    Great building, but undergoing serious face lift (Sep 2019). Once completed the building will definitely look great and will have and open promenade like area in the front.

    👍 There are several areas to meet and hang out with business partners, both indoors and on a promenade balcony. 👍 There's a Starbucks. 👍 Public meeting rooms (at time of review). 🤜 You could get lost here (but that's your problem).

😐 So, whoever tells you that you can go up the tower and enjoy the magnificent view from a top floor, has been either wrong or lying, trespassing, visiting someone or is working there. As a tourist you can't go up. However it's a beautiful building as seen from the lawn between it and the waterwall.
