The best thing about this shopping center is that it contains the be best hoagie shop in the area - Mr Hoagie. The worst? God help you if you want to go east on FM1960 when you leave

Mr. Hogies are the best cheese steaks you can find. I have been eating here since the nineties and I have never been disappointed we drove an hour yesterday to get these amazing sandwiches at an insanely low price.

I usually find what I am looking for in general... and as for Dollar General; there are more than a few amazing deals in store. Quality is good for this type of general store and convenient. Payment option availability is not always operable so having enough cash for necessary things is good. Online site offers stock item listing per location.

This shopping center is nice overall. My favorite place to go is Mr. Hoagie's (a pizza-and-more eatery), but there are lots of other offerings as well: Dollar General, Little Caesar's, and more! It is conveniently located off of FM 1960 - HOWEVER, it's a nightmare to get in and out of during peak times of the day. BE CAREFUL!

The lot is small and very unkept. The building looks under-maintained. The store we went to was not a high-end shop yet even they have electric locks on the so they had to buzz you in. Definitely not a place you fwey safe at.
