Overall, it's one of the better HEB. Ordering delivery can be disappointing at times but overall better quality than Kroger or walmart

Cashiers don't smile, greet, or say thank you for shopping with us. Cierra kept talking to her coworker about why they were not following each other on Instagram. I had to hear her entire conversation, but she never smiled or greeted me, much less she thanked me for shopping at HEB.

H-E-B has been my go to grocery store since they opened up here in Houston. I use the Bunker Hill Location. Very clean inside the store, restrooms are very clean. ALL the H-E-B people in the store are very friendly, courteous, and helpful. They are one of the MANY companies bringing back Customer Service, something that went away in the 80s. Ronnie Irby

I came here to originally grab the Olive Garden Veteran day special meal, which I had some garlic bread sticks, pasta fagiol soup along with Cheese Ravioli. Sat at the bar and was waited on by a very friendly and attentive bar tender/server. He was on point. After I went to go to my car, I walked over to Denny's, who turned me down for the Grand Slam Veterans Day special meal stating they did it yesterday (Friday), even though Veterans Day was today (Saturday). Denny's dropped the ball big time, and I am very disappointed in them. I noticed a Crumbl cookie nearby, as my girlfriend requested me to pick up one of the cookies (brownie variety), which was amazing.. Next I saw a Freebirds nearby and asked if they participated in Veterans Day, which they said they did, and proceeded to order a shredded beef burrito which was outstanding!! Then I saw a Chuy's and asked if they participated, and the manager said they weren't this year, however he made an exception for me and made sure he got me seated and served. Chuy's gave me nothing but first class service and treatment, going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Fantastic manager along with a friendly well trained staff. Bravo guys, bravo!! Great day picking up the food which will be put to use for the next several days... It's nice and appreciated to be recognized for the unconditional honor and sacrifice of serving your country. 🇺🇸

It's a nice HEB. The first HEB I saw replaced a piggy wiggly and was named , HEButt. We were kids so we shopped at the butt store. 😁 we were kids.

I love this shopping center. HEB is the best. A nice variety of shops in this area. Right off the freeway and easy to get to.

I love HEB! ❤️ The general quality is excellent, and the variety is so much better than most other grocery stores. It's one of my three main go-toos. The store in Village Plaza at Bunker Hill is conveniently located for me and close to other businesses that I frequently shop at.

Can’t believe how great the shopping center has become considering the land it sits on was empty for what seemed like decades. Great food options, minus Olive Garden, and busiest H‑E‑B. Most expensive options at the H-E-B as well compared to other nearby locations. Definitely a one star bubble for a lot of people if you’re into that.

Biggest HEB I've seen. Amazing that you can get just about anything from all over in here. I'm from the UK and we don't really have anything similar, except a huge M&S food hall maybe

Great place for kids but staff are not the most engaged with the tasks. My five year old was on and off the zip line until near the end of her session when she was told she was too small. Some of the other kids here were out of control and spoiling it for others. This is an ideal place for parties. The kids all loved the pizza and cake.

Resturant State Fare. The service and staff very friendly. My favorite is the biscuits. Homemade like my family recipe. The Spicy Bloody Mary is one of the best. Has spicy bacon. Nice place for breakfast/lunch/brunch although do serve dinner. Inside relaxed and casual with bar area. Outdoors cafe style. Valet parking available and free.

Heb, Petco, Bank of America, and a lot of restaurants.. Ghengis Grill is an awesome Ala cart place, and they grill your stuff to order.. Olive Garden and Dennys over here, too.. Only gripe is that it's super busy pretty much all of the time

Kind of suffocating, the way the buildings are laid out in the parking lot. It’s like, 3 strips of strip malls all in 1 parking lot. Great golden hour sunset view, though. My friends and I ate outside and it was lovely. Would return to one of the many chains this plaza houses.

A small-ish mall with some very good stores. There is plenty of parking space.

I really like this shopping center conveniently located on the westbound Katy Freeway service road at Bunker Hill Road. The new HEB store is excellent. The Denny's Restaurant is one of the best in the Houston area. Best Buy and Lowes aren't in this center, but they are located on the east side of Bunker Hill Road

I haven't been here in years. I forgot how much I love this location! Usually VERY busy. But I'll be back soon!

This location is AWESOME (a bit pricey) as they have selection for everything it seems! TONS of fruit, meat, bakery, deli, and everything in-between. The pharmacy is KNOWN to carry all types of drugs, especially hard to find ones, just call ahead to confirm. If you need something a bit off the wall, please call first (with gas prices, you have to!), there's a big chance that they have it! They help and donate locally (please remember Hurricane Harvey), which in my book, says everything about where their heart is. A great TEXAS BASED store. Honestly, that☝️ right there is everything I need to know.

This review/experience is for the Bunker Hill Locaton on the Katy Frwy. Always a pleasure 🙏🏾. Staff, good food, excellent customer service... A couple of Cashiers while ringing up groceries were checking their their cells, need to stay off their cellphones while ringing up our groceries. A couple employees didnt have visible name tags. Female Employees were always running their fingers thru they hair while sacking groceries, very unclean and unsanitary. Two Employees got annoyed when I asked them not to do it that...Anne 15 yr manager thought it was hilarious they didn't use hand sanitizer and was flinging their hair without tying it back. She said Alex, (Female sacker) who at first didn't have her badge on ... very long hair, constantly flinging it. Didn't need two tie her hair back, cause she was not in the back of the store.. What the... Cashier Fredonia(?) she touch her nose, hair and her neck/collar and rolled her eyes and she had a religious medal covering up her name and refused to move it aside so I would see her correct spelling, she instead spell it quickly very fast to me several times, I didn't get, correctly. and didn't want to hole up the line, I left.

Location is good and they have quite a bit of stores to walk down through and just window shopping. The parking lot is always busy on for and they don't pay attention so be careful when walking
