I went to Kroger store, nice place, clean and everything in stock, customer service is good.

Giant and fancy shopping area. There is a lot of stores and restaurants here. Ample parking near the various buildings

Kroger parking area was packed! Buca di Beppo's restaurant space now has Los Tios Restaurant. I will have to check out their menu 🙂. Still miss Buca though.

The shelves are empty and unorganized. There are many items misplaced throughout the entire store including ice cream, milk, and other refrigerated items. The produce is terrible. The bathrooms are filthy. The lines at the registers are backed up, and management seems to not care. I have shopped at Kroger (314) since their Grand Opening and I am highly disappointed. The store used to take PRIDE in the service they provided to the customers. They need another "Mr. Bloom". He was the best Manager EVER and kept the store in check. It had seemed like they were the role model to all the other Krogers across the city. They have a lot of work to do before I ever go back. I will be shopping at the HEB across the street until I see a difference. I am so let down. Kroger needs to step up. They are slacking in the PRIDE DEPARTMENT.

I work for kroger good food in the area great stores. Close to the freeway or take West park. Close to the MED Center.

Fanciest kroger I've been too, went mostly for the pharmacy the other kroger on Kirby usually takes a while(seems busier), but seemed very nice and clean.

I came here for Kroger to do my weekly grocery shopping. I didn't pay too much attention to other shops in the mall. But now, I see... Wow. I'll be back for those fancy restaurants I've been wanting to try.

The Park Shop Downtown have really been renovated tremendously. Plenty of space, some of the eating places are still in there. Thank you

The Kroger is a store to shop as well as Kroger brand prices. The top patio is spacious, has a cpl TVs, and a warm environment to spend some time doing your work with a Starbucks cup of Joe.

We frequent Kroger, but can't name 2 other stores in the mall. More niche I guess.
