Good shops and good restaurants. The garage usually has plenty of space available. The foul smell from the garbage collected near the back stairs in the garage is intolerable. I have never seen any security around which is a major concern.

Stores are fantastic. Cops are horrible. I am VERY pro police and security but when a patrol “officer” is parked in a customer parking spot and refuses to move for paying customers, there’s a problem. Sir you are meant to patrol, not sit in one spot and when I was heading to Giuseppe to spend over $2k I expect to be able to park somewhat nearby especially when that spot was being taken by someone sitting on the job.

Great place to bring a family or significant other for a relaxing afternoon or evening. There are always events taking place such as today the the The "Taste of The District" where a variety of vendors came together to create a farmer's market. To make it festive River Oaks had DJ Senega provide music and Premier Sound and Lighting provided staging and speakers with microphone system.

This is a bustling business circle, shopping, dining, many brand stores, a good place for leisure and entertainment?

At this location, you are going to come across some really fancy cars and fancy lighting setup. It’s a really nice place for first date which could include movie at the iPic theatre followed by decadent gelato at the Amorino or just a casual walk. I usually prefer it for amorino and a walk :). Definitely check it out if you are in the Galleria area.

They have a lot of luxurious options for shoppers to come by, from clothing to jewelry. The area also have lots of food options as well, in which they are quality restaurants. Although not as big as the Galleria, I'd prefer this because the vibe here are very chill and not crazy like the Galleria mall.

This Review covers the Holidaze art installation. We loved the golden ‘Holidaze’ insignia on the windows of the entrance, it set the tone for the entire experience, no stone was left unturned in the thoughtfulness of preparation. Each set was meticulously designed with high quality material, something we have come to expect from Matter Creative. Not only was each scene perfectly designed but the lighting was thoughtfully placed for photo ops. We were the only ones in the gallery space, because of this the attendant said we could remove our masks for the photo ops. High-end center. Completely different stores and brands that you don't find in most malls. Fun restaurants with ample outdoor seating. Limited parking, though. It is getting very crowded as we get closer to Christmas. Steak 48 was elegant.

A little metropolitan oasis. IPIC will spoil you for other movie theaters. Lots of great restaurants with quaint patio dining. And fancy delightful shops.

The iPic Theater is located in the River Oaks District it is also home of the Tuck room for the Ipic theater and Hotel Derek. What's really nice about the location are the upscale and designer retail businesses and eateries. You can definitely make a day wandering around stores, taking in a movie or have a bougee dinner out on the town. What better way to get dressed up. Very cool!🥂

I went to IPIC movie theater. Honey let me tell you, the food and experience was excellent. Thus is my favorite spot. D box movie theaters and IPIC IS AWESOME

This is shopping at its best. High end stores and first quality merchandise. Everyone was very friendly and nice. All in all it was a very nice shopping experience.

Very elegant location, lots of good bars and restaurants to walk around and enjoy, not to mention the stores to buy high end retail. I recommend a must visit location for the weekend!

Area offers a lot of high-end shopping as well as places to eat. To enjoy you'll just want to bring your high-end credit card.

Brought my kids to iPic for my son's birthday (his first time) & they had an amazing time. The staff/management were highly attentive & completely professional. Even the food was on point. I think they're hooked.
