Impressed by glowing reviews, I visited today and found the elegant decor inviting. The well-stocked lunch buffet offered a variety of expertly cooked dishes, some pleasantly spicy. Service was initially warm, then hands-off, allowing for a comfortable dining experience. Despite the $20 price, the quality justifies the cost, leaving me eager to return soon.

Everything was amazing. Walked in and the owner greeted us and showed us the buffet and what each items were. Very friendly environment and after a while the owner came back to check in on us and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves Indian food. The food was very unique and flavorful and they use their own recipe for each dish so flavor is similar but unique to this restaurant at the same time. Definitively coming again!

On an attempt to expand my horizon with different types of cuisine. We came to Palette Indian Kitchen. I have to tell you, you will not be disappointed. The food is excellent. We tried everything on the menu just about. The service was amazing. You have to try this place. I don't receive any kind of compensation or discounts for my reviews. I am just a regular customer just like you.

I visited this place today, it was my first time eating Indian food and I completely loved it. The customer service was really good, the girl who helped us was very polite. The food was delicious, the place is very well taken care of and the prices were reasonable.

This is my new favorite place to eat! The staff were extremely nice and attentive. The owner came over and talked over the menu with us and had a nice conversation. All of the food was seasoned very well, had great flavor, and very good quality. There wasn't a dish we didn't like, and we ordered several to try. The Gobi Manchurian and the samosa chatta were simply amazing.They have gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and vegetarian options a plenty. Definitely going back and very soon.

DELICIOUS! That's the first word that comes in mind when describing my dining experience at Paletta Indian Kitchen. The owner himself took care of us and we had an absolute wonderful dining experience. All the staff was super friendly and attentive. Will definitely try to visit again, next time we are in town.

Visiting from Florida and our niece took us here. Excellent food, very fresh and authentic Indian food. The hummus and garlic naan bread was fantastic! All of our dishes were full of flavor and served with a side of rice. Service was friendly and the owner came out after our meal to see if we enjoyed everything. Food came out fairly quickly. Casual atmosphere and kid friendly. Would definitely go back often if we lived here😎

My super awesome friend, Jackie, took me here for my birthday 🥳 this was my first time, but definitely not my last. We did the buffet option which we thought was perfect so we could try everything available. Food was yummy, loved the atmosphere - nice & clean plus great service. The employees were friendly and always asked us if we needed anything. We sat outside for a little but just chatting and digesting all yumminess 😋

Our experience at the restaurant was not so great. I saw good reviews on this place so thought to try the food. First of all customer service could use some more training. There were only two servers. Boy was nice but girl was kinda rude and arrogant. I ordered coke but was served lemonade instead. Food it self was not to great. My husband ordered butter chicken and veg korma with naan. Naan that was served were cold. And veg korma didn't have any taste to it. Price for the food is also lot more then the quality and quantity. I usually don't put negative reviews on any business but this experience was very disappointing.

First time here tonight. I’m looking forward to trying other items on the menu when I return. I tried the goat biryani dish and the shrimp curry before I took the rest to enjoy later, then also dessert. All were very good. I recommend the beer in the photo too. The server was attentive and owner came to check on her customer’s tables.

Food is delicious and the service is very friendly. Never had a bad meal at Palette. Everything is tasty and fresh. Gobi Manchurian, Curried shrimp, naan bread, chicken tikka masala and the butter chicken are some of our favorites.

Not only did my belly get filled with AMAZING food but I was spiritually poured into! VJ and his staff was the most kind and caring people. He took the time to make menu recommendations and explain menu items to us because the menu list is LONG! I ordered the shrimp coconut curry with garlic naan bread and WOW 😍 absolutely delicious and mouth watering. Give this place a try, you will fall in love!

Great Friday lunch buffet with a lot of options, both veg and non veg. Delicious food, especially the dessert special, bread pudding. The drink machine features “crunchy crushed ice” and Coke Zero (my fave). Pleasant dining area, and employees went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed myself. Easy and fast $20 lunch and drink!

