I remember when this mall used to be nice about 30 years ago. Now it's like a pit stop until you can get to the real mall. If you need a pair of tennis shoes from Foot Locker or a Polo shirt from Macy's it's okay for that only! There is no escalator in Macy's to go up to the next level where there's furniture and other items. Nope, you just stay flat in one large area and look for everything. Bottom line it's time for a make over.

I like this mall. It isn’t perfect, but from someone who grew up at Baybrook, and was told this was the ‘run-down’ mall, I really enjoyed this one. The early-70s styling sort of shows through, but not much. Also, for whatever reason, you can find heaps of photos from pretty much every decade it has been open. Now, in terms of actually shopping, the stores are not as nice as Baybrook, but are perfectly reasonable. Also, they have a store that still sells some retro video games, unlike the other mall. So, I would recommend going here, as I also recommend looking into the easily available history of this mall.

For some reason I'm not sure why this small is extremely dark. It is not well lit on the outside. I truly have safety concerns going to this mall after dark because of the way there is a limited security and the lighting situation. There is only one store in this particular mall that I like to visit which is Macy's otherwise I probably would not visit this mall.

It's still a good mall! The food court is still cool and they have all the stores I need. Great place to get Astros hats too.

Went to the mall to grab some chicken from the spot and we found some toys we all just the kids at heart

This is a very nice and functional mall. The stores are nice, it's clean and always appears to be safe. As a medical professional, it's nice to have a couple stores that sell scrubs and other accessories for my job. It seems to be very family friendly and I would recommend it

I happened to get our for the day and seen some vendors setup outside front and I was able to enjoy all that I visited to learn that they will be there again soon

This is my go to mall. Not as fancy as Galleria but you get everything you need and more. I especially loved the Macy's, it is well stocked and has very helpful staff

This place is in a bad part of town. The mall in antiquated and half the shops are closed. I was watching people come in and most people stop at a bar inside the mall and then start to shop. It does not feel safe there.

this is such a great place. They have more choices of the best jewelers, reasonable and different sizes. Its where i took my mom ,friends and my wife liked there products and we bought necklace there. There service is awesome. approachable staff.

Good mall to go to with family very relaxing. Decent prices and they have 2 picture places to take family pics and a game room! Alit of shoe places. It's also a rainbow here with good clothes.

Don't go here unless you absolutely need to. Not really that active and it's a fairly small place.

It was fun I take the kids every time it's in town..last year it was $20 for the wristband this year it's $30😬the food was reasonable..go early in the day (like 5-6) on week days it's less crowded

This place was great a few years back, miss that carrousel, slowly getting back on track with new business’s and restaurants. Don’t hesitate on visiting.

The people at Cricket store in Almeda Mall are very efficient in customer support. They are also very curtious and friendly. Check them out if you need good deals on accessories or phones!

This one of my best memories childhood since I was kid I always go w my family to go there but now everything is change but it okay they will rebuilding soon and I heard they are good discounts and hidden some of then has discounts best! I always often go to there

This was never the nicest mall in Houston but I remember when it used to be decent. Unfortunately the years haven't been gentle and there doesn't seem to have been any money spent on upkeep in about a decade or so.

This mall is only good for 2 things. For a quick shop at macys or teaching your teen kod how to drove in the huge empty parking lot.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is absolutely disgusting, the bathrooms are as well ... Don't even go in Macy's unless you're dressed in Sundays best because you will be discriminated against over and over. This place makes me sick and so do all the workers.

Unfortunately malls like Almeda have lost their luster. AM pales in comparison to its heyday back in the 70s and 80s. It feels dated and looks that way too. There's not much variety of retailers anymore either. At least I have my 40+ year old memories of it. Not really recommended. Instead, just go to Baybrook.

Me in a mall is like a deer in headlights. I got used to it and found my way around. It's no Galleria but it holds its own. You'd be surprised what you can find in Almeda Mall.

Sometimes I shop here. But sometimes, i have to walk out of the store empty hands because you always see the same stuff, but you will find a lot of clothes for kids and man.

Run down parking lot with pot holes everywhere. DD's was so messy and couldn't hardly find anything. I walked out buying some flavored marshmallows and a purse. I will ever go back to that place.

I wouldn't call this a mall lol since it's more on the ghetto side .. in and out .. I don't really walk around in there or eat around ..

I arrived at 10.00 am internet said open. Man was sitting inside went to the back and changed opening time to 11:00 am What a shame.unbelievable

I went here with my client for Christmas shopping presents! We went into a food court, several apparel stores & the Mall had a variety of places to shop! We inside a particular T- Shirt spray paint shop looking for a creative shirt to customize. The prices were fairly reasonable. I like how ALL restrooms were off limits until finish cleaning! It was early in the morning time when we went there. The whole MALL was decorated in certain areas. They even had Saint Nicolas dressed up for when the kiddos come inside the to take pictures with Ol' Jolly Santa & sit on his lap per say! The whole atmosphere was exciting to see! Next time 😉 I will take pictures when it gets closer to Christmas time. Heck I might take a picture with Ol' Saint Nicolas & tell him what I want for Christmas!😉🎁🤗🌲🌟☃️❄️🌬️🌀🌁🌫️⛄⛄🏔️

This mall has a couple of good stores but has been going downhill for years.

Don’t ever come at ten a think the mall is open … yes the mall is but none of the stores are.., you have to wait till 12 pm to actually go into any store to shop this mall has fell off so bad it’s not really any good stores to shop at… in less you wanna get some shoes

Parking lot is still full of holes and the outside of the whole place. All of the Mall needs a upgrade a whole new fresh look!!

Everybody saying malls are dying and yeah Almeda has less customers but it still alive whilst other mall are gone and on the weekends I still see really big crowds at the mall spending I know because I'm one of them, like you should be doing support our local area, support Aleda Mall thank you.

Warm inside not as many stores as it had in the past 🤔 lots of sneakers to choose from though. Food court ok maybe a reason to stop by.

My truck was stolen from there, Almeda Mall a week ago, in the Burlington parking lot. Security did not want to give evidence or show cameras. the police did not do anything. What is the security of that place? If they don't do their job as it should be. My truck did not start easily They took their time to open the hood, How can it be possible that having security is useless. And worse I alone with my girl in my arms. it's super stupid. Just be careful when you go shopping there. Pilass🔋

Love getting my phone repaired at cellular zone super fast affordable and the staff there is awesome this mall is definitely a staple in the neighborhood and always comes clutch when needing items really quick great stores! And vareity

Still have some good places to shop. Although we all know how pricey the mall can be. If you've got the cash, go ahead and head over there.

Went to game guys for a digimon tournament. My first time going to game guys but it was a lot of fun. Very nice and friendly atmosphere. And the decor was just awesome. Would highly recommend visiting for anyone who's a nerd or just like doing online gaming
