If I could leave less than a star I would!!! Never in all my years of living have I ever experienced this level of poor 3rd world country healthcare! This ER is worst than the slums! If you’re in pain be prepared to muster the last bit of strength you have to walk around since no wheelchair is provided and the nurse lets you know it’s ok to walk while you’re feeling pain. Be prepared to carry your own stickers, blood pressure cuff and IV bag as you’re bounced from hallway to hallway so don’t bring a bunch of stuff because you’ll have plenty to carry. The amount of HIPAA violations from hearing other patients PHI and reason for visit is despicable! No privacy whatsoever! No comfortable seating. No nurse call light given in the event of you needing one. Bring your own blanket and socks as no nurse rounding is done to see how you’re doing or how they can help. The cleaning staff/ pest control must be nonexistent as mosquitoes and other bugs flying around. Cobwebs everywhere. Windows disgusting! Chairs are sprayed with an unknown substance, but not wiped down to allow patients to sit! There is no AIDET from staff so you just sit there talking to a bunch of different people that don’t introduce themselves with their credentials or provide explanation as to why different tests are needed/ medically necessary. Just an overall walking lawsuit facility. The generic message that will come in response to this review sounds repetitive and as if nothing will change. This should not be what healthcare in America should look like. No patient should have to stomach this atrocity of a facility! I have attached where patients receive care in this ER. Go at your own risk and if you have anything you do not want strangers knowing about stay away!

Arrived at 10:35 with my 87 yr old mother for her 10:40 appointment and waited 35 minutes before being called back to exam room. The assistant told us this was going to have to be a very quick appointment so the doctor wouldn't get behind. I told her we need all of our scheduled appointment time because we brought a list of things to discuss and I made that clear when I made the appointment. She said it's already 11:20 and the doctor would not have time because we were late. She was very rude, arrogant, belittling and dismissive to us. I told her we have been sitting in the waiting room over 30 minutes. She said you were not checked in until 5 minutes ago. I lost it and told her this is BS to leave us waiting for 30+ minutes and then berate us and offer reduced service because she thinks we arrived late. I told her this should be reason enough to change my mom's Medicare plan before the end of the year. We have NEVER received good care at this office. She checked with front desk and they confirmed our arrival time and said they checked us in late because there were so many people there when we arrived. No apology and continued to be very rude. She discussed with doctor outside our door and doctor came in and tried to be accommodating and address all of my mother's issues. My mother is 87 years old and was in tears when we were in car leaving. She felt personally attacked. I will be filing a complaint with Memorial Hermann and with Medicare. This is very consistent with the culture of the care we have received from this office. I am intentionally not including the name of the very rude and unprofessional assistant but I will report it to Memorial Hermann.

If I could give this hospital ZERO stars I would! I went into the emergency room yesterday morning with an issue and left out many many many many many hours later with them not misdiagnosing the issue. The nurse that was in the emergency room had THE WORST ATTITUDE and quite frankly if she didn't want to be at work she could've stayed at home. After coming through triage I didn't see a nurse for HOURS. On top of that they have you in an area with recliners where when I was able to speak to a nurse the person sitting on the side of me was in my conversation with the nurse the entire time! Talk about HIPAA compliance. The sense of urgency was not there and the care in general was non-existent. There is no possible way that they're still open and able to operate, especially after going in for one reason and them not even being able to to properly care. I mean wow!!!! I will be filing a formal complaint and reaching out to a lawyer. SAVE YOURSELF AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I can give them 0 starts believe me I will. I came to the ER in an ambulance, my daughter had a seizure at home that lasted more than 5 min. We came to this ER with a history of seizures. When we got there I was waiting 4 hrs for a doctor to examine my daughter. The nurses were rude and the staff is not professional. Any time I asked for a doctor they said, he has some other patients you have to wait. The worst ER.

I took my elderly mother in on yesterday after a horrible fall while walking my sisters dog! She fell and went face first into concrete with a bad head, face and knee injuries! They did get her in within approx 30 minutes but then she sat and waited several hours for ct scan and X-rays! Even though I am her caretaker they did NOT let me go back with her! My mother was scared and bleeding and the ladies at the ER desk were very short and not helpful! In particular the young lady than came on in the evening shift which as I sat there for over four hours waiting to find out if my 82 year old mother had a brain injury she seemed to pick and choose who she was kind and helpful to! Unfortunately her kind and considerate compassion was only given out to certain family members! I would not suggest going to this hospital unless you have no other choices! They did check her out that evening just sending her home after doing stitches to her lips and an ice pack! They only told me signs of concussion after I asked! WOW did not even send her home with pain meds! Thank god she did NOT have a brain injury because it frightens me to consider the sub-standard possibly life threatening treatment she would have received!

