Never have a complaint, my fav Michaels to go to.

I went there for particular items. When approaching the cash registers it was a bit confusing. There was one cashier with 2 extra lights on. I proceeded to one of open lines not knowing there was a lady already in line waiting. I looked back realizing I cut in line. Not knowing I apologized to the lady and got back behind her. A bit confused why there were lights and no other helpers. After I said something then they finally got help. I felt like the registers shouldn't have had lights on if they weren't being used and made for some confusion.
