. Always fresh, clean, tasty, abundant portions. The staff is the cherry on top. Kind, smiling, helpful. Much gratitude.

I don't go to Texas/Houston often but when I do I visit here. Food is delicious! The employees are very nice and helpful even though they're always busy. And I love the selection of vegan foods in the market area. Can't wait to go back here!

I used to get all of my vegetarian food from here for a year but been couple of months I haven’t had any due to health reason but I came back the other day and the food never disappoints. Their hu tieu is so good like how it always is plus you gotta try their egg rolls and stir fried dishes.