I am giving the ER department 1 star but would give a 1/2 star if that were an option. My experience here at the ER was terrible. The triage nurse, Cynthia was extremely rude and made a couple back-handed comments that were very rude and unprofessional. Half the staff were not wearing masks. This is concerning providing that they are in contact with hundreds of patients on a daily basis. It is very irresponsible, in my opinion. I am in the medical field and the treatment I received was worse than the primary reason for my visit. I ended up leaving the ER. Before, I exited the ER, I requested to speak to a charge nurse and waited about 15 mins. The 2 nurses at the front desk were chatting the whole time. I am unsure of their roles in the ER department, but were unimpressed. Unless, I have a traumatic injury or not cognizant to make decisions on my own behalf, I would not consider coming back, EVER.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I visited this location several times in two weeks. My symptoms continued and when I would tell the nurse how I was feeling I was ignored over and over again. I finally decided to go to the medical center location and was immediately admitted with a life threatening condition. I was in ICU for 3 weeks. The Katy location was killing me literally. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS KATY LOCATION!!!!!! I’ve been reaching out to the head of the hospital and no one has returned my call.

My father in law had a motorcycle accident that landed him in ICU. So far it has been a week and we have only had a couple of good nurses during that time! They all seem put out when he needs help with anything and the older charge nurse has no bedside manner when it comes to speaking to family members. At one point he had to use the rest room in the middle of the night and the nurse never came to help him. The AC in the rooms doesn't work well so it is incredibly hot and miserable! It has been a terrible experience thus far and frankly if we could move him elsewhere we would!

Great ER and ICU. floor nurses are good too. However, for a patient who is also a physician listed on memorial Herman’s website, she got moved to the room from ICU where fluid accumulated in her lungs and heart and yet still doctor hasn’t seen her despite her asking for them. There is no one monitoring her vitals actively. Still waiting for a doctor to visit and talk. If memorial Herman treats fellow physicians who are admitted as patients this way then I sympathize with other patients.

Do not go to this hospital! There are better ones out there. My husband recently passed away at Memorial Hermann Katy. This hospital is more concerned with COVID than people’s needs to be with loved ones in a time of life and death. The security was rude and looked at my daughters and I as criminals rather than a family member who needed to be there for their loved one. It was awful. Horrible people. Security people- you suck…Maybe you will experience a similar situation, and then you will realize it’s not about COVID.! If that’s the hospitals rules…. shame on them! And shame on YOU!

I've had a rough go when it comes to doctors, nurses, and emergency staff. I was going through a really bad manic episode because I needed a certain med. The emergency doctors and staff treated me with compassion even though it was busy and gave me the benefit of the doubt. I got in and out in 3 hours and got all I needed to get my medication that night. I'm so grateful for the staff and nurses and doctors. You guys are heroes!

Horrible patient care and doctor care. Allows patients to suffer in extreme pain. . Suction cup to urinate in doesn’t work. Allowed me to pee all over myself. Had blood going into my skin and didn’t clean it up. Blood got all over my sheets. When your food tray came nobody would help you sit up or help you try to eat. Had to reach for my food by hand whatever I could reach. Only cleaned me up once while I was there even though I couldn’t sit up or care for myself. When I was able to painfully get to the bedside commode, then said I could care for myself. Every time I tried to help myself out of dignity and pride for myself they would use that to say I was ready to go home. Didn’t explain to me that because I was on steroids I felt I could do more. Once they took me off steroids the pain would kick in and I would be in terrible pain. Didn’t tell me I should keep pain meds in my system so I wouldn’t feel break through pain. Pain level was over a 10. I was screaming and crying and thought I was going to die. They really didn’t seem to care. Even though my insurance had approved me to stay for 15 days, they lied and kicked me out of the hospital in 5 days. They lied and told me my insurance only approved 5 days. The infectious disease doctor sneaked in and said they had identified the bug that gave me sepsis. She changed my antibiotics and wanted to send me home the next day. Had to know she was there in the hospital because she ordered an antibiotic through my pharmacy. I got a notification from my pharmacy. I asked the nurse if I could see the doctor. She came to my room and told me sepsis wasn’t a big deal and people just hadn’t been educated in sepsis and just meant you got to stay in the hospital. Couldn’t explain any of my other symptoms and test results. She could care less. Her bedside manner was horrificI on second day of new antibiotics sent me home promised me home health 4 days later they still haven’t showed up. I’m still in shock and cry every time I think about the horrible patient care I received. Felt like I was in a third world country with the horrible health care I received. I wouldn’t take my dog there. My insurance company told me I was authorized for 4 more days I’f I wanted to go back. Keep in mind I been put out 4 days before. Id rather be dead than to ever step foot in Memorial Hermann hospital again. Need to investigate them. Patients screaming in pain during the night.

