I went today bc I had appointment for my son he is 2 yrs old and the front desk lady I was told by the front desk just bc he had fever he cant see the doctor?? and I need to wait until his fever go down or take him to ER and when i asked who had put this rules and Why wasn't I wad informed yesterday when I tool the payment she responded W/ attitude she has no mercy for baby what kinda rules does it say that???? Then two hrs later after i left i revived email saying i have appointments and they want to confirm If i am coming after the front desk has kicked me out!!!! As clinc you guys are there to help the patients needs is it necessary to take him to the ER just bc of the fever unbelievable!!! Bad experience with the guy at the reception, they didn't send my son who had a fever for a consultation because according to this guy, my son is not on the policy. Showing him the updated card, what I wanted was for him to pay for the consultation, I asked him to speak to his boss and It never happened to me, I came to Legacy and I didn't have any problems, it seems that my job is to stop patients instead of helping them

Zero zero star! I came here because of Dr. Ameer Toudrous. He is a great doctor and has a great review. I wish he was working at another health care hospitals that’s professional.I have always gotten at hope clinic an hour before my appointment but they still get me after another hour. For example, my appointment today is at 11:45 AM. I got here at 10:50 and it’s 12:24 now and they haven’t called my name to meet with the doctor. It’s not because I’m not patient. I’m totally patient but this is crazy. I’m already near to giving birth but if I was still in the first trimester or second I would definitely find another hospital. And Thank God, I started coming here at the end of my second trimester I can’t imagine those who started at their first trimester.

Today I took my little brother for his lab test per televisit order, but I was refused to be served at the front desk. Because they asked the mother's presence while the mother is suffering from COVID and stays isolated at home. I explained that the mother is severely sick but no one listened. They still refused and responded in an inconsiderate and disrespectful manner. The manager was called and she also refused disrespectfully. The front desk is the main representation of the entire clinic. Don't go here unless you have no other choice. Their rating is worse and deserves the worst of the worst.

Just don’t go here . Front desk is sooooo rude. Wait over 2 hrs before seeing doctor even if you come early with appointment. The only good staff I’ve encountered was Serg who I believe is a MA. He’s very nice with an uplifting spirit. If they give you Suzan Havican just run .She is so rude and incompetent. Walked out on me in the middle of an appointment while I was voicing my concern about health issue that was so serious. She knows absolutely nothing about ob or pregnancy. She ignores major signs until it’s too late.Runnnnnnn cause you’re life is seriously depending on it.

Before they was very professional people now the customer service not polite and they don't do their job even when you call them to reschedule ur appointment they tell they will but actually the do not and keep take money from ur insurance kind of stealing

Hope clinic is the best thing that happened for our family. It is a blessing. I don’t speak English. Hope clinic has a system set up in order to help refugees like us who do not speak English fluently and we got assistance such as applying for children Medicaid, pregnancy Medicaid for my wife and food stamp, check up for any health problems. I speak Karenni mostly. Thank you Mr.Tha for always helping us out. Thank you all the doctors and the beautiful kindhearted staffs from the front desk and eligibility department. Thank you so much for your great customer services from all the nurses and doctors.

I loved it before because I have been going here since I was a teenager. And my last year’s annual check up was an excellent experience. The doctor was so nice and was smiling and kind the whole time. But today’s experience is terrible. I had this appointment with this male doctor, although I’m not sure if he is a doctor or not because he looks so unprofessional. He was nice during my last visit. But today when I asked the nurse to call him and ask him about my annual check up blood test result. He showed up with a bad attitude. He told me that if the front desk said nothing about my blood test result, then the result is normal. And that I should go online and looked into my account and see my lab report by myself. He kept repeating saying this that I should just look at my lab report by myself. I felt terrible at that time so I said ok. I should stand up and speak up to him, but I didn’t because I was scared. Yes I am able to see my lab reports published in my account but how can I know what is wrong with some values too high or too low? Last year the female doctor checked my lab reports and put “normal” or “abnormal” online after the word results, but this time this doctor didn’t put anything after “result”. And how on earth should I know what is going on to my own health when I clicked into those detailed lab reports with all those values and medical terms that I have never learned about??? If I can understand my blood test result, why do I need to pay and see a doctor? A doctor should not behave like this. I am really disappointed. I appreciated how he helped me to gather the documents that I need for my school. But there is no need for him to tell me that I asked too many questions and I should be focusing on my study and school work. I only asked questions because I have concerns about my own health.

