This location needs to be a better job quality checking the orders. Everytime we visit this location it’s SOMETHING.This technically the only location near Edwardsville! 🙄 the N Lindbergh location does a way better job. I ordered a 4 ct mini & got 2 hash browns. My daughter had already began eating them so some are missing. When I reached in the bag to get the 4 ct mini I found ANOTHER thing of hash browns. 😒 Nothing else. I called them twice no answer. I called the catering line oh to my surprise they answered the phone 😂 I’m making this for Tiffany - she tried to tell me how to read the receipt after I told her it appears you guys were running out of ink. After reviewing everyone else reviews I can tell this location needs some work . Hopefully on a cooperate level they can receive some type of miracle.

My salad had DIRT in it!! I always order a salad from here and today I noticed the brown spots all over. That means this location DOES NOT wash their lettuce! Unacceptable! I ordered through DoorDash and I was given a refund, but this location needs to clean their lettuce before serving it. I ordered it around 8pm on 12/1/21.

I’m becoming fed up with the closed playgrounds, it’s time to open up. It’s posted as they have a play place on their amenities, so you can imagine the disappointment from the kids when we get there hoping to stretch our legs and run while driving across the country. No, they have a storage room and employee hangout spot, not a play spot for your kids. So. Just a heads up. Also they got our order wrong, left off 2 fries, no sauce, and trash cans overfilled and I watched 10+ employees walk past and not “see” it. This is not an impressive Chick fil A.

Fast service, fresh and clean food, and also the hall is clean and the beauty of the location with that glass that provides a panoramic view in all directions. I don't forget the kind and fast workers

NO PLAYPLACE!!!! We stopped while driving across country because we saw pics of playground on here which why we stopped here. The food was fine, but several of our nuggets had small hairs/fuzz on them. For having just been renovated the bathrooms were still just ok.

When placing my order with the girl at the counter. It seemed that she didn’t want to be at work. My order was supposed to be for dine in and she assumed that I was having my meal to go. My friend had another girl ring him out and she asked for his name and asked if it was for here or to go. I was asked neither by the girl that rung me out. The food was ok. The tea was good. When we were done with our meal the older gentleman that works there “Dan” was the only part of my interaction that was extremely pleasant. He asked how my day is going and was just a pleasure chatting with him. But overall the customer service at the counter was well below average. It seems like the customer service here has dropped significantly over the past year. I feel that management has lowered the bar here. This place had very friendly staff. Not sure what happened if it was new management or owners but I may not be coming back to this location and will mention this on social medias. If you are hungry don't come to this location. Go to McDonalds instead. The automated ordering kiosks there are more friendlier.

Use to be better! went through drive thru took longer than usally, person at window was not friendly at all. Order was was not correct, ordered spicy deluxe and got a sandwich with nothing on it. Also got charged for someone else's order, plus mine.

What a bizarre parking lot situation. There is no clear way to know how to park and enter this restaurant. It seems to be completely optimized for the drive through and online ordering. There are 40 online order pickup parking spots, all the spots in the actual parking lot are blocked with cones, and there seems to be nowhere for a regular walk-in customer to park. Once we just decided to park in a online spot the rest of the experience was pretty standard chicfila.

Ordered through door dash & the dasher did good but this location has just gotten worse. My order was totally wrong. How you order a spicy chicken sandwich but get a plain chicken? How you give a plain white bun when suppose to have gotten a multigrain bun? I only ordered 2 items didn’t think it would be that hard. Do better at ticket reading & making sure everything is in the bag!

I'm not sure how they run so smoothly while always having a 30 car lineup. Customer service is ALWAYS excellent. I have NEVER had an incorrect order, and the food is delicious. Highly impressed with Chick-fil-a. They beat their competition with ease. The rest of these chicken joints can get out of town.

My experience on 10/9/23 was horrible! I ordered on the app and pulled up to receive my food they didn't come out when they were supposed to, my fries were cold and my salad was just thrown together and I went back in the replaced my fries with warm ones and gave my crumbs and they gave me the same salad and told me it was all new. This was about 730 8 pm! Management was no help, and the employees had attitudes 😒! I've never experienced this before, and it needs to be addressed. If I could give a zero rating, I would.