From the patient intake, triage nurses, ER doctors, floor nurses, specialists, food service workers, and techs, I was so impressed with everyone. I interacted with at least 15 health care professionals, and everyone was courteous , knowledgeable, and had terrific bedside manners. A bonus was my room was huge. I’m glad I picked this location.

I received care in the ER on Monday morning (7/18). I felt cared for and valued. My ER nurses were Christine and Andy. Christine is the best at starting IVs. She listened to my concerns and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. Andy did a fantastic job of explaining everything to me. Dr. Autumn Kresha went the extra mile to ensure nothing was missed. She was polite and protected my privacy when I felt overwhelmed by the number of people in the room. Staff circulated the “results pending room” multiple times to check on patients. I had a lengthy wait, but I never felt ignored. Thank you!

This place must have gone downhill over the years, my mother was taken in by ems at about 3 pm. My family arrived and waited for 2 hours and asked for an update only to be told she had not been seen by a doctor yet. After waiting some more and having my mother call us to tell us she was still having trouble breathing and after some labs had been done and being told everything appeared normal the front desk attendant told us she would get a nurse out to talk to us which never happened. They even lost track of where she was at one point. After being told she would get a ct scan we left and came back after it was completed only to hear she was being discharged while still having chest pain and pain when breathing. They told us since it did not appear to be life threatening that she had to go home. When we picked her up from discharge my mother told us that she had been sat in a chair the entire time she was there. Never put in a room or a bed. And they don't even allow family members or anyone back there which makes the experience even worse. She was there since 2:30 pm to 11 pm at night. They said for us to take her back if her problems get worse, needless to say we will not be going back and will instead be going to a different hospital.

I gave birth to my daughter and had the best experience with all the staff and nurses. The nurses were all extremely nice and helpful while I transitioned into becoming a first time mom. They were very hands on and showed true compassion and professionalism. The rooms were comfortable and private. I couldn’t be more grateful for this experience and highly recommend it to anyone giving birth. Dr. Romezi is the best and I’m so grateful she is my doctor!

The nurses are pleasant, however, the hospital is severely short staffed. When it is time to be discharged they try to keep you extra days for no reason. Even when the doctor says it is okay to be released, it takes an additional day or two to obtain discharge papers. When asking for a supervisor/manager they claim one is not available. The water in the bathroom runs brown and has to run for a minute before it’s clear. Used gloves, bandages were left in the patients bed instead of being tossed into the trash can nearby. I’m changing my insurance just to not have to ever return to any Memorial Hermann hospital.

I wish there was a way to leave less than a 1 star review. As a healthcare professional, I strongly encourage you and your loved ones to make the drive to the medical center. Memorial Hermann Katy does not have the appropriate staff to treat a patient that needs critical care. My son has been here for 5 days, he has had multiple invasive and noninvasive tests and all 4 specialists have admitted they don’t know what’s wrong and don’t have an inkling to form a diagnosis. I have asked to transfer care to a hospital that is equipped with a knowledgeable team of specialists that are staffed at the hospital. In turn, I received a phone call from case manager Linda who continued to patronize and belittle me for requesting a transfer. If you made it this far, please advocate for your loved ones and do not accept subpar healthcare from any medical facility.

DO NOT GO TO THE THIS ER DOCTOR. I was an extreme pain in my son’s 12th, May 31, 2023 birthday to the point I could not stand. I asked for my husband to take me to the ER close to midnight, now June 1, 2023, because there wasn’t an urgent care available. I had been vomiting profusely (all of my stomach contents and green and yellow stomach bile. My husband takes me to the ER where he drove up to help because I could not stand. As I am watching from the car, the aide walks as slow as possible.e pain. She said someone should be with you. I continued to as I was in the waiting room. I finally get called back and begin vomiting green bile. I wad asked when did I starting feeling this way in which I answered it has become progressively worse. I was wheeled back where I waited for more than an hour, even when I continually asked for a nurse or doctor. Several people walked pasted and my husband asked for someone to see me. In the time I continued to throw up stomach bile to the point I had to lay on the floor. More than an hour half later I saw the doctor in which he put the order in for me to receive pain medications. I still did not receive the medication until almost another 30 minutes which puts me at 3 hours after arriving to receiving anything, which added to the amount of medicine I need to feel better. The whole process is horrible and I will never recommend them. On top of this, I received over $19,000 of total charges and a patient responsibility of $2,300 for subpar service.

