I love Vietnamese food but I literally ate charcoal burnt chicken. Out of respect to the old and smiley lady, I couldn't say anything but that food should have never ever left the kitchen. I mean,chicken was literally black and tasted horrible. Everything else was good.

Delicious meal, the pork was tender and crispy. The fish sauce was spicy but not too spicy. We liked it a lot, and the owner brought the whole container for us. Lovely lady. Our service was quick, and our cups were never empty.

Lady up front was very nice. Picked up my food and gave them a nice tip. Went home and found a small roach in the food. Needless to say I won’t go back.

The owners were very sweet and helpful in picking out some suggested food for me since it was my first time there. The lemongrass spicy chicken was on point it's on point I usually get it from the southside but everything I ordered was fabulous!! The chicken Spring rolls she made especially for me because I told her I am Hebrew and don't eat pork or seafood!! They were very flavorful & we loved them!! The couple that owns this restaurants are nice. I like their fries rice so that's what I'll usually get. However, one dish I would recommend not to get are the banh mi here. It is definitely not the Vietnamese banh mi you'd expect from like a pho restaurant. I ordered a beef banh mi, expecting to get a BBQ charred beef banh mi but instead, I got a weird Chinese stir fried or boiled beef snapped between a bread that was not toasted or buttered. It was not good. Anyhow, over all the food here is good but I'd stay away from the Vietnamese menu.

So here’s the story in this one, the location is great for a nearby lunch or dinner. It’s a tight spot for parking but it’s hidden away. The food is presentable and a good portion size. The fried rice is very very delicious. The egg rolls were crispy and a decent size. I would buy that again if I could the rice I mean. You get a soda can but no fountain drinks. The Pho was also good for a cold rainy day. A bit over priced for Vietnamese food in comparison to other places in SB. Still a good find here nearby. I would recommend this place to anyone new to the area.

After seeing good reviews I decided to try this place. I love the Vietnamese style sandwiches. I ordered the Chargrilled pork and it was good except for the jalapeno peppers on it that I requested to not be there. Tried them again and they made the same mistake. I called them today instead of online ordering and they assured me it would be right this time. The order was not ready when I got there so I sat at a nearby table to wait. I was told I couldn't sit there to wait so I walked out. I won't be back. If I'm too dirty to sit at their table, they are too dirty to touch my food. BTW I sit in an office all day, not blue collar.

I placed a carry-out order while @ the office lady stated 10 minutes. It takes me 15 minutes to drive there from the office. They were busy which is understandable. I waited an additional 10 minutes in line to request my order. The lady at the counter had to wait for another lady to confirm my order. I was then told to wait 10 minutes more . While waiting I watched the dining room server assist the window server not once did she wash hands or place gloves for handling the sprouts,basil etc. I was not pleased because of the long wait and ineffective ordering and to-go preparation. I was excited about eating from here because they're good and was temporarily closed for whatever reason. I'm no longer eager to visit

This place is right outside my neighborhood, favorite spot to walk to during my lunch break. The lady is so nice, she remembers me. Me and my friends came one weekend when they happened to be closed, and they happened to be there as well. They opened up just for us. This place is good and is run by good people, give them your money.

A home made taste, with a hole in the wall feel. The food is fresh and delicious. A lot of pride and care is taken when prepared. I would highly recommend not judging the book by it's cover.

Food is always served fresh, hot, and delicious. You get nice portions for the price. Great place to get a meal or grab a bite to eat.

We recently found this place and it’s so good! We’ve had the pho, spring rolls, eggs rolls, dumplings, bbq pork bahn mi and the iced coffee. All items are reasonably priced and the owners are very kind. If you’re in the area you should definitely stop by, you won’t be disappointed!
