Been recently going on Saturdays. Beware of the people at the door!!!! They got a dude doing security at th door who wanted to charge me $60 to get in. It seemed a little Janky especially after I told him I thought it was free entry all night. I asked to speak to the promoter but he informed me he was the OWNER smh. I eventually just paid it cause all my friends were inside only for me to find out from the waitress servicing our section that entry was supposed to be free. Smh. I enjoyed my self and decided to give the place a second try and who was outside… the security/owner. He only made us pay $20 this time but as we walked in the same dude as we were coming through the door was yelling at the door girl about the money as if he hadn’t just charged us all outside. Clubbers beware you’ll end up spending so much money at the door you won’t be able to pay for drinks!!!!

FALSE MARKETING BEWARE!! I went to Vault Nightclub on July 24. A group of 5 of us went. Long story short, we went because we had got free tickets to enter through Eventbrite. We made sure to arrive early. We were at the door at 10:05. There was only one group of about 8 in front of us. We waited in line thinking they are going to let us in any minute now. There was also another line on the other side of the door. We asked if we were in the correct line and we were told yes by the door staff. At 10:25 they started people in from the other line. When they let us in it was about 10:35 and we were told males had to pay because it was only free until 10:30. They purposely had us waiting outside so that they could charge a cover fee. I told the lady who was charging that it was only 5 minutes after 10:30 and that they didn’t start letting people until 10:25. She said we still had to pay. The venue is nice but I thought it was too empty for a Saturday. They also already charge a tip on the drinks so take a look at your receipt. I just wasn’t happy with their deceptive marketing strategies.

Extremely poor concert experience at a venue I wouldn’t recommend, bought a ticket to the Rico Nasty event on Saturday September 4th. Tickets and ad for show states a 10 door time and a concert till 2 am . Doors didn’t open until 10:45 and we had to wait in the Houston heat which was way more comfortable than actually being inside the venue , the AC’s weren’t working properly and it was HOT . Every girl in there was sweating off their makeup after being inside for less than 10 minutes the worst thing though was the show , a complete flop . The event organizer kept saying Rico would be arriving soon but instead had a “hype man” playing random songs for three hours , The artist (the whole reason we were there) didn’t arrive until 1:30 in the morning, played three songs (had the stage lights cut off after the first because of the excruciating heat ) and left . It was horrible and not as promised to say the least , getting a refund has been a nightmare too . The even was organized through event bright who is currently not accepting phone calls and their online support states all refund would have to come from the organizers which is information not given from the website the tickets were purchased through and the venue has there online business hours as open to Saturday only . This place looks and seems like it’s still new but I don’t have much faith if these are the kinda events they organize 😬

I love this club. It’s very fun, energetic, the people that come here are amazing. I just wouldn’t recommend this place for people who don’t smoke. My biggest and only complaint is the ventilation. Probably because it’s underground. Like who allows smoke for an underground club? It’s like the biggest hotbox room ever. Other than that it’s an amazing place to come and throw some a**.

I left this club early. They check people at the door but while my girl was going through the crowd to go to the bar, she rubbed against this guy and knocked his gun out his pocket. We left immediately!

The club was very packed and unorganized. We had a section, they charged us 40 per person and a bottle of casamigos for 100. The bottle girls didn’t come to check on the section nor see if we needed anything. The section area was packed like it looked like the rest of the club. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Place is absolutely a scam, payed my $25 to get in, then got pulled off to the side by another guy and was told I needed to pay him another $40 to get in. When I wouldn’t give him the money I was pushed towards the cops and forced to leave. Do not go here they will try and take advantage of you and take your money.

Vault wasn't bad, not sure why it's such low reviews. There was no line, good music, good drinks, and decent crowd.. from what I can remember lol. And it's walking distance from other fun clubs and bars. They are alright in my book.

This place is a rip off, do NOT come here. They try to make money off you. They said guys get in for free “AFTER” 10:30 and I got here exactly 10:30 and still got charged $25. What a joke. I’m never coming back here again

If i could give this place 6 stars, I would! The staff is very courteous and friendly and the drinks are top notch. Great place for a night out in Houston! Highly recommend!

Had a great time. good drinks and music. Not too crowded. Only thing is prepare youself for the stairs

I love the atmosphere of this Place the music and the lady that cook the wings she's so sweet and the stuff.

We love coming here at night time on the weekends it’s great drinks are great! Bartenders are great