Had to go to the ER last Tuesday for severe abdominal pain. The ER was packed and short staffed, but I was taken in quickly, and staff members were kind. The pysix was down, but they were still able to give me meds asap. The PA Gina was phenomenal. Took my concerns seriously and got me into the CT scan as soon as my labs came back. She took time to discuss the possible diagnosis and made appropriate referrals etc.

Unfortunately, I cannot post a review for the Emergency Room separately from one for the hospital. The hospital is excellent. All the employees are professional, friendly and caring. You will receive excellent care. The nurses are fantastic - especially Monica. I would rate the hospital a 5. This review is for the Emergency Room and not the hospital. If you have an emergency do NOT go to this ER. It is terrible. Expect a long wait with no consideration. The waiting room is small but seems to be manageable and the person accompanying the one needing care must wait there. They cannot go with the person that needs medical attention. That is a "patient only" area. It is very small and sitting is as close as sitting in an airplane. No space in the room and an overflow into the hall. The person might be evaluated quickly and then sit there for 4.5 hours with no communication or updates to the person in the waiting room. The staff seems to be so rushed that they do not have time for explanations or basic consideration for anyone. I suggest that you go to a different facility. They are several close by that will treat you with respect and take care of your needs.

My most recent experience was outstanding and I've been here multiple times. All my doctors have been great, but dr freeto gave me the best advice about handling my very severe psoriasis otc. I literally cried after using the medication because its the least amount of pain I've been in in YEARS. my fiance thought I had hurt myself, I cried so hard. I've always been treated well here and the whole staff is rad. Also the very nice ladies I was next to, 1 had congestive heart failure and saw me barely able to walk out the door and asked her daughter to hold the door open for me.

If it were possible to give the ER and everyone there negative stars would definitely do it. My sister in law had a seizure and fell down the stairs and hit her face/ head. We rushed her here hoping that since this involved the head from hitting and seizures are involved that this would be taken serious. She sat in a hallway with my wife for more than 4 hours having constant seizures and an ever increasing fever. No one came to check on her even after my wife asked multiple times about an update. She finally was put in an ER room where they waited for 2 more hours and more seizures. When my wife asked again if she was being admitted, the nurse responded with “I had no idea someone was in that room and we have no record of her” and rudely walked away. Does communication not happen in this hell hole of a hospital? A doctor finally came in and rushed through everything to say that she will probably be discharged and walks out only for another nurse to come in and say “we messed up the labs” and have to redo them??? I’m pretty sure my sister in law could get better care at a comedy club because this place is an absolute joke.

Labor& delivery team, Nicu, and post delivery team is amazing here. I only had one not good experience with the final nurse who discharged me. Every staff member I encountered was exceptional out side of her. She rushed me out of the hospital upon discharge so she can go home early according to other coworkers of hers.

Horrible ER. No catheter given for my mother. No clear diagnosis on what is wrong with her. They just keep her in the ER wing for days on end with barely any assistance or anything. The food sucks and is completely overpriced and to top it all off there is NO PARKING ANYWHERE! They are renovating both garages at the same time!! Glad I don't live in Katy because it must suck if this is the only hospital in town. I will NEVER let anyone I know and love come here ever again.

No one communicates to waiting families in emergency room. When someone is allowed to visit the patient’s room there is not one chair to sit. Then not one of the vending machines in the hospital works. A facility this size has to do better for visitors to be comfortable in bad situations.

If I could give Katy Memorial Hermann 0 stars I absolutely would have. As a dislocated nurse from.covid I was appalled at the patient only policy was still being implemented in their ER department. I realize it's against fire code to have to many family members present in any part of the hospital however there inconsistency with enforcement on this issue an implementation was very favorable to only the few which I was not part of. Expansion to a hospital that sees this many patients and more while expanding everyother part of the hospital and not the ER is so stupid of an issue really? Patients family members are forced to miss possibly the most important days of their lives because you can grow with an areas grows just proves you don't really care about the patients. It's not just this situation it has been other situations that have left this hospital with a bad taste in my mouth. Doctors not knowing how to do their jobs. To hospital.policy getting in the way of Patients quality of care why are we paying you anything. I keep asking myself this.