This is literally the lowest stress restaurant I’ve been to. I never feel like a burden, the employees are always very nice and make you feel at home. I’m not sure where you find these people, but they are amazing and always have smiles on their faces.

Food was tasty, and served fast. My waffle fries were filled full. Chicken as good as I've ever known...salad looks fresh. I would definitely come back, and would recommend.

This place is always busy. However, staff is friendly and gets your order fast. I had the chicken tenders and waffle fries. These hit the spot! Very good!

My food hasn't been truly great for a few visits. I mean, it's good, but it ain't great for some reason. I'm going back soon, so hopefully, I can bring this back up. The service is always good, and the Polynesian sauce gone Polynesian!!

We sat in line for over 30 minutes and food was cold. I have never waited this long to get food from Chick-fil-A… shocked and irritated because the brand is usually efficient. When you take orders and let cars zipper merge on their own it tends to get severely backed up, because no one lets to let anyone get ahead of them. Maybe it was just an off day but I’m traveling and just passing by so I will never know or care to find out again.

I went through the drive thru on 12/6/23. Both lanes were open and flow of cars moved normally. I usually check my bag before I leave, but this time I didn’t…I got all the way home, just to discover nothing in my bag was correct! The receipt and order printed on side of bag were correct, not the contents. I had to drive back to this location to get my correct order. Always remember to check your bag before pulling off.

When we went in to order we were immediately greeted by a man that welcomed us to the restaurant. There were flowers in vases on the tables and the employees were so polite. The food was very good and they have a wide variety of sauces. It was a very pleasant experience.

It’s always a delightful experience to come to Chick-fil-A. Hannah, who took my order was an absolutely joy! She was so sweet. Then when I got to the window Angelita was awesome! She made me feel like my business was appreciated. Thanks for making my day girls!

Really nice workers, it's super busy there all the time, but they do a good job. One time my families debit card wouldn't work and the person taking our order got us the whole thing for free. Each employee gets $15 of food for free each week, so 4 employees, one including the person taking our order, willingly used there benefit to pay for our meal. Help those people out.

This place was great! We are traveling with 3 dogs and one of the gentlemen workers made it a point to get pup cups for each of them. It’s incredibly hot out and all the workers are working their butts off to get orders taken for the long line of customers. Even though there was a long line and we had to wait, the people of Chick-fil-A made it so enjoyable for us! Five stars!

Three lines across in the drive through. We were on a time crunch, so we were not sure if we had time. Stopped anyway. All we can say is this place has it together. It took 10 to 15 minutes to get through the line. Awesome. The food is so good as well.

Service was fast. The order was right. The good was hot. Good looked good (I hate when fast food joints can't put a square piece of cheese on top of a square piece of fish without half of it falling off)

12/30/22Today's visit was not so 5 star...took a while I'm used to but half container of fries and no toy in the kiddos meal. Usually they are very on top of things much love Chick-fil-A but wasn't happy this time around

Carry Out. The staff was very courteous and welcoming.. our food was quickly and correctly prepared.. I tried one of their Strawberry Milkshakes and I highly recommend them (somehow I never knew they made them but yumm) definitely milkshakes done right. ✔️ We both got original chicken sandwiches & an order of waffle fries to go.. the food was hot, delicious & a good value. The store & restrooms were very clean (even around the baseboards in the bathroom) which to me as a chef indicates management that cares about their jobs, cleanliness and food safety. It was not far from the interstate and had easy access. Always a good bet.

The drive thru is still a hazard when croweded but these two helped me out. Thought they were open because of google.

Waited in lane two for 15 minutes, first lane went around next to me about 5,6 times. There was an employee in the other lane taking orders but not ours for 10 minutes, finally we called the building and then someone came out to take orders on their lane that had a green light above it??(aka the lane i was in had a green light indicating that it was open but no movement until a worker comes to takes orders). Then when we ordered they didn’t have any soda/coke products.

Waited 35 minutes to get to the window to be told my order isn't ready and to move forward. Waited another 5 minutes to get my food, and when I get home and open my hash browns the box is practically empty.

It is the only fast food restaurant I will go to after Covid three people actually repeat your order to you before you get it I love using their app and just using the curbside everything is delicious and the order is correct every time!

