I know it’s hard to write a poor review when you get a free 2 night stay because of an airline cancellation but I felt I needed to review the Radisson. The website is very misleading in the photos and description of the hotel. There was no breakfast or any food service available even though the airline said we could use the food vouchers there. One morning they didn’t have any creamer for the coffee and we had to wait 15 minutes for the coffee to get refilled. Our first room had the smoke defector missing with just wires hanging from the ceiling and the toilet ran constantly. Our second room was very comfortable and functional although they didn’t have coffee in the room or tissues. There was a roach on our food in the refrigerator when we went to eat our food in the morning so we threw it away. The shuttle to the airport went well but we waited for 20 minutes for the driver to get going. The snacks for purchase at the front desk was sad. It looked like they went to Sams Club and just got a few mixed packs of snacks and threw them on the counter. I wouldn’t pay to stay in this hotel but since it was complimentary, it was worth the price we paid.

AVOID THIS HOTEL!!! We were placed here by United Airlines after our flight was cancelled on Christmas Eve. It was the nastiest hotel ever. Yet it was listed as a “premium” hotel. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel but this doesn’t even rate a star. The staff was fine but they never checked ID and their card maker was broken. They literally went room to room with a master key to open rooms for us when we checked in.Which was a huge safety concern. The entire hotel smelt like cigarettes and mold but it said the hotel was non-smoking. There were cigarette butts in the hallway, throw up in the ice machines (none of them worked), blood on the walls, dirty beds, nothing worked, I could go on and on. It’s Christmas and this is where my kids had to wake up. We called United and complained. It’s a joke this is even listed as an option. Do not stay here!

United paid for my stay at this hotel. Even if they paid for it again, I would refuse. The pictures do not look anywhere what the hotel actually is. The grass was not cut, there was trash in parking lot, cars with flat tires and broken windows, and their shuttles look beat. The customer service is non-existent, there is no breakfast. The only thing they offer is 1 coffee machine in the lobby, which surprisingly wasn't bad coffee. The room, though, goodness. United classifies this hotel as "premium," it definitely was not. The room was dirty, wasn't fully serviced, had a continually running toilet, very creaky floor, bathroom looked like a prison bathroom, balcony door barely opened unless you yank it, furniture was old. The elevator made really bad noises and the inspection certificate wasn't even in there. The distance from the airport is a little far and the area is terrible. Overall, terrible place to stay.

Sent from Air NZ. Service was not friendly, hotel had a weird musty smell and strange creepy vibe. The room has terrible lighting and again a strange smell, with a loud A/C unit that sounds like it’s taking off to space. There were stains on the carpet. Bed was kind of comfy. Someone checking out after us told the woman at the desk that 2 men had tried entering his room the night before and she wasn’t helpful, apologetic or understanding at all.

This hotel is not worth its name. Check out the following facts: 1. I met a staff who doesn't speak English at all. I was asking him some questions when a colleague of his stepped in to say, "he doesn't speak English". In America??? 2. The place was smelly and looked unkempt. 3. You could hardly understand when the front desk staff spoke. 4. While interacting with the front desk staff, they easily switched off and communicated with each other in their local Asian language. I found that disrespectful. 5. I was asked to come downstairs to get batteries for the TV remote control! 6. United Airlines booked us into this hotel. We were meant to call them to send their shuttle to pick us up. Sadly, they didn't pick up the phone, so we had to take a cab. When we pointed this out to them, they said it was deliberate because they only picked up people at certain times! And in the morning, while we were scheduled to take the shuttle to the airport at 5am, upon reporting at the reception, we were told that the 7 of us that were ready to go, were not enough and we should therefore wait till 6am! So, if our flight was scheduled for 6am, we would have to get a cab!! I wouldn't stay there again for free!

Pictures made it seem like a nice hotel but when we walked into the creepy elevator I didn’t have high hopes for the room. walked into the room and immediately smelled mold so I walked around the room and found the the bathroom walls were covered in black mold, went to the front desk and she was happy to give us another room that had less mold in the bathroom but had a lizard running around instead. We will most likely never stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is a horror show. There are no keys for the rooms! You need to have someone at the front desk let you into your room whenever you leave. There is no restaurant despite what is advertised on their website. It’s there, it’s just not in operation. The pool is not in use. The rooms are old and musty smelling. The staff don’t speak any English. They were supposed to send a shuttle to the airport to pick us up but never did. It’s parked in the parking lot, not in use. Did I mention there are no keys?! The rooms are all unlocked and someone goes around with a key and a clipboard checking off which ones are occupied. It’s shameful that United Airlines would send us here after causing us to miss our connecting flight. They should be embarrassed to be associated with this dump. Radisson, how are you allowing this place to carry your banner?! Shameful