Here in ER waiting for update on my dad who was taken here by ambulance. 1 guard and 3 staff are sitting at the ER front desk and constantly joking around and talking/laughing loudly. It’s very unprofessional when there are several people here waiting to get updates on their loved ones, some in serious condition. I know it’s the night shift but they need to train their staff better.

I visited the emergency department around 12am on a Thursday. I was through intake immediately and only had to wait in their multiple waiting areas between 20/30 minutes each. The LPN who first examined me came back to check on me, when he noticed my pain was not subsiding, he immediately sought other solutions to assist me. Overall this was as good of an experience as can be expected from an emergency room and I am thankful for all of the employees who helped me feel better. The only negative part of this visit was the nurses in the back emergency area. I called for help twice and was hung up on, it was the same nurse both times and she did not come in to unhook me so I could use the restroom. I could hear their conversation from my room, after she hung up on me I could clearly hear her say “anyways”, and continue with her conversation. I found this extremely unprofessional and rude.

I saw someone else comment on how they were treated and let go with no assistance. My daughter has been to the ER twice, Saturday and Sunday and released her with IV and medication that she cannot hold in her stomach because of her symptoms. Told her to follow up with GI doctor...it doesn't matter that you have insurance, they are not interested in treating you. I can't wait to see how much they try and charge my insurance carrier.

Do not go to this hospital . I was admitted one tube through ER after 1 night I was discharged . That one night I have noticed so much discriminations and horrible treatment, the custodian came to clean the room as a routine protocol the lady at the nurse station telling her in front of me stop it’s not needed , I was told to give a urine sample nurse gave me a cup which I catch my urine in that cup that urine cup was still sitting on the corner tray nobody took it but they gave me urine report , just cannot believe it , another episode before I was completely discharged nurse draw blood from my arm so quickly she didn’t put gauze or a good bandage I went to my car and my son drove me back to my home I was bleeding like hell all my sweater got drench in my blood it didn’t feel anything to me even it dripped in my car seat , it’s bleeding from the vanipuncture site that nurse drew two tubes of blood but she didn’t tightly sealed with bandage or ant tape . I had very bad experience with this hospital .

I was very impressed with the attention and compassion of all of the staff from Amanda and other nurses in the ER, to the doctors and nurses in the hospital room itself. Medical care has become so questionable but they really care about their patients and do the best job they can. I would highly recommend this hospital for your loved ones.

Casey,RN with labor and delivery was absolutely fantastic. My sister did not have a happy ending to her story, Casey was the most comforting, knowledgeable, caring nurse I’ve seen in a long time. We are forever grateful my sister had you during the worst night of her life. My family is just super blessed to have an angel like you to watch over my sister and her husband through the most traumatic moments. Casey is a charm and does her job well.

Lisa did a great job explaining my at home therapy exercises for tennis and golfers elbow. If I had any questions, she thoroughly answered them. She understands Dr. Budoff's protocol and wants what's in the best interest of the patient - recovery. She is patient and gives hands on training. Highly recommended.

Never going to the hospital again. I have real good insurance and still owe about $1000. I was only there for 4 hours. Next time I feel sick I'm going to a neighborhood urgent care, it's way cheaper!! Avoid hospitals much as you can they cost too much.

One sorry hospital, went for pain in my foot, stayed overnight to do a blood transfusion foot still stiff and swollen never was treated for my foot issues. Still can barely walk. I guess insurance companies will pay for patients to sleep in hallways at this hospital. So many patients were sleeping outside in hallways and in Triage and the ER. All we had for a form of privacy was noa moveable wall. You could hear the nurses having talks about patient info was definitely a HIPAA violation

Hospitality Does NOT Exist at this location!!!! Came in on 1-10-22 at 3:30pm to visit someone in ICU. Firstly I drove an hour bc the ICU nurse told patient your allowed (1 person at a time). I get there and an incredibly RUDE & SNOOTY lady told me I cannot go to ICU bc they already had a visitor that day. I asked if there is anyone else I could speak with. She said she was the only person as if she owned the hospital. I then persisted on speaking with someone else less rude and she finally gave me the ICU direct number. At this time of day there were "0" people in the lobby with dozens of empty chairs. I was told I need to step outside in cold weather to make the call to ICU. In summary the management needs to educate staff to communicate policies and surely needs to educate staff on how to handle customer service and professional etiquette.

