Took my mom to an emergency room for severe stomach pain. Very easy and quick registration process by just scanning the ID card and answer some basic questions. In ER, nurse helped with pain medication; drew blood; urine test and CT scan in done all in one hour. The results of Blood, Urine and CT scan came out and the doctor diagnosed my mom with the appendicitis. Nurse moved us from the ER to 5th floor and rest there overnight. The doctors and nurses came to talk to my mom for preparation for the next day operation. The operation went well and we barely noticed the wound. Spent one more night and released the next day afternoon. This hospital is very clean. Doctors, nurses, staffs are very kinds, polite and skillful. We would like to thank you all for helping our mom.

My neighbors dog bit my hand so I came here thinking I can get my hand stitched quickly & start the process to create a claim. From the first 10 min of getting here I knew that I made the wrong decision. Upon arrival I was greeted my security seated behind the main desk. I ask how to check in & he says I can do it with him. While telling him why I was there, a ā€œnurseā€ walks over & sits down. He tells her why Iā€™m there, stands up & walks away. So again, I ask how I can check in & she points to a kiosk. Due to the open cut on my hand, I didnā€™t want to expose my injury any further so I asked if there was a paper form I could complete. She says no, I wait in line. No one cleans the surface of the kiosk between patients. Finally make it to the back & I see the same security officer promoting his mixtape to other patients in the hallway. Welcome to the ghetto

I spent 10 hrs with my wife in this center and the attention was awful, there were 4 nurses and most of the time they were at the computer doing nothing. My wife had anemia and she only got some liquid in her vein without even the doctor see the blood results, everyone in that room received that liquid. I guess to support the big bill that will be sent to the insurance and the patient. When the doctor approached my wife after I insist one of the nurse he said she need iron transfusion. We wait more than 4 hours for the iron that was in the pharmacy upstairs and no one was able to pick that up because they were busy at the computer. They do not car about the patients they just want to charge the money to the insurance and the people. At the end we leave without the transfusion at midnight. I deeply recommend that it should be a new boss on site with discipline, so people can deliver a better service. Thank you

The absolute worst place I have ever been in an emergency situation! Never saw a doctor and was charged over $4,000 for services. They never went over medical because they want to run your bill up no questions asked. They charged me $2,300 plus to use their x-ray machine by a training tech who had no clue what she was doing and another person was sleep in the x-ray room. Oh and the x-ray was $1539.00. I was in a room where people kept going in and out of. On top of that I had a sever allergic reaction but since I saw no doctor I was sent home the same way I came in which was with no answers. Absolutely do not go here! I can see why they only have 2.9 stars. Itā€™s sad when a medical faculty needs to pay their staff so bad they just run up and use you and me the patient still didnā€™t get any answers and they just send you home. Waste of time! I will never be back.

I went 1 week ago, waited for over 3.5hrs without even talking to a doctor or nurse, they only put my name in my wrist after 1.5hour. I was in severe pain, after 3hrs I went to ask how waiting, she said u have 7 more patients before you: SINCE I CAME IN AT 11:30pm the waiting room had about 10 patients, some of them we already seen and have IV in, others discharged. I left around 3:15am without being treated

The nurses and the ultrasound technician were the most amazing women I have ever met! After 7 years of infertility and thousands spent to get pregnant, at 6 weeks pregnant I began to bleed terribly. Spoiler alert baby is okay! My husband took me to this er. I came in crying and immediately a nurse wheeling a patient back, told us to sign in and that she will get us seen asap. While in the waiting room I began to bleed and clot very bad. The nurse (I wish I could remember her name but it started with an A, and she needs a raise!) held me tight and told me that I might be loosing the baby. She let me cry in her arms and encouraged me and shared her own personal story's with me to help my breaking heart. Then she offered to fish the blood out of the toilet to give to the Dr to find the little baby. That floored me! Idk if you understand what that means to someone who thinks they are loosing their baby, but it meant the world! Again, she deserves a raise!! The nurse who drew my blood shared her private stories with me as well and encouraged me too. The ultrasound technician was also a god send! She was so kind and compassionate. She use to work in a fertility clinic so she knew how terrified I was and the pain we went through to get here. She told me stories of encouragement as well and then she did the most amazing thing. She showed me my beautiful baby and it's beautiful little heart fluttering. Idk if all the nurses & ultrasound technicians at this ER are this amazing or if God knew these 3 women were who I needed to help me get through the hardest day of my life. But I'm so thankful for these ladies and the genuine love and care they showed me today.

