This is my favourite Barnes and Noble in the city. It stays clean. I can work and have a cup. I can. Browse books. It is always well stocked. If Barnes and Noble have a signed book you can find it here without a problem. The staff is helpful. There is ample parking. Located with its own Starbucks bit there a a 100 metres walk in the car park. Revisited this sd store remains clean. A variety of books and vinyl.

This location was rude, and told me lies. Automatically assumed things, just come people are in jail or in a horpital, they can't send it to them from the store, only online. Wft!? What's the difference? The fact that I want to go into a store and get a feel of the book before I send it! I've been to my normal b&n and they've done it for me for a year now. Nice selection, but rude rude people, wouldn't even explain the "problems" they had in the past with doing so. I won't be back to this location.

Starting with the good— it was bright and airy for a bookstore. There was plenty of space to move around. The first floor encouraged you to roam, and overall, it was quite visually appealing. However, for all of this, I couldn’t find the books I sought without asking for help. There weren’t adequate signs in the front half of the first floor.

The people that work here were very helpful. I asked one girl for help on finding a section and she walked me to where I needed to be. The guy at checkout was in a great laughing mood. What more ca you ask for? All I want is to have a smooth checkout with a pleasant person with a smile. GOOD JOB! Finally I had to ask someone to order a book that they did not have in stock. It took about a week for them to get the book delivered. They hold it for about 3-4 days and than it gets put back on the shelf. You can call in to try and extend it.

During our recent trip, my family and I had the pleasure of visiting the Barnes & Noble location for the first time. Despite having limited time, we managed to stop by for a couple of nights, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. If you're a book lover or looking for a cozy place to unwind and explore new reads, I highly recommend visiting this Barnes & Noble. Its cute and pretty packed atmosphere, combined with the warmth and passion of the staff, create a truly enjoyable experience for any book enthusiast. I look forward to returning to this charming store in the future.

This place is so much fun for all. Employees are highly motivated and friendly. On this past trip, the checkout line got packed and 3-4 employees literally ran to man the registers and checked us out extremely fast.

Bought a couple of books and a caramel frappuccino. A lot of people but it wasn't crowded, service was fast and efficient. Has a great variety of books, music CDs and DVDs plus Blu-ray. I'm sure there's something for everyone here. One of the escalators didn't work (the one that takes you down), so that was a pain.

I was greeted at the door at opening(10:00 a.m.) and the store was amazingly clean. You could literally smell the scent of new books in the air. The staff were attentive to my needs and assisted me to the section where I located my book. They even went the extra distance and did research to find another book I was planning to get later. Bathrooms were also in amazing condition and clean! It was a very pleasurable experience!

Nice clean & quiet place to go and purchase books at. But was only able to find 2 out of 8 books i was looking for and all the staff seemed to have a attitude. Like they didn't want to be at work. I even heard two staff discussing about having to clean up 30 minutes before closing. The cashier was the only nice social with a positive vibe employee that spoke to me. Not a bad place, but certainly not the best place either. Will return.

I love this bookstore. Have been visiting it for many years now. It's a big library of books where you can literally find any genre of books. It has two floors and is quite spacious, so you never feel crowded. You can spend your day looking and reading your favorite books. I am sure you will not want to come out. Even little kids can have fun playing and reading. The staff is nice and even helped me find a book. You can go there anytime. The parking space is huge and usually not very crowded.

I love this Barnes and noble. The staff are very nice and helpful, they have endless book options, and there’s a Starbucks inside. Only complaint is not their fault - the parking outside is pretty complicated and frustrating at times. Otherwise, this is a good place to grab a book or any other stationary!

You can't go wrong with Barnes & Noble. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is well kept, neat, and organized. There are a variety of items on both levels. The on-site Starbucks is an added bonus. This is always a great place for me to bring my laptop and sit down to get some things done.

Not a bad little store but i miss the bigger layouts and having more items available. But won't complain since they still have a physical presence which i do like.

Went there to buy gifts for my nieces and nephews. Got a lot of wonderful choices. This was my first time visiting a Barnes and Noble store and I was not disappointed at all. On the second floor there are some sitting arrangements to rest and explore new books here. The people working were very helpful with great suggestion and directions.

B&N needs to get back to music and coffee on the weekends. They don’t do a very good job of drawing crowds anymore. They’ve also made it less comfortable to sit around and read. The chairs used to be strategically located by outlets and you could sit with a few friends to chat and maybe get a little work done when alone. I used to spend a ton in this store as did others I’m sure. They need to get back to the basics. I loved it when they used to let a band set up in the cafe at some locations on a Friday/Saturday evening. Rethinking my membership.

It was huge with so many great varieties. The staff was friendly and everyone was smiling... so welcoming. It was clean, organized and I spent 2 hours in there not realizing how sucks in i was to the options of books. My 10 year old daughter loves it and wants to go back every week now.

Love this location! The staff is always super helpful and friendly. The array of book selections is impressive and the staff can order the book quickly if not at this location. My favorite of the Houston locations. Knowledgeable and curious employees every time I've visited. Personally, I enjoy self help books, psychology, and am a self proclaimed Sudoku expert. Selection second to none in my areas of interest. Love the spacious cafe for a great cup of coffee to go along with my new purchase. You won't be disappointed.

A great bookstore with a huge selection. Easy parking and knowledgeable staff. I really enjoyed spending time in the anti-Amazon of bookstores. Seeing parents with kids touching, previewing and buying books 📚 is such a good thing.

This is my favorite Barnes and Noble location. The store is spacious and clean. Lots of parking, including plenty of covered parking. The recent store remodel has really improved this location. I often come here to just hangout and have coffee. With the plethora of restaurants and shopping nearby, I’m always up for a trip to this area of town.

Oh this is a great location. It's in a great spot, and has an open Starbucks cafe located inside to read/study and also sells a light choice of art supplies and gifts. Only thing is there are not that many book choices. Maybe I've been spoiled with larger locations. Still my new favorite location because of the location

Such a large selection and their new addition of Paper Source products is amazing. I spent at least 45 minutes in that section. They have a WIDE selection of beautiful and unique journals. The customer service was helpful as well!

This Barnes and Noble was very helpful and attentive to my child. She had lots of questions about different books she is five so you all know patience is key with that age group. But the customer service is amazing it’s very peaceful clean and quiet in this establishment. My daughter end up choosing the turning red book that came with a bracelet, she was very happy with that choice.

Nice location. A lot smaller than it seems. Layout is a bit confusing and doesn't seem to flow between genres very well. Almost always have to get an item pulled from the stockroom but the employees are very eager to help which is a plus.

  • 5/5 Charli W. 2 years ago on Google
Come drink coffee, read, browse completely free of any sales associate harassing you about buying something. If you are looking for something in specific the staff will go above and beyond to help. I come to read and be somewhere peaceful. I love this location