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was placed here by United airlines because I had missed my flight. Chose this one out of the three that were offered and this one was labeled as "premium." Honestly, it's a joke that this place is even offered by United to its customers. I ended up checking in and immediately called United Customer Service to place me in another hotel, which ended up being much better. As a solo traveler, this place did not feel safe at all. The halls and room smelled like an old basement with very poor ventilation. My room had a ripped screen door. The toilet seat didn't even match the toilet bowl. My room looked like it had been poorly cleaned with sticky stuff on the side table. This place is clearly poorly managed and maintained. I checked out within an hour and on my way out, the front desk person was yelling at another women about how she did not have a confirmation code and could not be checked in. The management should really take the reviews here seriously, because there are legitimate concerns of health and safety here. Clearly, a lot of their business comes from United Customers and as long as United continues to bring them customers, the hotel will have no desire to make changes.

I got this hotel from United after a delayed flight caused a cancellation. Don't choose Raddison, choose Hilton. The shuttle only runs a few hours a day meaning I spent 4 hours at the airport waiting. All of the ice machines were broken, the bolt on my door didn't work. A few of the lights were burnt out and there was a hole in the ceiling. The bathtub drain plug didn't hold water. The TV was great and the bed was comfy. The temperature was nice. Had this been a lower price hotel it would have gotten a higher review, but for the "5 star hotel" claim I'll give it 2.

I had a voucher from United to pick between three hotels. I picked this one thinking how bad could it be. Please just do your due diligence and read all reviews. The people at the front desk were not mean but they were not helpful. I waited for over 30 min for the shuttle. I called twice and the night gentleman said it will be there….it finally came after the Hilton had come by twice (should have switched). After arriving I got the room which smelled, and the door to the outside would not close properly. I did get a new room easy enough. The new room still had an unpleasant smell. In the morning I went to eat and there was nothing. I asked the woman attendant and she said there is nothing around here. “You need to go to the airport to use them.” She was nice enough and the staff were nice. It is just not an establishment that you want to visit or stay at unless you’re just in need of a place to shut your eyes and get out. Sorry

Veterans beware! I called for a reservation. The lady I spoke to booked me a room, charged my card $111. I made sure that service dogs were good to go. No issue. I go to check in and the Indian/Muslim guy at the counter had attitude the second I walked in. He checked me in, and the paperwork showed no pets. So I asked to make sure; ‘my service dog is listed on here, correct’ and he told me my dog couldn’t stay. Needless to say, we didn’t stay there. (He wouldn’t have allowed us anyways). Maybe he should have put on a pair of boots for a day. These people need to read the American Disabilities Act before running a business. I told him to refund me and he didn’t. He pretended to Click around on the computer but nothing was cancelled. So he not only refused a service dog, but took my $111. Stay away from this place.

The room was fine. Very clean and had a comfortable bed. There were several exits that led to a courtyard, that had a locked gate - then the room key would not allow us back in. Had we not had a cell phone on us to call the front desk, we would have been SOL. There was decent food available at their Cafe, though the posted prices didn't match what we were charged (they showed a small laminated menu that didn't match the menu board overhead).

First off these are not the correct pictures. The actual hotel looks old and dated. Unfortunately I booked based off the pictures, thinking that I was going to get a decent hotel. When I first walked in to the lobby there was a smell that at first I couldn't describe, the best way I can would be weed and musty. I will never go there again.

A/C in the lobby wasn't working, Side door key card reader not working, elevator not working, warm climb to the 4th floor, window open in my room when I arrived, window very dirty, bathroom skink had tape over the drain. The AC worked well and soon rid the room of humidity,. room seemed clean enough but it's had to tell. Bed was a bit stiff but I managed a decent nights sleep after the kids quit running up and down the hall. This hotel needs some serious attention. Hard to believe I paid $100 for this.