Brought my mom here because she was having trouble breathing and was very dizzy. She was screaming in pain and the Nurses just act like nothing happens. They had her sitting in the middle of an office and when i asked a Nurse if we could please have a room (after being admitted for 2+ hours) she said that they were ā€œunderstaffedā€ and my mom needed to stay in the office so they could keep an eye on her. What???? There was tons of empty rooms around us and they straight refused to give us one. You could be literally dying and the staff here would do NOTHING, if you love your family members, please do not bring them here in case of emergency. We only came here because the ambulance said it was the closest to our house. I wish we didnā€™t.

the staff here is absolutely terrible. some mexican lady in an orange shirt was just on her phone on instagram while i kept saying excuse me and knocking on the window several times. donā€™t bring your family here unless you want to get ignored. they also refuse to give you rooms even though they have plenty of empty rooms.i pray they find some compassion and kindness for the sake of the patients

Never Go Here! This is by far the worst ran ER i have been to in my life. First off, we went there around 1:00PM because my mother was not feeling well , she was dehydrated and was vomiting and incoherent. The manner in which they even check people in is atrocious and have no real order. We wanted to get her admitted just in case it was something worse but that never happened. We waited until 11:30 PM and she was still not admitted! We just asked for the results of her CT Scan and blood work and left. By the time we left my mother was feeling a bit better, but the lack of quality nurses and doctors they have are sub-par and need to be trained better. If you are dying or value your life stay away from this place. If you're the owner of this hospital you should be ashamed of yourself to have such low quality personnel running this ER.

Please go somewhere else, this place is horrible. I waited for over 6hrs and did not receive any help with my Covid. I was diagnosed with COVID and received no prescription for anything. The paramedic who takes blood missed my veins multiple times and moved needle around in my arms. They are now super swollen. The follow up appointment Dr. Vivian Duong contact info that was provided was completely wrong. I was told if I come back in to seek further help they would do everything again and there will be no medicine prescribed. So, I would be leaving with blown out veins again, still sick, and with no help......I wish I could give no stars

The doctors don't listen to you and the nurses act very nonchalant. The doctors prescribe me antibiotics and gave me Painkillers and a tetanus shot And 10 days later I was throwing up blood. Upon returning to the hospital the nurses did not care and the doctor didn't want to listen and insisted that I had a bug. I was very sure that it was the medication they had prescribed to me along with the tetanus shot. I believe it ripped thru the lining of my stomach and probably gave me an ulcer. Now I'm eating a lot of probiotics just to put the healthy germs back in my gut. This wasn't even recommended by the doctor, I just took this among myself because I have common sense. The way that the doctors and nurses acted is considered negligence and they should not have their position in their job. While there for those few hours I saw plenty of people that were not being seen as well... there was even a gentleman asleep on the floor .What has happened to our doctors and nurses in Houston? Shame on you. DON'T COME HERR GO TO CYPRESS TOMBALL OR SPRING!

I came in here for a minor injury. EXTREME lack of translators or language diversity. Had many bystanders translate for patients in pain. The wait time was around 3 hours. Truly putting the ā€œemergencyā€ in emergency room!. The staff doesnā€™t regard much towards the patients. I witnessed a very distressed woman, crying and in chronic pain, and still the staff prioritizes getting information and the insurance, not the actual injury or what is wrong. Once attended, the doctors were gossiping over previous patients and were very blunt. If you have an actual emergency, or would like nice, caring and truly dedicated workers to attend you, please avoid this place at all costs! There are much much more better emergency rooms to go to in Houston.

The nurses at station needs more training and doesn't know how to treat patients with respect horrible experience. But the nurses in back of ER and Tech's were wonderful. This Hospital have some of the best Physicians that's why we continue to come. We usually have great experiences whenever we need to come here for care but this trip was ridiculous we waited so long to see Doctor but that's understandable alot of emergencies that day but my mom had emergency as well and nurse brushed it off she was having heart issues and internal bleeding. Need nurses with better training and that's not so rude to run desk

Theres a reason why they have 2.6 stars, you gon die or be in pain before they see you. And when they finally talk to you they dont contribute anything new to better your situation. 3 hrs just to get seen and another hr to try and get antibiotics waste of time and my insurance. I ended up leaving i was so annoyed. Like I said you gon die or be in pain before they care to see you !

Todays visit is horrible. We waited for 5 hours, we got here at 2am and got called at 7am! And these morning nurses are very rude to people. Train your morning nurses at Emergency room on giving patients better assistance well except one nurse, and they have the guts to sneer at their patients. If you all don't like your jobs, quit! We don't need rude nurses assisting us and for the big security guy calling yelling at people, calm down! You don't need to be yelling at them.

Just left the hospital and was never seen. I walked in do to a head injury I got 2 days ago and it left a scar, but I never bleed from the injury. When I talked to the lady at the desk she looked at my head and told me go home and clean it. She claimed nothing is wrong even after I told her a door fell and hit me in my head and that Iā€™ve been having headaches and earaches. She said I can come back tomorrow because most likely I wouldnā€™t get a cat scan or even be seen by a doctor.