Had a great time out with my son, but must have got there at peak rush hour, had to wait long time to place order and also get food. Wish they used red ripe tomatoes instead of semi-ripe tomatoes.

The most well-organized, well ran fast food chain in all of America. Don't be intimidated by the long lines. They have people waiting outside to take your order and as a rule it takes less than 3 minutes from the time you have placed your order To the time you were on your way out. Love the waffle fries dipped in Polynesian sauce. The freshly-made diet lemonade is amazing. Best of all, it's the people who work here that make the visit truly amazing. During drive thru service we had to prompt the girl taking our order to continue paying attention to us during the process of ordering . I even had to say hello once while trying to complete my order . After ordering my nuggets she came back and asked what I wanted for my drink and side after I had already ordered it just the nuggets. It appeared she was attempting to do to many things at once. What if a person was unfamiliar with the menu ? We weren’t given the option just asked our order and she kept asking order then when we asked questions she didn’t listen and then asked us to move forward to the menu . I felt like we weren’t listened to as customers and it makes me want to choose another restaurant going forward.

great tasting, but i happened to get shorted on my chicken strips. ordered a 4 piece and only got 3 pieces, and 2 of them were the size of french fries. at least it was delicious, but I believe there is room for improvement in the kitchen.

The food is usually good but this location just opened so it will get better. Fries were not crispy lemonade not sweet enough and my nuggets were not very hot.

This place always impresses me. They are dedicated to customer service and quality. First time I've visited since covid, the adjustments they are making to serving from outdoors is great to see. They are adapting!

Went here every week last summer when I was traveling for work, and this is easily the greatest chick fil a location that I’ve ever been to!!! The most amazing customer service, and of course great food!

Crazy busy, but they move the line fast.

This Chik-fil-A location was already good before the pandemic, but their level of service absolutely skyrocketed once they adapted to post-pandemic realities by opening up additional drive through lanes, plussing up staff for outdoor operations, and putting up tents on both sides of the building to facilitate ordering and carside service during inclement weather. It's absolutely amazing how quickly they can clear a 30 car line in less than 10 minutes during the evening rush while maintaining a smile, pleasant attitude, and impeccable customer orientation. That being said, they do miss from time to time on order details, though certainly much less than their fast food competitors, and wait times during other than peak periods can be surprisingly long.

This is the most efficient fast food company out there. No amount of business can stop a forward thinking, customer-centric company like CHICK-FIL-A...and their food is great too. :) Other businesses should step back and just observe a transaction for the customer here. They create new processes and methods on the fly while continuing to be true to quality. Not sure how CHICK-FIL-A does it but they are two or three steps ahead of any other fast food provider!!

The lines were wrapped around the building however they had plenty staff. They had everything organized. the wait time was not as long as I had anticipated. The food was delicious as usual. I love the grilled chicken sandwich. I love 😍 this place. It's worth the drive from Collinsville to fairview heights.

Fast, friendly, and almost always completely accurate with my orders. One offs every now and again. These guys should run the DMV!

Five stars for their expediency (their staff should run the government: they GET IT DONE), but our order was wrong and we thought it was too much trouble to have it fixed because they were SOOOO busy, and the fries weren't hot and were soggy. Not quite worth the price we paid. Probably won't go back, but mostly because I am not a white meat chicken fan -- went there because that's what my hubby was in the mood for so I thought I would try it once. Not impressed with food or price, personally, but know LOTS of people who love to eat there.

The 12-count-nugget meal was super good! The best part of my experience was this server-for-expo, Brendan. This guy super nice, he treated me very well. We had a conversation, and he was genuinely a great guy!!!

They are super fast and very nice. They even gave us a free chocolate shake for the wait! Highly recommend!

Tonight, January 17, 2024, you had a young man working outside taking drive thru orders. He had on a short sleeve shirt in 28* weather. I asked if he was cold, which he said he was “mildly” and looked fine lol. But I just wanted to comment that he got the orders for a full wrap around the building line of cars done in about 10 minutes time. He was super friendly and polite. I know saying “he deserves a raise” won’t get him a raise but that kid deserves some type of recognition! Amazing
