I had my two children in this place years ago, it's impressive how hot it is like people have no humanity I went with my girl who had an accident and they left me waiting in a room without telling me anything, it was cold, my son took off his equipment . monitero and they didn't even notice due to abandonment... ok after a long war since there was no pediatrician in that hospital being an emergency we decided to leave and they treated us as if we were fugitives from the law we just wanted adequate care for our daughter not being worried parents we were not there they never wanted to give me the results of their tests and thanks to Gigi a true angel a girl full of humanity who helped us calmed us down between so much uncertainty and poor work by that team on July 29, 2022 early in the morning the worst The person who was transferred to the Texas children's hospital was here. The person who was in charge of going with us treated us so badly that I came to think it was a kidnapping. She was as if she was carrying an inmate and my crying daughter just wanted a hug. We were scared. This lady denied us. being close never cared about the suffering that we were going through, my daughter collapsed because of her, please, if you see her, don't ride, it's her ambulance, it's real monster .. be very careful for this job you need people with a lot of heart and empathy that was an animal when we got off they went so fast without it being an emergency that they almost ran over me for shaking hands with my daughter who was just scared and they pushed me I felt that it was racism and a lot of hate I took photos because I know God will do justice but you take care of her and her team at the hospital everything changes there if you are humane and responsible doctor Felipe a wonderful human being and excellent professional my respects please do not forget the face of the lady from the ambulance wears glasses clear eyes and full of piercing bad appearance looks like everything except health care personnel

Terrible service from the front all the way to back. Had me waiting in the waiting area 6 hours with pain. It doesn’t matter if I got there before some people if the nurses thought their pain was more painful they got called before me. Once I got to the back i was only with the doctor for 5 minutes and I was waiting in the room for him for 2 hours plus the phlebotomist dropped the tube of my blood on the floor. Such a horrible experience

This is without a doubt the worst hospital I have ever been to. None of the employees care about you, from security to doctors. Garbage is everywhere. People have no empathy. If you need an emergency, don't go to this hospital or you will come here to tell about your bad experience. I was in extreme pain for two hours and every time I tried to call for help, I was treated like any other animal. The reception people, all without exception, are extremely impatient, unloving, and disrespectful. My wife felt humiliated with so much carelessness. They really don't care about you. This is my second bad experience with this mediocre hospital! I couldn't stand the pain. and I went to another hospital where I was treated with HUMANITY! Please y'all have other options, don't go to this hospital. All this happened in the early hours of August 13, 2022.

I have been waiting for almost 6 hours for a serum for my wife, and they have done more tests, what if her doctor already treated her before sending her to the hospital, for more tests, please be aware of the sick, who They are paid to serve people, not computers.

The government needs to shut down this emergency rooms doctors are rude asian nurses are rude doctors says she can’t do nothing about my stomach issues i need to be struggling with death in order for her to help me really? I try to show them the medications i got from previous urgent care no one is taking a look to them medications they don’t care for your health issues they just wanna get your insurance money. I will avoid these places unless i am about to die as the doctor said shame on you all !!!

Worst experience ever!!This will be my first and last time here!! The only reason I decided to come here is because is near my house. Staff aren’t nice and professional at all. I have an extremely bad ear infection . I asked for a ultrasound they said no also I asked for a pregnancy test either blood test or urine test and it was a no . Doctor was very rude and racist .She over here telling me the same test you took at home is the same here . I got a faded positive Result and I can’t take any other antibiotics due to early pregnancy. So the only thing I want is check if I’m really pregnant and if not well to take good care of me and get antibiotics for my ear infection. This is an Emergency room and how come you don’t get any help at all! Plus the wait time is very bad .What if I’m not pregnant and I’m over here dying of pain. Also I asked for a work excuse and they told me that only for todays visit . If you have ear infection, half of your jaw is swollen, can’t even talk, drink or eat nor hear how are you going to be able to go back to work ? This lady told me “yes I can work in your condition what’s so ever.”ONLY IF I CAN GIVE 0 STAR REVIEW!!!!