Horrible hospital!!! Donā€™t go here if youā€™re a minority bc they front desk staff will treat all black ppl like youā€™re just there for drugsā€¦and they kept offering me pain meds while Iā€™m pregnant!!! I literally had to yell at them NO IM PREGNANT!!! I waited 4 hours just for labs for a pregnancy !! Meanwhile all other races who they assume arenā€™t there for drugs get priority and professional treatment..everyone else will die in the waiting room before these ppl even begin to care..go somewhere else!!! **and def check your EOB you get in the mail for your visit hereā€¦report them for fraudulent billings practices!! I was the from 7pm-2am for labs for a PREGNANCY!! Iā€™m sure theyā€™ll try to bill my insurance for Emergency Boarding and Iā€™m def reporting them bc they stuck me in a corner to run up the bill smh

Really bad there can be no worse service in a healthcare center, the staff is characterized by their indolence, despotism and total apathy for their work. It is frankly terrifying for one as a patient to fall into the hands of such a Health team. If there were an animal, with what to compare the staff I would compare them with a sloth, a zombie

Today I went for help. I felt my cough (ongoing for a few weeks now) was getting worse. On top I tested positive a few days ago. I was fearful that the cough could turn into a Pneumonia. The staff was SO KIND. Beyond words. They took me in fairly quickly and they did exactly what I thought was needed. I got a steroid shot and thorax x-rays to check my lungs. They checked the current treatment, added a couple teaks and was sent home. Iā€™m already feeling much better!! I will go back here anytime!!!

If I could I gave them below zero. Nurse DAWN, LISA, KEENAN, Kublic are so rude. They are so rude I irrespectfully they behave with patients so they didnā€™t behave only with me bad I saw them with other patients too. They donā€™t let you to complete your sentence. And plus they ignore patience and even kids I feel awful for them I hope they read the reviews and change them.

When arrive , I was treiged by a nurse. 1 hour later. Called to the back, nurse did not any clue on what I was there for. Stated that she never read my chat. Waiting in a room for four hours. After asking to see the Dr. Then was rushing to get me out of there. With 4 Doctors moving at their own pace. If you are not feeling very ill. Then take a back seat, you will wait Doctors here move at there own pace.

Please read reviews before you come here. I decided to come out because of the location and I regret it. The only enjoyable experience I had was with the woman taking my health insurance. I was seen by a nurse practitioner IN THE LOBBY, and then when I was brought back to a room it was not a private area. I was seated in a room with 6 other patients and heard all of their medical information. HIPPA violations out of the roof.

was not treated with car. Put on my chart I had no injuries after informing them of what injuries I know I had. Went to a therapist and they did better X-rays than this hospital. Not only did they put me in more pain for the X-rays they took THEY NEVER PUT ANY OF MY INFORMATION IN THE SYSTEM - your SECOND shift staff is who caught FIRST SHIFTS mistake. Not only will I be making a report due to negligence of myself and my friend that was involved in the accident and came there at the same time just to be treated way worseā€¦.Iā€™m filing a complaint against you

Great experience. Great front desk , great nurse and doctor . Amazing staffs, I canā€™t tell enough that how great and caring were the nurse which I donā€™t know her name , such a sweet lady , she took care of me so well. I canā€™t thank her enough. As well as the doctor who was amazing. I really appreciate the great , wonderful service . I highly recommend people in case of emergency to come to this hospital. I can say they are like angels.

If there was a less star then one I would of given it. The nurse by the name of Stephane at the front is useless. I went there in imbalance at 9pm and I didnā€™t get to see the dr till pass 3Am I was in severe pain from lower abdominal and went to the nurse she said the dr is not ready to see you yet. Like really why do they even bother calling this place an emergency room šŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™‚ļø.

Was there for a severe neck pain. Got attended to early tho. The doctor was kind and well exploratory after a few minutes, was discharged without given any medication to ease d pain. My blood sample was collected, nobody bothered to tell me d out come. Went through lots of pain that night at home. No good at all. Thanks

I had a very bad experience in this emergency room. I went there for my need for a specific vaccine due to an injury. I called in advance to make sure that they can give me the vaccine and they said yes. When I got there I was waiting there for a long time, like everyone else. When it was my turn I was received by a nurse only and no doctor was available to see me. For about an hour all that nurse did for me was trying to convince me that I do not need the vaccine. I ended up leaving after a long wait without seeing a single doctor for a professional medical opinion, without being checked and without being helped with any medical procedure of any kind. I felt being differently from other people because they definitely had the vaccine but they considered it too expensive to give to a poor person without a very good coverage like me. To them not only I was not worthy a vaccine but also I was not worthy seeing a professional doctor.

i injured my back at work. i didnā€™t wait long in er before getting to the back. i was administered two shots. picked up my meds and when i got home i saw my papers have no restrictions and the doctor told me the spasms get tight and light work only, but on my work note there are no restrictions and i work at a warehouse heavy lifting, when i woke up my pain was back up so i had to come back. i hope this is temporary i do want to go back to work.
