Old lady with curly hair is extremely rude. If you see this review please retire. She continuously told me my son is on Medicaid. I kept telling her he does not qualify for Medicaid. I definitely feel like she was racially profiling. If she would have just listened to me in the first place we would have gotten the insurance issue resolved a lot sooner. I was tested then we waited 3 hours for someone to test my son. I continuously called and no one answered so I ended up just having to leave. My son was becoming fussy after sitting in a car seat for hours. The nurse who actually swabbed my nose was very nice though.

Terrible facility. Made my husband and 2 year old (with an open head wound) wait for over 2hrs. When they finally saw her, they told her she needed stitches and that they couldn’t do it. No one could have informed us about this during the wait? I will contest any bill we receive from this useless establishment.

The staff was friendly and came out to my car to test me. My results were fast for the rapid and next day for the PCR! Very pleased and would recommend to anyone who needs a quick test. I've already recommended this clinic to three people so far. If I need another test I will go here first.

I must say that the service that was rendered by the employee's at Memorial Family Houston was exceptional from the time I entered the building I felt welcomed.The whole staff were extremely nice and professional I felt like I was in the best hands possible. The entire team has genuine concern for their patients well-being was evident I felt they truly care about my health and confort. I would recomend that, if you have a medical issue, visit this location great Medical Staff.

I went into Memorial Family & Urgent Care today and was treated with such compassion and thoroughness. Everyone there was so kind to me as I obviously and very painfully walked through the process of being treated. I am so grateful. Thank you. 🙏🏻

I got there at 9:49 for a covid test. I have my 2 year old son with me and he needs a test too. I didn’t have his insurance card but she said she could search by social. So I gave her his social and she said he doesn’t have insurance. I told her multiple times he doesn’t have Medicaid. But she called the Medicaid phone number. I just not left at 12:05 because we have been waiting so long. My son was getting restless sitting in the car. I tried to call again to ask how long it was going to be and they did not answer. I was able to get mine done and the nurse was very nice.

No urgency nor care provided. Went in for a sports injury to the hand. After paying and waiting, I was referred out for x-rays which was a separate cost and I had to call back and forth several times between this facility and where the x-rays were done to get the results. 2 days after being seen I was told I have a fractured hand and was referred to the ER for a splint because they "don't do that" at this urgent care. Would not rely on this place.

Staff is always pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. Dr. Listens, very well; allowing me to leave without hanging on to unanswered questions. Wait times, have never been long. I hope to keep seeing this doctor, as I am just overall pleased.

Dr wasn’t wearing gloves when examining my child. They sent the prescription to my pharmacy with the wrong birthdate.

I got COVID tested yesterday being told that I would receive my results tomorrow. It’s 4:21pm and I still haven’t gotten anything back, they postponed my holidays for recklessly telling me a false time line of when I’m getting my results.

Getting a couple of rapid tests done. Apparently it's too confusing to the patients for the clinic to submit the costs to insurance so expect to pay 75 bucks a test out of pocket and then chase it up with your insurance company yourself. They will submit the claim for the 2 day test though. Go figure. Other than that it was a normal visit.

I would like to say thank you so much to the staff at this Clinic. I am just now fully recovering from extreme abdominal pains and bleeding. I was treated equally, fairly and with an urgency at this location. Thank you so much, Lisa, for your excellent bedside manners, without you're help that day I would not have known what to do. I highly recommend this location. I will be back and they have B-12 shots!!!!!!!!!

I’ve come here several times and tested from my car. Today, I was unable to do that due to the high volume of people needing to be tested. I didn’t mind. I waited about 2.5 hours. The staff was swamped, and some customers were rude. I believe the staff of 3 is/was doing their best. I would recommend this place for quick testing after the new variant passes.

Went there to get tested for Covid. Front desk was nice and friendly. I was supposed to get the result from the lab on Sunday. Lab is not in the facility. They send the testing to the lab and that's lab responsibility after that. I did not get my result on Sunday. I called on Monday and the front desk lady very nicely gave me the lab's phone number. i called the lab and got my result.

Excellent medical care I recommend it
