I don't really go here but when I do it's just like a Kroger. It has everything I need ❤️ and a quick stop to get groceries and some Starbucks ☕️.

I almost quit online ordering because of rotten vegetables or fruit and missing food I paid for and didn't get. But this location has changed my attitude and decision. They not only read my instructions "not packaged b4 two days before" but they also highlighted it and I got the freshest and best cut watermelon EVER! Thank you for caring about my order.

I love the customer service and the excellent quality of produce. The deli is also my favorite section for my deli meats and cheeses. The meat department is always so friendly and the pharmacy staff is also so nice and friendly. Great store for everything I need, including a latte and a beautiful bouquet of roses.

Customer Service/Cashier Ms. Britnei has the worst customer service skills ever. I usually shop at this location.. Never again!!!!! The two managers on duty allow her to act ignorant in front of myself and other customers around.

I have been a member for 30 years but am unable to sign up for digital coupons! Very frustrating and disappointing

The deli fried chicken is the best everrr!! I'm not sure what the cooking or prep is, but the meat was seasoned to the bone and tender. I couldn't stop eating it. Chefs 💋 on this one. Oh l, habenerro is good too.

Pharmacy here is amazing. They are unfailingly kind, helpful and patient. They clearly care about helping their customers and exemplify what a pharmacist (or pharmacy tech) can be! They don't always have the meds but they work hard to get them for you and communicate expectations clearly.

The woman in front of me at the checkout had a loaded cart and was handing the cashier one item at a time and challenging every price. When I finally got to the cashier she was very dismissive and unfriendly. I will not be going here again.

Horrible unprofessional staff. The cashiers and managers are disgusting and rude specifically the overweight white young lady working the service desk. If you hate your job so much than just quit smh

Nice facility fully stocked in most items. Unfortunately, I was looking for the aqua pana water and there was none available at the time of my visit. I will continue to shop here for other items as well as the water when in stock. The facility is clean and very well organized.

Customer service is #1 here! Everyone was helpful, especially at the self checkout. The employee who assisted was so patient; not just with me (and, I needed a lot of help!!!), but with a customer before me who was irate about a situation that was not in her control! KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT JOB YOU ALL DO! It's nice to be in a place where you're valued.

One of the best locations I’ve ever been to. I was in and out multiple times as I had to pick up some stuff for my event. The staff was very friendly and help me find stuff quick. I wish all the best to the Randall team and having such amazing stuff at this location. Chad at the self checkout, hats off to him!!!

I love Randall’s for the freshness of its food. I generally purchase the pre cute fruit and pre made salads. The pasta salads are to die for. Family members say the new flavored chicken is great also. I also love their are a lot of clerks and I was able to get in and out with no problems. By the way I picked up a cute top, a real plus!

Randalls is always neat and clean and their service also very professional always.

Their floral department is STUNNING!!! Not only is the whole grocery store good, but their floral department is huge and has a lot of options. This is especially nice if you have a loved one in the hospital, like I do. Thank you for the variety of flowers and plants to choose from to brighten up someone's day!

The shopping experience is fine. The wait to be checked-out is HORRIBLE! It's rare for me to be lucky enough to be able to check-out quickly, unless I have a few items and use the self-check-out. I've been shopping at this Randall's for almost 20 years, and they've never seemed to have enough cashiers.

Nice Grocery store .. The hot food is good also but a lil pricey ...

A good place to bit groceries, has a nice environment. Besides the point that there is sometimes like a few products that are expired and still haven't been replaced this would be a 9 out of 10 stars.

Worst curbside ever! I couldn't find Pediasure anywhere. Luckily I found it at Randalls so I drove 20 min across town with my sleepy toddler to pick it up. I waited 30 min. Called numerous times and no answer. I ended up having to wake my baby up just to go inside the store and pick up the groceries I had already scheduled for curbside. Had the employee's been kind I would have gotten over it.. but nope. One of the employee's there, an old lady, only made things Worse asking if I'd call .. and saying " well I didn't hear the phone ring" I said ma'm I called over 5 times. ..the cherry on top was getting the rest of the groceries wrong. The point is.. some of us schedule curbside because we have little ones and it can be difficult getting the groceries done ..therefore we use the curbside option. Randall's do better. At least train your employees to be friendly when you're customers are unhappy with the service provided. Believe it not, it makes a difference.

I have been watching my weight since my family has a history of diabetes so I am Very picky with what I eat. But I still enjoy good food and I found the Randall’s brand are excellent. They are really good and I like the people working here. Always helpful when I need it.

OK, but does not compare to HEB. Seemed more expensive on basic items, but did have some nice choices on organics. Clean store.

Prices are higher than HEB overall and selection is limited. Its close and convenient. Good service as well.

Randall's have a wonderful selection of products. Hard to find, check with Randall's, chances are they will have it. This is the Randall's on Holcomb and their pharmacy is a BIG TEN, they are the best, the best and have CVS and Walgreens beat. However the pharmacy at Bissonnet and Wesleyan is off my list, their staff was great except for one employee who is rude and condescending, enough to make me change locations.

Subpar produce but DEFINITELY don't buy the seafood. 1.) They don't allow you to cut a filet at the store. You have to buy the whole thing. 2.) It looked old on day 1 but didn't smell bad, so ate some. By day 2 it was RANCID. Smelled absolutely foul and was turning yellow.

I shop here regularly. Was just practicality accosted by homeless man who followed me to my car from the entrance. Another homeless man sitting asking for handouts near the other entrance. Beef up security and get this store back to where it used to be. Blehhhh

What can I say, they have all that I desire in my perfect grocery list, and more. The produce, especially the organic blueberries for my smoothies is among the shopping experience that I've always enjoyed. They also have this chocolate, banana, and honey protein drink, made by Bolt, fantabulous, that I'm highly addictive to, but hold that thought, just enjoy the journey to this grocery paradise, out of here.

My plan was to purchase a deep fried catfish meal from the deli. But the batch on display in the warmer had been out already for "about an hour". It looked dry and overcooked. Both the cook and cashier confirmed that what was in the warmer was all they had, so I ended up purchasing sushi instead. I enjoyed the sushi, but it did not give the same satisfaction as fried catfish.
