This shopping center located at the intersection of FM 1960 (Cypress Creek Pkwy) and the Tomball Pkwy ( SH249) is in a great location. I have shopped here off and on for thirty years. The Fiesta Mart is one of the largest and nicest in Houston. Northern Tools is a good place to shop for power tools and equipment. The Goodwill Select Store has a wide range of clothing for the entire family.

Parking in front of Joann is not optimal, but it will do. Exiting the parking lot is not easy for those that get flustered easily. There is a lot of traffic when trying to exit the lot on the 249 side of the parking lot.

The rate of 3 s for the need for more light in parking area and the need for Security. Alit of Security please. And this lol shopping mini mall/ strip Needs a few more better stores, & cheaper food prices in Fiesta is Needed. The workers are excellent a 5 star for the Fiesta staff and Family dollar staff. They work hard and do their best. Are both often very short staff. Very short staffed, it is not safe to have only 3 folks on duty at family dollar. Really it appeared to be 2 workers most of ther time. This is inexcusable, 3 is Not safe, not fair to the workers And good mgmt, Please do something about this. When a store opens and close 1 always Need more staff. Especially closing . security & staffing. Too much work on them, both at Family dollar And Fiesta.

Lock you vehicle, hide any valuables. This area has declined over the last few years. The day I visited Northern Tools here...there was a car sitting in the parking lot on blocks all wheels and tires gone... Northern Tools had everything outside chained down.

You have everything you need here, groceries, dollar stores, discounted goods shopping and thrift. Furnitue too. But it's nothing too inviting.

It is my favorite supermarket, one of the things I love about Houston is being able to go there, I buy many things that I can't get in Louisiana, I recommend it 10/10

Went to Mattress firm to get a new mattress took over an hour to ring us up. Because the associate and manager did not know how to do it and they kept blaming the new software. They were on the phone talking to people but still

Was in need of a electric pressure washer but didn't have one... Seems all are gasoline powered at this store.

Great saff and good prices at the meat department but some items are over priced (Eggs) , it's kinda of balancing act with groceries stories.

My go to Fiesta after I visit my endocrinologist on Dodson Rd., nxt to Willowbrook Mall all the way from Angleton, Tx. Employees here are friendly, store is always clean w/a huge selection to choose from in produce/international foods/seafood/cheeses & ready made hot meals 😋 ALWAYS delicious try the long stick chicharrón w/fresh made deli tortillas or bolillos & Oaxaca cheese combinations are to die for!!!! *make your own combo just buy the stuff there 😉 prices are average considering their vast array of selection. The bakery is a must see/taste place, always a winner!!! They even have Uno Más liquor store nxt door to them 🥂try it visits here are always gr8! 👍

Ive shopped here since the 90s. This is a time piece. Super affordable groceries. Plus a seafood section with a varity of choice. Lastly, the international section give you a variety of local custom from south and central America.

I would recommend not going to any business in this shopping center by yourself. The homeless people hang out here and they are very determined to get money from you. I ended up just getting back into my car and leaving. It just felt unsafe and made me uncomfortable.

Stopped in, used to shop Fiesta a lot for the produce & seafood mostly because it was fresh... Since the planned-demic I have been using the online purchase & curbside pick-up or delivery by the stores near me... Kroger, HEB & Wal-Mart... I was running errands near there & decided to go inside... first off I noticed the produce looked pretty beat up... was gonna get some limes & they looked like they been either picked up off the ground or been sitting for a while.. didn't get any... I did pick up 3 apples for a buck though, as well as a few more store items, not much, their in store prices are higher than the on-line prices at stores closer to home so I just grabbed a few items... walking through the store & looking let me know that they've definitely not got the low prices anymore... oh, but they still have that sign...

Awesome place for grocery items, beats rest of the places in price. Have fresh veggies and fruits always and mostly on lesser price compared to other bigger stores.

The place is clean and a lot of variety in stock, they have international Ltd selection of groceries, expensive but fresh produce and meats. I wish they would have more selection on middle eastern items especially pita bread.

Huge shopping center in Houston that offers a good selection of stores for all your shopping needs. I only visited Fiesta Mart and it was a good experience. The mall is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The parking lot is spacious and easily accessible, which makes it convenient to get in and out of the mall.

👍👍 They have superb customer service and there are a lot of young people working there. They do a great job representing HEB. I felt comfortable shopping there and would recommend others to too. And did i forget to mention they have one of my favorite grow kits "Back To The Roots" It practically grows...