I give five stars for Dr Wu Shang Chen. I immediately transferred my daughter’s pediatrician to her after my first visit. She is experienced, talkative, patience, and always step in my shoes to give me a medical suggestion. She is the best pediatrician who I have ever met. I am so glad that I have found the great pediatrician for my daughter.

I went there for a doctor appointment I like the resident that took care of me. Let's keep in mind that the waiting time may be long but they are also training the next generation of doctors so let's help them and keep visiting the place and leave our good reviews on Google and other platforms. Let's create a better place for the community.

This clinic do not take new walk-in patients after 8 am! I went this place with my mom and told us they don’t take new walk-ins after 8 am. If you need to go to a clinic as a walk-in, especially in a Saturday, you’re better off going other medical center nearby. The have better customer service and willing to help you. AVOID THIS TRASHY CLINIC if you’re sick or injured.

The front desk staff specially veleta is very disrespectful and bad behavior. She doesn't know how to talk and behave with patients. I observed her with many clients unprofessional. Hope clinic should think about the front desk staff otherwise they will lose clients.

My daughter has been with a few pediatricians. I have to say Dr. Wu Shang Chen is the best pediatrician we had. The first time we met her, I questioned that she looks so young, could she be experiences enough for our daughter? Out of my surprise, she is knowledgeable, warmth, kind and wonderful experience. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She follows up all the tests. I would highly recommend to my friends. It is rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.

I went there for an appointment a few weeks ago and i left happy with the service. i saw Dr. Tsai and everything went well with the appointment. i was called in quickly and everything went smoothly. everyone was really nice, especially the front desk girls, very good job.

Hi, on July 15,2023 I called them at like 11 am and asked for walk in. They responded with come right now and that they had an available spot. My location from the clinic is 30+ minutes. I used tollway and got here with 20 or so minutes. I went my brother. They asked for ID and more because I was not in the system. I am not able to be put in the system since everyone of my family other than 2 of my brothers( 1 who is the patient and 1 who is also not in the system). Also they said the next available spot is at 4PM!!!!!!! HOW OUTRAGEOUS THAT THEY SAID I COULD COME BUT WHEN I COME, THEY SAY THAT THE NEXT AVAILABLE SPOT IS 4 hours later!?!?!??? AND THEY SAY THAT THEY COULD NOT TELL ME THE TIME OF THE WALK IN UNTILL I GET THERE! How does that make sense? Honestly díada pointed and would definitely not reccomend coming here!

The hope clinic appointment section is not helpful at all. all times gives headache to customer when I call they dropped my calls I am not able to get an appointment. The doctors are helpful but staff is not .

Hi, this clinic is one of the worst in all around the Houston, especially the receptionists, the way they talk and behave with patients and visitors are rude and not giving you more information, also they changed your appointment times, you also have to wait multiple hours after checking. Customer service should be better than what it is right now at this office. A service provider is expected to have competent hands on the customer facing side of their business, and not ones that cannot show empathy when attending to potential customers.

My last visit was before 2 months ago the reception employees very bad they was talking to each other and laughing with each other without get respect or attention to the patients And when call the customer service to reschedule the appointment they tell you ok but they didn't so don't trust them even when you call nurse line for medicine for emergency situation especially extension*118 they never answer your call or ur voice mail you left I don't know why the services go down like that before they was very professional people

The physical examination and daily discomfort of the two children in the family are arranged here. It is really great. I don’t speak English very well. I recently met Winnie, she is a very caring person! In addition to helping me translate, she also gave me a lot of help, I am really grateful to her!

