Ok but lost. It's a sterile place with some funky places to eat. Nothing attracted me enough to want to go back. It is still under a soft opening so maybe a few new places will bring in some energy. Sadly it's built rather tight. Mom was with me in a walker and couldn't get past people eating

Very nice strip center conveniently located. I frequently use the UPS Store. Ample restaurants in the area. Brand new Chase Bank located across the street.

This place is fantastic, the staff are nice and helpful. The prices are great, especially for the service you get. This is the only place I'll be bringing my pups to be taken care of because I know they are taken care of so well.

Parking is terrible. Employees of Heights Mercantile take up 15 to 20 percent of Parking places.

The spices at Penzey's were in great combinations and the staff was efficient and kind. I also enjoyed the shoe store and found the sales well priced.

ZERO wide any thing. And almost nothing above a size 9. This is all I found that would fit...a house slipper.... that costs $80.00. PASS.

This strip center has 2 places we love, Penzey's spice store and Collina's Italian restaurant

I have seen this side of town get so gentrified the last 15 years. There is no need for an art market every month when the same people show up selling the same glass butterfly art. All the brick and mortar shops around the area are pretty nice.

Love the honey booth. Honey from 5th Ward, 3rd Ward, and Kashmere Gardens. Support local!❤️