Didn’t stay at the hotel but did park our truck there. I should’ve listened to my intuition on this one because both my wife and myself second guessed our decision to leave our vehicle for a 6 day trip. Came back to finding both passenger side windows broken out. The irritating part was the staff was absolutely of no help nor condolence. I called the day before arriving stating our flights were delayed and asked how to pay for the extra time. Nobody said anything to me about the status of my vehicle. Upon arrival when I asked why I wasn’t contacted I was told “we didn’t have your number” … literally wrote it down on the clipboard along with my vehicle information and when I pointed that out I was basically told that paper was thrown away… I asked if the police were called, “yes” I was told but when I asked for the incident number “oh they didn’t give it to us”. I mean staff was totally useless. Again this was totally my fault, because I didn’t listen to my intuition about the sketchy vibes we got from this place, but letting anyone know that if your looking to save a buck, think twice because at lease three other vehicles we broken into according the all the shattered glass in the parking lot. A $500 deductible isn’t worth the money so let my hind sight offer you some clarity on this one…

The hotel is alright. its a little dated, but clean and comfortable. They only have one shuttle to the airport and back. When we got there they were only able to accept 10 passengers, and the driver used his discretion to only get the ladies on. Admirable, but not convenient since we were traveling as a family. We had to wait an additional hour for theb shuttle to come back, only to have another batch of 10 board the bus. We ended up taking an uber.

Termite nests (3 nests, 5-6” long) in ceiling corners w/dead bugs (termites) around edges of room floor boards and edges of beds on floor. Broken door inner lock. Bathroom light out. Sickening cheap room deodorizer smell. Tattered room key envelope. Lumpy misshaped “decorative” bed pillows. Hallway vents falling off wall w/black dust. “Automatic” front double entrance door doesn’t open unless manually pushed apart (early morning). Night shuttle driver: 65mph in a 45mph zone. Next morning one customer took an Uber to the airport saying, “I don’t trust the shuttle.” United airline has this hotel on their recommended list w/voucher.

Luckily we did not pay for this since the airline did. Advertised as having a restaurant (“temporarily “ closed). Advertised as having a shuttle service but the hours are very limited. Had to find other arrangements for a 6pm flight. Asked for a blanket, there was one in the entire motel. No hairdryer. Just want to get home.

On the positive, the evening desk clerk was nice. However, the lobby, elevator and common areas on the first floor were very dirty. The room wasn’t terrible but it smelled strongly of marijuana. The airport shuttle driver was 20 min late arriving to work, so the 5:00 am shuttle didn’t run. I had to Uber to avoid missing my flight. I expect more from an Intercontinental property!

The hotel was okay. The service was excellent. The desk staff, shuttle drivers, and the cook are to be commended for their friendly and professional services. On check-out, we were informed about United Airlines having a Lyft ride since the hotel shuttle was not available until 6:00am. This was so helpful. The employees made our experience great. The bathrooms need a lot of upgrades, though.

Most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep on. Check in was easy, but the “restaurant” had one person working, both taking orders and doing the cooking, and there was roughly a dozen people waiting to order food. Photos on the website, do not accurately represent the quality of the hotel. Elevator is extremely sketchy. Security locks have been disabled, meaning anyone can just walk in without a key card. Was stuck in town without my luggage, but the hotel has no place to get simple amenities like a toothbrush. Stay somewhere else

Looks like this is a go to hotel booked by United airlines. Check in was very easy and super fast. All I did was just show a code. Close to airport. The rooms are not that great. Good things are the bed is very comfy and the shower jet speed is good. Good for an option less night stay when flight is cancelled or missed, but wouldn't stay for vacation or business.

Located close enough to the airport. Really bad service. Service is short to answer, and provides zero in the way of help. The shower for my room wouldn’t drain properly, because it was clogged with a large amount of hair, which was easily visible. Coffee maker was full of coffee grounds, so I had to clean it out before I could use it.

I arrived at this hotel due to an emergency. and the airline paid for the accommodation. Not bad for spending the night. The room was clean and tidy. However, the carpet had liquid stains as did the armchairs in the room. The restaurant's food is good and the attention of the employees makes you not feel so bad. There are homeless people who try to enter the hotel but the employees try to prevent them from entering :/

I had to stay here because of a delay with United. The room was so creepy, I felt like I was in a horror movie! The air conditioning is loud, sounded like something rattling in there every time it came on, scared me when it booted up. The low lighting was unsettling. 99% of the channels on the TV don't work. A closet door was broken off. The towels did not look trustworthy. The carpets look filthy. I can't believe United marked this as a premium hotel! Thank goodness it was at least free.

The room was clean and had a very fresh smell to it. The water was hot, not lukewarm and the bed was very comfortable. Angela always had a smile on her face and she checked me in fast and efficiently. I will definitely stay here again!
