One of my favorite parks in the area. Excellent place to enjoy wildlife, especially bird watching. Lengthy walking path, covered & uncovered picnic areas, fishing, boat ramp, bathrooms, and a large field to play or lay around on. We also enjoy cruising past the park on our skis, the view from Clear Creek is great!

Walter Hall park is enormous for a city park, and to me, feels a little under used. There is a lot of wife open fields that just don't seem to be used for much. That's probably the biggest draw back for me. I'd like to see more trees. But it does have a good number of amenities and useable space. There are tennis courts, soccer fields, playgrounds, a gazebo, a couple of pavilions, a couple of fishing piers and a boat launch onto Clear Creek. My friends and I often have a picnic dinner out there and then walk and talk for a healthy social outing. I've always felt very safe and the sunsets over the water are gorgeous.

Nice place to walk around near the bayou water. Decent place to take some photos too. Wasn't too crowded and was quiet when I went.

I just moved to the League City area, and this is the first time I went with my three kids. There's tons of things to explore and do. My toddlers enjoyed the walking trails leading up to the waterway. I'll definitely be back once the weather gets a bit warmer.

This is a lovely park that spreads over a vast piece of land and is clean, green, and inspirational. It has long trails, well kept grass, a rest room, a bbq shed, some amenities for kids, a pier, sport fields, and several bodies of water. People sail, fish, run, hike, exercise, and just have a good time in this beautiful scenery. Walk there in the evening and you will catch a romantic sunset above the creek.

Me and my girl has an absolute beautiful day in the park. So we went and got take out pizza and had lunch in the shade. No one was around us except for a few small ones on the playground next to us. We have got to start doing this more, have lunch here on clear weather days, maybe even rainy days as well. Oh, and my girl noticed they updated the tennis court. Maybe next time, I'll play a few arounds against my stepdaughter. One thing though, if anything. The restrooms needed cleaning. They looked like they popped out of a Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie. But other than that, we loved our time here.

Crazy Running Houston Hosted our Crazy Fun Summer Camp for our youth running program here. Clean grounds, facilities were 7/10 but always had toilet paper. Grass stays maintained. Overall great experience for our kiddos at Crazy Fun Summer Camp. follow @CrazyRunningHouston on Facebook!

This was my first time bring my son here and might I say he had a wonderful time. This park is beautiful and I love the fact that you can sit in the shade and watch your children play. They also have a walking trail.

Went here to hike around and play phone games with my girlfriend. Stayed from about 4PM till it got dark out. The place has pretty much everything a park requires and all the things that make a park even better. Tennis courts, soccer, large open fields, historical plaques, modern art structures, a community rec center, a giant roofed multi-family picnic area (it was Zumba night apparently), some guy playing a bagpipe, fishing spots, great views, expansive hiking trail, playgrounds, and MORE. Plus it’s well-lit even at night. I have some unfinished games to complete here, so you bet I’m coming back. :)

I come here to rest or relax in the parking lot it's quiet and private and peaceful. There's a playground for the kids and some pavilions for large gatherings.

It's a beautiful park! We were at the community city which is large and accommodating. Very clean and well kept. There are lots of large covered pavilions and multiple playgrounds. The park is very tranquil and inviting. It's a nice outdoor space.

Walter Hall is a lovely park with plenty of amenities. Lots of amazing scenic views and greats paths for easy walking, shaded areas to enjoy lunch or a good book, great benches for resting. The park also has two well maintained playground areas, two bathrooms (one is currently out of commision), a tennis court, soccer field, sand volleyball court, a baseball field, a boat ramp and pier, covered gazebos/pavilions for birthdays, picnics, etc. Events like car shows and charity marathons are held at this spacious venue and offer opportunities for the whole family to enjoy the great outdoors. If the bathrooms were updated a bit (or even kept clean regularly) and stray trash cleaned up more frequently this would be a 5 star park for sure. The park is still however a great place to enjoy the natural beauty of League City and worth the small inconveniences.

Great place to have a car show. The car show was very fun to see and was a great way to spend the weekend. The cars were absolutely fascinating to look at and the trucks all had interesting looks too. Definitely enjoyed looking at all the motor and under hood presentations as well. Absolutely well done for the people who coordinated the event as well. I will be back next year. 😊

My Grandson enjoyed EVERYTHING in Scottsdale, Arizona! But he needed to go to a park everyday for energy, at least that's what he said!

Very nice peaceful park, it was clean too. There's a lot of little playgrounds and plenty of space to walk around. Not sure about restrooms as I only went to one that could use some work.

Public boat ramp a couple large gazebos to chill under. There are a couple playgrounds well kept and clean and a very large yard area to play some sports .
