The doctors are great! The ER experience wasn't the best and it took so long I was in so much pain. I was having a miscarriage in the waiting room screaming and crying. Finally I went to the back and everything went fast everyone was SUPER nice to me. I loved everything. I went in for surgery the next morning and everything went well. Again nice staff and the best nurses and doctors. Everyone was kind. I will definitely come to this hospital any time. The one close to my house sucks this is an extra 4 miles but it's worth it!

Nurses need training. They continue to purposely misgender patients after being told the patients gender. Horrible people that do not care.

My wife came in with covid Symptoms and infection of her tooth she was treated so rude the Nurse in the front asked if she had her covid vaccine and my wife told her no the nurse replied with this is why covid cases are spreading and on the rise the nerve of this lady. Then they refused treatment because she could not afford the payment that they asked for the guy in the back said the Dr thought it was not Emergency and told her to leave I will be looking in to legal action considering my wife left in tears she has video of everything. Update my wife tested positive for covid-19 and Pneumonia and she is really sick

I don’t know about the 2.5 stars, I give a thumbs up on the quality of service. Nurses Bennett, Lisa , Jennifer and Dr. Martinez took care of my daughter. The wait was less than 20 minutes and the care provided was thorough. We left the facility in good spirit and I will recommend this location to family and friends.

The hispanic lady VERONICA C. Is so UNPROFESSIONAL She is extremely rude and disrespectful !!!! I can’t believe she would treat a patient the way she did to me If you don’t want to be mistreated and discriminated don’t come here! and the restrooms were DISGUSTING they should put Veronica to clean them because she should not be a nurse with that character.

I went here when I broke my pelvis and they told me I was “just banged up” yet 6 weeks later I was still in IMMENSE pain and went to Memorial Herman and they told me my pelvis was shattered in 4 DIFFERENT spots. I went there again last week after having a very bad seizure at home and another one in the hospital bed at the ER yet I was sent home with no medicine to help me, (only nausea pills) just told to make an appointment with a doctor. (Mind you this was right before Christmas and I called 3 different doctors who were all booked til January) And I had ANOTHER seizure at home after leaving and can’t see a doctor for medication til the beginning of January. I will never come back here. You shouldn’t go either.

The nurse that was checking in patients needs to find a new profession. While I was in my room awaiting test results I could hear her VERY clearly talking badly about her patients, mocking them, joking about their symptoms, and basically being a terrible human being let alone a healthcare worker. It made me feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. She would also complain everytime a new patient arrived…as if that isn’t her job. I didn’t catch her name because it was 2 am and I was in so much pain but she’s blonde, probably in her 40’s, wearing lime green converse. (I was there on august 8th from 2am-5am) The radiologist and lady who did my CT scan were amazing though! So sweet & clearly loved their job.

Carrie, Janet, Dr smith were great and very attentive with my son! Also the lady that did my sons cat scan she was really nice! I was in and out! They came to check on my son frequently they made my son feel comfortable and he is super scared of needles! He didn't even flinch! Thank you ladies 🥰

This ER is absolute garage. Took my son there tonight. I walked to the front desk and was waiting for a front desk employee so I could sign in. A lady in a security guard outfit was sitting at a table behind us. Very rudely, she said “ma’am, please have a seat!”. Didn’t explain where I could sign in, or if anyone would be there to help us. I sat down only to search up another place to go. As I sat there, no one arrived at the front, nor did anyone explain why I had to sit down or where I could sign in. Before I left I let the lady know that a little compassion goes a long way. I have a sick child, he’s going through it, I’m going through it, and didn’t need someone making our night worse. I use to go to the er all the time when it was north cypress. Never going there again.

The respiratory therapist was amazing in the ER but the rest of the staff on the day I went with my young son who has asthmatic issues needed training when it came to dealing with toddlers. They gave him an IV and I hadn't seen that much blood coming out of anyone from receiving an IV. The doctor we saw appeared to be extremely full of herself, not listening to us or other staff members. We decided to go home against medical advice and that is where the nightmare began. We were then treated very rudely by the nurse who basically ripped out my sons IV causing him to bleed all over my husband. We were never given any paper work dealing with our visit and was rushed out the door. The doctor wanted to keep him for at least 3 days, yet he was back to normal the very next day. Now my 2 year old is traumatized by hospital personnel.

Dr. Amit Patel wasted my visit to the ER by telling me that they don’t do the Strep test there and that I just have a viral infection and that they don’t give out Doctors notes for “a sore throat”. Even heard him mocking me with the nurses in the back, what an unprofessional jackass! After this nonsense I went someplace else and got diagnosed with strep throat and was provided with medication AND a note restricting me from attending work for the next two days, as strep is highly contagious..I came back to file a complaint with John Teamon who claimed he would speak to the director and that someone would be calling me to speak about my experience. Still haven’t received that call and I doubt anyone will be calling me. This place is a joke and if they even try to bill my insurance for my visit I’m going to report them for fraud!!!

After tripping over a parking “curb” and doing a face plant, the best place to go was to this ER. It was my 3rd time there in several years and I can’t say enough praise for the staff & facilities and the zero wait time. Dr. Alexander S. Milian, MD was very gentle putting 2 dissolvable stitches in my chin. The nurse “MC” was excellent too. I appreciated their professional manner and gentle procedures. God bless them both.

My wife had her baby this week. From the time we arrived to us leaving, Every (RN) Registered Nurse was very friendly and helpful. Accommodating and professional, we enjoyed every day we stayed. Clean rooms and laundry. Would recommend to anyone having a baby to give them a try. The lady's working here love what they do and it shows in their work. My wife was very pleased, couldn't ask for a better visit.