I almost felt like i was having dinner at a friends house with how nice everyone was. The food was phenomenal. I had probably the best curry ive ever had here, Not just saying that. Ive probably never left a review before but the food was so good i sat in my car after to write this. Definitely recommend.

The food was wonderful 😋. My husband and I really enjoyed the Chicken Popsicles. It's a dish that was created by the owner/chef. It's not available anywhere else. The service was great. The ambiance and atmosphere was just right. We will be back, thanks!

Family operated authentic Indian restaurant! It is located in a nice strip mall. They have outside seating but not good during summer due to Texas heat 🥹! Food was fairly good. We ordered vegetable samosa, chicken tikka masala , beef pepper fry, garlic naan bread and Goan/ Coconut shrimp curry. All dish comes with basmati rice. We liked all dishes except Goan shrimp curry and Samosas. The coconut milk used in the shrimp curry was not good and the whole dish tasted so sour. We returned it. The manager Savitha ( I hope I got her name correctly ) was so professional and apologized and didn’t charge. Also she gave another chicken tikka masala for free. This place was packed with guests. There was only two people serving customers in the dining hall. They were trying hard to make everyone happy. We took the liberty to get our drinks from the fountain many times. As far as the cleanliness of the place, yes, this place needs lots of help. The floor was dirty and needs lots of tender love. I saw many mosquitoes 🦟 flying around and I got couple of bites as well. It was hot and humid inside. I gave 4 star for the chicken tikka masala and the professionalism and good customer service of the manager. In my opinion, Spring Texas needs an authentic Indian restaurant that is really clean and has good vibe.

Great find in Spring! You could tell the management cared and were present at all times with their staff. The food? Delicious! We got the chicken tikka masala and the chicken curry, along with the garlic naan. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would have preferred the tikka masala to be spicier, but I’ll probably mention it next time. Servers were very polite and sweet but I think they could benefit more from checking the tables more often (refills etc.) Will definitely be back!

I have had the opportunity to try this place twice in two months. Never having this cuisine before I wasn't sure what to get. I googled and researched and then ended up just picking something. The first time I had Lamb Vindaloo and my dad had the Lamb Korma with a side of naan. It was good! The second time, we brought my husband and brother along. These are the dishes we had this time. App; Chili Shrimp. Main dishes; Lamb Karahi, Goan Shrimp, Lamb Pepper Fry and Lamb potato curry. Garlic naan. Absolutely delicious. We all tried some of eachothers and couldn't believe how delicious it was. One of our favorite spots now! Always clean, friendly and great food. 👍

Run to try the buffet at Palette Indian Kitchen ! I'm new to Indian food and am so glad we happened to come by at the time they were doing their daily lunch buffet. Everything was super plentiful and fresh. For $21 there is all you can eat soup, vegetarian dishes, meat dishes, fresh fruit , dessert, rice pudding, two types of naan, sodas, hot chai tea and iced tea. My only regret is I wish I had a bigger appetite so I could have tried more of the foods. I went with three family members and they were all impressed as well. The owner came to visit our table and I believe the manager/host did as well. We were very well taken care of by the staff, the restaurant was bright and clean and I am dying to go back. VERY impressed 10 out of 10 . They do have a regular menu as well but honestly I don't know how Id be able to choose which dish to commit to they were all mouthwatering delicious.

Wonderful service and great food, I ordered the goat tikka masala, rolls for appetizers which my baby enjoyed and the mango lassie which was delicious. I highly recommend this place. My family loves coming here. Very friendly service and owner.

I had work around the area and look around for a place for lunch and Palette was looking the best so I went in. The atmosphere is basic, not a bad thing but very basic The food was great, the person in charge was so friendly and guided me through. They offer buffet or you can order per items. The buffet with drink is $20 honestly nowadays it's great. Would come back again if I'm in the area.

If you live in the middle east before and miss the food like us. This is the place!. Biryani is DELICIOUS! Samosa is amazing. Definitely hit the spot. The search for lamb biryani is over for us. Food is an elevated version of what we’re used to in the middle east in terms of presentation. The owner is very warm and welcoming too. Place is nice, ambiance is good. We will definitely be a regular. If you have nut/peanut allergy, they are a safe restaurant for us. My kids did not have redness which happened with us in the past with other restaurants even though we informed them. So this restaurant surely never cross contaminate. We will be back and will try our other favorites that we saw on the menu.- your satisfied Filipino customer.