If you want to live please don’t go here. They made me wait 12 hours just to tell me nothing was wrong. The nurses are rude and never answer call lights. I never been to a place this bad

This has been the most depressing trip to any hospital I've ever been to in 33 years. Hours in the waiting room getting skip over then 6 more hours in the back. My wife had kidney stones which took 3 days for them to do surgery, she had pain a infection and extreme nausea. They didn't give her any nausea meds so she just started throwing up and since she throwing up she can't take her antibiotics or pain meds. Full circle we been here 15 hours and it's been terrible. The nurses here are trash alarm beep all morning they don't care patients in pain asking for a nurse 58 (yes I counted) times till he fell out of bed for help another guy asking for help and nobody care they rather talk about chicken Jamaican restaurant and oh no what he or she wants I don't want to help my wife crying they don't care rather talk about a patient got pregnant with a co worker behind her husband. Even kids get no help after 4 hours she got meds then was told we are being admitted but we don't have a room there are 541 rooms it's been 4 hours and counting and nothing she supposed to be hooked up and on meds and fluids and haven't been for 4 hours while they talk about how cute the transporter guy is. I'm crying in pain for my wife and me in the uncomfortable chair after hours. I see why they won't let you record or take pics cause if so nurses on the pod b 4th, 9th floor would be fired.

1st visit was absolutely horrible. I left after 3 hours waiting.. Some of those ladies need an attitude adjustment and to grow up. As for the medical team / I ended up in an ambulance a week later. The ER nurses and doctors are absolutely the most on the ball, genuine, patient, understanding, though, detailed, informative and handle everything so professionally. Sincere. It's not easy targeting pain source ( mixed signals) and then have to explain a cancer mass in the right lung. A big thank you to the entire medical staff. They are the best nursing team I've ever experienced.

The worst experience for ever! Actually, this hospital is absolutely horrible. My daughter had abdominal pain, we were waiting during five hours, but doctor didn't show up. My daughter was crying and screaming during five hours. Because they are playing around with patient. I saw 6 patients but, the doctors didn't call them up to five hours. For reason, I left the hospital. They are not helping the patients. Just, they are trying kill patients in the waiting area. I wish, I can give them zero star. This hospital deserve zero star. I left the hospital few minutes ago. If something happens to my daughter, they will be responsible for that.

I find the amount of 1 star reviews over wait times here, appalling. It is an emergency room! If you have to wait too long in an ER be thankful; It means you’re not dying. They are awesome here! The nurses are so hard working and helpful and kind every step of the way, and the doctor was informative and straightforward, in a caring way. Thank you to all the staff at Memorial Hermann SW! The worst ER I have ever been they have over load work and you will not see Doctor in 7 hours we went their and we were waiting from 7am to 3pm if your time has value for you please don’t go to this ER they are just wasting the time. Thank you!

Worst Emergency room ever. My mom been waiting from 9Am until 6 Pm . They are overloaded and have no room for patient. It ‘s so ridiculous. They have no sympathy for sick patient.

Not sure how they are still licence and under operations, money does by pass certain laws. Because the lack of empathy, professionalism and care is concerning. Had to wait over 7 hours at the ER, we had to leave after a few other patients left to other near by hospitals. Definitely need a full investigation on how their lack of service can affect people who need care the most. This is very unfortunate since this has been going on for many years now, I doubt sending them a concerning email or letter would change anything. It's best to go elsewhere for your health care emergencies and needs

What is the use of being in an emergency room 14 week pregnant in serious pain and sitting in an empty waiting room 2hours without seeing a doctor. Asked for pain meds but will only be allowed that after I'm let in a room, worse experience ever. Why not take pain meds at home and wait out the pain then see your ob/gyn at appointed date. It's the same experience but more expensive.

Worst experience ever! If you in severe pain they will not take u in. I was dying of pain and they told me I had to wait atleast around 3 hrs because they were no beds available. People walk in on the ER like if they going to the clinic. Leave the ER for the real sick & ill patient’s. I had to walk out in pain and go to Urgent Care. I’m glad they took better care of me and immediately took me in. Came to find out it was kidney stones, worst pain ever, don’t wish that on anyone.

My son went in about 10:40AM on June 7th. He waited in terrible pain, vomiting every few minutes. Staff denied him a place to lay down. ER Staff never gives waiting times and would not estimate how many more hours he would have to wait for care. After he suffered for two and one-half hours, I picked him up. He was laying in the grass outside the ER doors. Memorial Southwest has been our go-to family hospital for many years, but never again.

INSENSITIVE. UNEMPATHETIC. CONDESCENDING. If you want to be treated like an annoyance while you listen to caregivers complain about their pay and no longer receiving $240/ day bonuses, this is the place for you. I am literally sitting here watching them laugh at and complain about the people who call in, come for care etc. Pathetic. I have never felt so small at a place I've come to for care.

This hospital deserves 0 star. This hospital is Horrible I believed that they took people in emergency to let them die. My wife is waiting in ER for the doctor for almost 5 hr nobody shows yet. I would like to do the same to this people and let them Die.