I know that everyone has there story to tell about their experiences. Mines with MH was awesome. Those of you who worked on my Foster Son DC, that came in the night before Thanksgiving. I Thank you. You were polite, professional, compassionate and warm from the time we came in. From the Front desk who took me to the back, to the Nurses, radiology, environmental services and the Doctor. You all were amazing, Intensive Care Unit you don’t get the recognition that you deserve. You made our short stay wonderful. To Cathy the Charge Nurse, thank you for listening to my heart when I know you had other things to do.To Julie you were truly amazing, beautiful and warm. You made our experience less stressful. With your knowledge and your honesty you helped us make a decision, that we have no regrets. I would have you take care of any of my family members without a doubt. Jenny you have such an awesome spirit and politeness about yourself. You were always checking on him making sure he was ok. To the PCA who made sure he was dry and comfortable. Michelle who was his morning Nurse you were attentive and made his going home process smooth. God had who he wanted to be taking care of him the last few days of his life. Thank you to all the others that was behind the scene. You get 100 stars from me.❤️❤️

Worst communication ever I only got answers when I called, my mom was doing bad and I knew it wasn’t Covid she tested negative when we got sick , then when she got to the hospital they said she was positive and wouldn’t let me see her , as days went by she seemed to be getting worse, only some nurses were nice and helpful but others were so rude and say didn’t you call last night like I was bothering them.. my mom didn’t have insurance and because of that I feel they didn’t give her the care she needed.my mom passed away and of course they say it was Covid!! All they care is the money because every Covid death they receive 5,000 .

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience as caregiver here with a family member. The nurses were all so caring, attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. I was put in a difficult situation and the staff helped me emotionally and logically every step of the way. The hospital isn’t very large, but it’s clean and has nice equipment. If you’re loved one is here, it will be okay

We all know that coming to the hospital is not a good thing for most people. My Mom get diarrhea a couple of days ago, we went to the Memorial Herman Hospital at Katy. They are very professional and have been very helpful, Our families want to thank all doctors and nurses, you are professional and have been very patience. PS: My mom has an English barrier, they have nurses who can speak Chinese and English, translated and explained everything to my mom, her name is Li. Thank you so much!

I had two major surgeries done for a shattered leg at this hospital. Four days after my second surgery I was admitted again with a case of severe pneumonia. Everyone from my trauma specialist to the cardiologist team that made sure my heart was healthy before going home after some high test results were fantastic. Wearing a heart monitor for three days and being stuck wasn’t fun but I definitely felt better after and haven’t needed to go back!

I was a very nervous about my hernia surgery and looking at the rating for Memorial Hermann hospital on google maps didn't help. However, I was treated amazingly well. Every nurse and the anesthesiologist treated me like I was their priority. I've heard many stories in the news about so many nurses these days being tired and overworked but each of them seemed passionate about my care. I was especially nervous about the IV but the nurse spent a lot of time to make sure it was perfect the first time. The anesthesiologist came in after her to talk to me and verified that the IV was done well. When then anesthesiologist came back a little while later for the start of my surgery, he pushed me down the halls himself from my room to the operating table with the operating room nurse at his side. My surgeon joined the group of us midway. The whole time the anesthesiologist was trying his best to ease my nerves. My dad had surgery at another hospital in another city recently and only a single nurse rolled him to the operating room. Hopefully I won't need another surgery for a long time but if I did, I will feel completely at ease coming here.

I came in needing an IV for hydration due to a nasty stomach bug that I had been fighting for 5 days. I came in at 5:30 AM and was seen immediately upon arrival (in fact had someone waiting on me to check in before they took me back). Every single person I interacted with treated me like family and it was the first time I had ever been to the ER and felt heard and seen completely. Gus was my nurse and he was just wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about my morning there. Keep it up!

My MIL was admitted early July 2023. The ER was not fun, clearly over crowded and short staffed, however the staff there took care of her. She was then move to the ICU, one of her nurses, Raquel, was an angel! Over all we are happy with the care she received . It’s not a 5 start review because some of the nurses in the ICU were careless in their care manners.

Went in with some mild appendix pain and was treated well by every single staff member I came in contact with. Ended up having surgery to remove the appendix and Dr. Bluhm was kind enough to let me go home right after my surgery instead of making me stay over night, just as I requested. I wanted to recover in my own bed at home. From the time I arrived and left, it was just under 8 hours. I'm not sure why the negative reviews on here but I had a great experience.