My daughter was delivered at this hospital on a Saturday, we were released on Monday. I was very impressed with the service. There were very few other deliveries while we were there. The nurses were amazing. Very helpful, very nice. They made sure my wife and daughter were very well taken care off at all hours, but also allowed them to rest and did not interrupt too often. My last daughter was born at a different hospital, and it seemed like we never saw the same nurse twice, and no one was monitoring progress. Cypress Fairbanks hospital was much better, the same nurses visited and kept a very close eye on all issues throughout the weekend. The one complaint is the guest sleeping accommodations. In the delivery room (or the prep room for us, since we had a C section operation) there is a very nice large couch. However after the baby is delivered we were transferred to the long term recovery room where we stayed for 2 days. This room only had a strange pull-out chair for me to sleep on. It was a bit difficult to set up correctly, and was never terribly comfortable. Why no sofa in this room? The cafeteria is also very small and not at all good, I drove across the street to the Dairy Queen and Wendy's when hungry. The nurse and doctor care here was phenomenal, and they took good care of my wife and baby, so I would give the birthing center high grades.

I went in on march 8, 2023. Nurses and the doctor took care of me right away, they went the extra mile...above and beyond. I'm very pleased with their services.

Not sure where all the bad reviews were coming from, but I went in today and was promptly triaged, taken to a room, and was treated very professional and caring service. Guessing some of the bad reviews came from people who maybe didn’t leave with the outcome they had planned 🤷🏻‍♀️ I came in on a Saturday after having a seizure and concern of a heart attack. All in all was in and out in about 2 hours, was barely anyone else there.

I must say I was very impressed with this ER and their staff. Everyone was so friendly and comforting. I brought my 5 year old son in and that was the fastest ER experience I have ever had. Our nurse Carrie was amazing just a pure angel. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to my sons needs. Dr Medina was so wonderful he had outstanding bedside manners and really made my son feel at ease. He thoroughly examined my son and really made me feel comfortable leaving there knowing my son received the right treatment and will be feeling better soon. This ER visit was nothing short of amazing and definitely deserves a thumbs up.

My father is currently being treated and the staff is completely ignoring his extreme pain. So people come to you for help, pay you and you dump them in a room and leave them to die??!! No communication, no professionalism, no attendence of any kind. I am in disbelief of the performance here!!!! I've worked in the medical field and would never give this type of treatment to anyone. Disgusted and utterly sick at this point. We came here because we thought to come to a hospital near the house would be suitable. Hell nooooooo never again!!! All these people putting 5⭐ on the reviews, you must have LOST YOUR DAMN MINDS!!! If I could I would give a negative score. I've never written a bad review in my life but this flaming piece of TRASH needs to be blasted for the horrible place that it is!!! They should lose their license to treat anyone here.

It only allows 5 stars, but they are definitely a 10 out of 10 recommend. I never leave reviews but I received the most genuine care from Dr. Smith, Dr. Omally, nurse Vira (I believe that’s how you spell her name) and I didn’t get the young lady name who did my ct scan but they all were nothing short of amazing! Dr. Smith and Dr. Omally gave me some of the best advice and other alternatives to get my health in order. HCA please give those mentioned their flowers and recognition, because the care they offered was top tier, above and beyond! I wish you all great success and many blessings to not only you but your families and friends as well! If I ever need care I know where I’m coming:) Thank you! God Bless!

I’ve unfortunately had to bring my daughter here twice and both times everyone has been nothing short of amazing from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors. Even though they are way short staffed they were so patient with us and took the time to address all of our concerns. I can’t recommend them enough.

If there is a zero I would have them that, horrible service , I went to the ER with a broken foot ant they left me in the on the seat without helping me put to the car outside. I had to grab on the walls and keep jumping until my husband got put of the car and helped me in. They need to shut down that practice

If you’re a parent of a young toddler please seek treatment elsewhere I took my two-year-old daughter there just to be seen because she was sick we had just went there on Wednesday and had to return on Friday the nurses bruised her hand trying to put in an IV and take blood with no remorse and the nurse that helped my daughter was rude and unprofessional.

All the nurses are rude especially to black people. Lisa and Annie are rude and do not need to be in the nursing profession. Neither one of them have compassion or care for others.

I don’t know why this ER has so many bad reviews the nurses are excellent. My nurse name was Osmund, and he was so kind and very professional Excellent nurse.

I delivered our baby girl 2 months ago. I was a little hesitant and afraid about delivering here since the building was under major construction/renovation and not in the greatest shape. Come to my surprise the entire staff of nurses, lactation consultants and food providers were amazing. They had the greatest bed side manners, I cannot stress enough how nice they were! Don’t judge a book by its cover, because My mother and I left talking about how great the hospital experience was.

This is my first time here at this hospital. I only came here because the EMT said that it would be quick. One of the nurses I ran out of my room because she did not know what she was doing and was not listening to me. For me to have heart problems and reason for being in here was because my blood pressure was very low I have been checked on 3 times. will never come back. I wish I could give it no stars but I had to atleast give 1 in order to post it

Unless if you are declared as a medical emergency they will not treat you or see you especially if you don’t have insurance this place actually refuses to help patients

I don’t like for anyone to make me feel wrong for being concerned about my health being that I have children, especially during this pandemic. I feel as if the ER nurse was too vocal about me coming to the ER being tested for Covid a second time. She made me feel like I was doing something wrong just for being concerned. I came in from work due to chills, a low grade fever, and cough. Yes I had been previously tested and was thankful that I didn’t have it. Unfortunately this time I went to the hospital and was not as fortunate. I know my body, I know how I feel regardless of how YOU may feel. Even though I stay not far I won’t be coming back to this hospital. This is the first time I’ve ever come to this hospital and felt this way. However the Dr was a sweetheart. Other than that in the medical profession you must be mindful of what you say and how you say it when talking to your patients.