Shout out to the whole nurse squad and doctors at the hospital especially jeanne from the emergency room she kept me cool call me collected by going through what I was going through but thanks to the whole staff for giving me a second chance of life and take a good care of me I don't know about the reviews but this is a great hospital and they do great work and they under a lot of stress so cut them some slack..

Let's just say, the ONLY reason I am giving a 1 is because of the registration team and the triage team. They were great. But you see once I got to the back to actually be seen, it was ghetto, chaotic, unnecessarily loud and the nurse that was assisting me was ALL over the place loud and just very poor bedside manner. She said a urinalysis was requested yet never came back to send it to the lab. She was too busy loudly discussing another patients psychological impairment. It was very unprofessional. Ther was no patient care from the Thursday noon to 7pm shift. The radiology techs, transport and doctor were also good. And let's not forget security. Unprofessional and poor examples for security...a lot of laughing and discussion that was not appropriate from any medical facility. I can honestly say, I feel worse than I did when I came in and will not return to the Beechnut location because its clearly chaotic to the point the triage nurse had to request a supervisor to come see direct the chaotic behaviors. She did absolutely nothing but walked around with her cell phone.

I’ve never been turned away from a hospital, there was nothing they could do for me. I assume you have to be half dead or have a blocked airway to get help. COVID-19 no cure and no medication. Also doctors will just turn you away.

I’m seeing several bad reviews about this hospital but I have to share a good review about this hospital! I came here on Halloween back in 2016 and they saved my life! I was practically dying and was here for several days since I had sepsis and several other things going on and they immediately took care of me! The staff was very friendly and attentive towards ALL of my needs! I will soon be returning to this hospital in a few weeks for a procedure that I need done and I’m looking forward to being here once again! Thank you so much to the entire staff for all that you do for others!

The doctors and nurses are beyond wonderful and so are the registration team. So much respect for all the doctors for being amazing at their job. Yes, you have to wait for hours, but it’s because they extremely busy .

So I have been here plenty of times with patients from my behavioral hospital. This is usually the hospital I hate going too. BUT today I came with a patient who was aggressive and acting out and the team jumped right in and handled the situation. They were all great from the security who i didnt catch his name, the Nurse Alejandro to the tech Joyce. I just want to give a special thanks to Joyce she was such a hard worker. I pray she continues her education and becomes a nurse! I am confident she will be outstanding. This hospital should be lucky to have such a great person working on their team and I hope they recognize her for that!!

Took my friend to Emergency and the personal was all Great to us, assist us pretty quick got blood work , EKG fast and the Doctor Dan ( I think is his name ) came in less than 45 minutes .Not sure why others have Bad experience but ours was Good .

Do not go to this ER. The nurses are clearly over worked and stressed. I returned to this ER per instructions given to me as I had worsened, and I was called a "frequent flier" as a result. Then the male nurse attempted to shame me, asking me "Why aren't you taking care of your diabetes?" I do not, nor have I ever had diabetes. It was just insulting and embarrassing.

Honestly best service I have had, came to emergency room for pain in my lower stomach. They got me in an out in just 3hours. Did CT scan blood work. All my pressures were taken . I even got a room and bed. Doctor an nurses were there for my needs an were able to explain everything that was wrong with me. Ben tub hospital could never do this they had me wait 15hours....an all they did was just give me pain medicine. . Honestly was very happy with memorial hospital because I was very well taken care of here. Even in alot of pain. They explained wat was going on an how it could be fixed. An what they recommended me to go do next. I was there today at 9:00pm an left at 12:30am. My name is Javier gomez. If you are ever in any emergency go here. It's worth it. Even if u have to pay big bill. Quality over quantity. They will try to take care of you as fast as they can.

Pretty much what you'd expect. Great nurses, dismissive doctor. Triage was nice and the admin was also very kind. Lots of tests run, so I'm worried about crippling financial debt. Typical American Healthcare system. Can't much complain. I thought I was dying and they helped me out very well. Edit: $21000 bill. Fun!

I took my child and waited for 5 hours. My child is 18 months old. Nobody paid attention to my child. They said to wait. My child had a high fever.

My favorite Doctor's office is here in the building, suite 900. This hospital also has a convenient walgreens pharmacy inside and the staff is courteous not to mention the surroundings are clean despite construction.

The best hospital that has ever known a quality of doctors. Nurses and all their staff are special. I wish many blessings for everyone.
