There's a lot of live food such as seafood You have a very good produce There's a smoothie machine that the shop and they have a coffee machine as well A lot of young people are the cashier and the bagger And most of the stuff is really cheap most of everything that is really really cheap as sold out Here's some pictures of the produce section as well as the aisles Pictures of my friends Included some video for you as well I usually eat at some of the little shops down here and it's really close to at the NRG It's really really popular to have their own security guard as well as security detail I definitely recommend coming in and they have handicap parking right in front Also a lot of people come in and out because there's a Ross and a fiesta supermarket in the bunch of little shops

Good place to get fruits in cheaper price. Long waiting time at the check out counter is annoying every time.

ALWAYS the place to shop for fresh veggies we can't find in other grocers, best variety of international foods, gr8 seafood & deli options. They follow the motto of ,"cleanliness is nxt to Godliness, " Their bakery is my haven 😋

This area is not safe there's too many homeless people walking around begging and you'll feel like you're in danger shopping in this area

'Shops at Three Corners' features a plaza near the intersections of Old Spanish Trail and Kirby and La Concha at the Fiesta Mart, Castle Dental, Ross, and Five Below strip center side. The plaza also has an Office Depot, Big Lots, Japanese buffet restaurant, wig store and a Teahouse tapioca and tea shop perpendicular to the Fiesta Mart and aforementioned shops. Upon entering Teahouse, I was offered a free sample of Strawberry Green Tea that tasted VERY good - I was tempted to order it instead of what I wanted to order. I thanked him for the sample, went to the counter and ordered the Watermelon juice w/Green Tea and Aloe pieces beverage. It was delicious 🥤. Check the Teahouse app to see when they will offer more free samples!

Love coming here for watch battery replacement. What I do like is the natural food department. What I don't like is not enough organic produce.

We shopped several stores at this shopping center. Our experience was enjoyable. When we were finished shopping, there were several restaurents in the area. In fact, we tried many restaurents in the area over our 2 months stay.

Very disappointed in parking problems. Way too many Limos, Lyft, Uber, and private cars waiting for Rodeo customers to walk across the street. We also saw that part of the parking lot had been roped off for actual NRG Event parking. There is a large sign that says NO EVENT PARKING. It is a large parking lot, but none to be found near the restaurant we were going to. Most of the stores around were already closed for the evening and the restaurant we went to had few patrons. Crowds of people crossing the street from NRG to get to their parked cars.

Walking distance from Marriott Residence Inn. Or so I thought! Google maps updated so slowly that I walked in circles a lot so distance for a short nearly straight route was a long way. Put phone in my pocket and rout back was MUCH shorter. Store was well stocked with Texas prices! (Much cheaper than Utah). Wide selection. Checkout was quick and friendly. Didn't ask for help because I wanted to tour the store before making my purchase. Will go there again.

Went to the fiesta here. First time in one. This place was so cool and offered so many good deals as well as food choices not only in the deli and such but up front. And if you go here you have to try some of the fresh squeeze orange juice from the orange juice machine up front

This is a nice strip mall. There is a Fiesta, Big Lot. Five Below, Ross, and Ashley Stuart's, along with a number of restaurants.

My Dentist is located in this center and a 5below store is a great place for inexpensive stuff. I found some dolls like Barbie for $5 each and some of them were Black, Brown, and White.

The stores are fine, it's the characters hanging around in the parking lot that messed up this place. When I go into a store I think that when I get out my car will be gone or have a busted window.

I've seen stores come and go from this shopping complex, but it has its stars. Overall, it's a decent place to run errands and grab a bite to eat. It's also on a number of bus routes so kudos there. Fiesta is the anchor. This is one of my favorite locations as I've visited many times. Big Lots and Office Depot also keep this center busy. There's a good mix of eats as well like Olive Garden or a Jack in the Box. The remainder of the shops like Verizon fill in the gaps. The driving in the parking lot can be dicey. Folks drive through as if the yellow lines don't exist.

I really like this shopping center on Kirby Drive @ Old Spanish Trail (OST). There is a nice selection of businesses including Big Lots, Ross Dress for Less, Fiesta Mart, Office Depot, Chipoltes Restaurant, etc. The Ross Dress for Less store located there is the best one I have visited in Houston. The Fiesta Mart has a fine produce department.

Quality of products is average. Prices are a little high versus the quality of products

Every store always have everything I need and more. Every once and a while it can get a little crowded and store closed, but 90% perfect for me.

You can do everything here. Buy groceries (Fiesta Mart), buy clothes (Ross), pickup office supplies (Office Depot), get dinner (Subway/Chipotle/Olive Garden), buy nutritional supplements (GNC), and get your passport photo taken. Only downside is that it's a bit sketchy.

It has pretty much everything you need here. Fiesta grocery store, Bank of America, Ross, Five Below, Golden Crust and several other restaurants and stores.

I'm having benefits on WIC. This Fiesta is in the network & totally worth it. Fresh veggies & fruits with prices that are even lower than "affordable". I guarantee you'll be satisfied

My go to grocery store and shopping center, located basically across from the NRG stadium which of course houses the future Super Bowl champions TEXANS, at least at some point doing this century. Inside of this store resides fresh foods, and produce from their international suppliers, to serve the diverse community of Houston. The jewelry store inside is owned by a husband and wife team, who I consider friends of mine, I met during my career in law enforcement . I purchased some jewelry, and had a ring customized, oh yeah, they know their stuff. Go inside of this Fiesta, become mesmerized. See ya.

Great place for fresh produce and this location has a wonderful cheese section. The seafood department is really awesome too. I haven't ever eaten at the restaurant here but it looks really great and a lot of different options.