Having met by chance, since it was my first time coming to Hope Clinic, Dr Shang-Chen Wu is a very nice person. I can see that she is lovely, very committed, and passionate about what she is doing. And she is really great with kids too. That is why I love coming back for her to check up on my daughter. Thank you Dr. Wu.

I would not come here just because the receptionists in the front are not trained well. I waste my time coming here for an appointment and then they say my insurance is inactive. I called my insurance and they say it’s active. The receptionist didn’t even verify and then says because I came late 7mins.. we have to reschedule you. If you put 1min out to just call the insurance to see if it was active you wouldn’t be losing patients. The doctor is see did fine here. But the review will be for the receptionist.

Been going to HOPE clinic since before my youngest babies were born. HOPE clinic has always helped us and been there for us through the thick and thin of life's chaos. Considering that they are doing a lot with what resources and staff they have, I know that other places would not care for the patients in this way. Some doctors there to complete their residency don't care but they are not the whole clinic. Some doctors are there and they have been there for a long time and are there because they care; they could be making more $$ but choose to stay and help those in need. Grateful for those there who do the most even when overloaded.

I’m not a big fan of the front office, I’ve had my good and bad encounters but overall it’s ok. They do stay busy. My doctor is Dr. Michael Mgerian and he is the best I’ve ever met!!!!! I love him!!!!!! I met him in the ER and he told me where he practiced and I followed him, I’ve been happy ever since. He listens to my every concern and he has truly gave me hope to all the health conditions I deal with! The nurse that attends to me is awesome, can’t think of her name lol. Dr. Mgerian keep being great!!!!!!! Well updated……Dr Mgerian finished his clinicals and is no longer there so I won’t be coming back. He moved so I moved lol.

The pediatrician of my two children is Shang-Chen Wu. I like her very much. She is super patient and experienced. I highly recommend her, and I will give her a five-star praise! Thank you very much, Dr. Wu, and the nurses in the clinic have a very good service attitude! I like it very much!

Very professional and dedicated to patient centered care. Very diverse and multicultural. If you like a doctor who is in and out and takes care of your needs they have it for you. If you need a doctor who can take the time to address your concerns they will do it as well.

Dr Jain is a terrible pediatrician and if she's the last doctor on earth ill keep my child sick. Bad attitude and very disrespectful.

Dr. Shang Chen Wu is the best pediatrician I have ever seen. She is a caring, attentive and responsible doctor. Whenever my child has a headache, she will check the child carefully and be patient. Explain to me the existence of the problem. Is a very good doctor 👍!

This place is a mess. Avoid it at all costs if possible. It is mainly for low income patients. We made an appointment online. We went here the day of the appointment we were told you don't have an appointment and that the online thing is just a 'reservation' and you need to call to actually make an appointment! What is the point of the online reservation then? We were given an appointment two weeks later and we were told we have to arrive 1 hour before the apt time! The lady who the biometrics was in rush, rude, and unprofessional.

HORRRIBLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. I was waiting 2 hours ONLY FOR LAB .also this location is not clean , and the front desk people are unpolite. They should learn how Alief Community health , clean and staff friendly and quick service

Two hour wait and still no labs done. I told them 3 times I had an appointment at 11:30, they literally do not care if you work, etc. Requested my lab order be sent to Labcorp, they said I had to drive back over there and retrieve order in person. Why? Just email me the order, you already wasted 2 hours of my time. Very unprofessional staff. They request you arrive an hour before your appointment!! Why? They have you sitting there for hours with signs posted not to use your cell phone. This place is a total racket. They want you to use their dentist, their lab, their specialists. All so they can bill the insurance!

Remember that people usually write comments when they don't like something. And when they do, they don't take the time. I got there, they were friendly. My new Dr which is Dr Garret Brett, I couldn't be more pleased. He was attentive and professional and took the time to explain things. And bus #2 drops me off super close.