Never had Indian. I not adventurous like that but I wanted some grilled chicken and thought maybe this was the place. OMG. This place is fantastic. Tandoori chicken so good. Owner came by and insisted I have some bread with my meal. Great host great time. Wish I lived closer!

The Palette is my new favorite restaurant! Wow! Delicious Indian food! The owner is incredibly nice, the music is soothing, and the restaurant is spotless! My daughter and I ordered various dishes, and they were all wonderful, but my two favorite dishes were the dosa with potatoes, and the salmon curry! Yummm! We cannot wait to go back!

By far my favorite spot for authentic Indian cuisine! I love their butter and garlic Naan with Goan Coconut Shrimp Curry. So full of flavor and just the right amount of spice. We absolutely love this place! The owner is so kind. He walks around mingling and making recommendations. You have to try it! *My pic is what's left to take home after a full tummy. 😋

I didn’t think I liked Indian food. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried Palette! I went during lunch and tried the buffet. It was delicious! They had so many choices and options! And for vegan options as well. I brought my Husband in for dinner and we tried several different dishes and brought food home, again delicious, and even better the next day!

We came in for to order to go, but we ended up staying for a while because everyone was so friendly and helpful! For someone who doesn’t eat Indian cuisine very often, they were so kind and offered lots of help to find the perfect meal. The taste was out of this world! So fresh and beautiful. You won’t find a better place! Come treat your family to the Palette experience! Thank you for an enjoyable night! We will be back soon!

We are fairly new to the Spring area and always love to find good Indian food to eat. We saw the reviews for Palette and had to try it. The food is so fresh and flavorful. The owners are so personable and sweet- they really take time to explain things to you. We also found out we have a few small town things in common which just goes to show it’s a small world! The owners are a breath of fresh air. We had family visit and this was the first place we took them to eat and they loved it. We will definitely be back! If you are considering trying this place, just do it!

Pros: excellent service, large menu, delicious food, good prices Cons: kind of a hidden gem It's hard to find good Indian in Greater Houston, so do yourself a favor and come here if you're in the area. There's plenty of parking, the ambiance is relaxing and pleasing, and the food is some of the best on the area. Whether you like spicy food ornot, they have something for you. They even have some yummy desserts! I highly recommend all their naan, curries and biryanis! I'm looking forward to trying the rest of their menu 🤤

This was my first time to Palette and I’m sure glad I stopped in! The owner greeted me as if I was family! He spoke to me as if my life and experience was important to him. He introduced me to the menu, the buffet and all the vegan dishes available for me. They have plenty of options for everyone and not just vegetarian and vegan, so, come on in and enjoy yourself! I highly recommend this place! It was an absolute pleasure dining here!

The best Indian we have had in the Houston area. Traditional dishes were wonderful. Unexpected items that you must try: chicken Tikka masala pizza was fantastic. The owner, Calvin was very courteous. Restaurant very clean and nice atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Sampled a variety of dishes, all of which were good. The curry used for the eggplant was very good, but the eggplant itself may not be for everyone. The rice was excellent and not too dry or moist. Good meatless options including paneer, samosas, lentils, etc.

Amazing Indian food!!! I’ve been coming to this place since they opened and the food never disappoints. Today I took my parents for the first time and they loved the food. The naan garlic bread is delicious and super fresh. My family and I ordered lamb, chicken biriyani and chicken tikka kabob. Everything was delicious. Service was really good. The owner stopped by our table to asked how was everything and she gave us rice pudding (on the house). At the end of my lunch I order Mango Lassi. Do not leave Palette without trying this amazing drink!!

First time here and definitely will be coming back, the food is full of flavor and spices it's amazing! The vegetable biryani is one of the best I've had!! A lot of vegan options which makes this place awesome! Friendly staff as well!
