The mafia parking lot. I was going to have a drink and listening to some music, as I walked towards the entrance I was asked by the bouncer if i pay to park, i said no, I parked in front of the supermarket and there was no traffic cone in front of it, at the point the bouncer and the parking lot mafia gang told me you make a decision. Is $10 to park. So i moved my car near burger king side and i start walking towards the club when I was approached by another young mafioso parking lot gang member. And told me you really going to take chances. In little words if you don't pay you may not found your car. Very good customer care.

STAY AWAY. This place just sucks. Horrible sound. Bad concert experience here with Enjambre, they deserve much better. Don't book your show here if you're traveling or at all! Please book a show elsewhere or experience a concert at a real venue in Houston.

!!!!STAY AWAY!!! If I could put zero stars I would. Was my first time to this location for a meet and greet on 2/5/2022. The tickets never gave an exact time at what time the meet and greet would be, just stating doors open at 9pm. Waited 4 hours for the guest to show. Once he showed they had no control over the crowd. He was only on stage for less than 10 minutes and then they had us form a "line" for the photos. There was no line whatsoever just a whole bunch of people bunched up together with no sense of personal space whatsoever. They let whoever move up to the front even though they should've sent them to the back.The staff was incredibly rude, and unable to control the situation. The photos were taken in a little room by the stage. The room was dirty and did not look pleasing whatsoever. By the time I was able to get a photo it was close to 3AM!!!!!! It was the worst event I've ever attended. UNORGANIZED UNPROFESSIONAL AND A WASTE OF TIME. If you value your time and money, stay away from this place. No celebrity/performer is worth it, TRUST ME.

I came to this club August the 9th for the Pedro Capo concert. This was my very first time here at Vertigo and it was a awful experience. We wanted to have a great time so we request VIP service. VIP service they give you a table upfront by the stage and you have to buy a bottle so we paid for all this. At around 1am they announced the singer Pedro Capo will not performer tonight. This is the only reason we came to this club. It might not be the clubs fault that he did not show up. But nobody from the venue said anything they did not offer a reimburse us or if we could like a refund. This was so unprofessional from the venue and the singer. And by the way the charge 20 dollars for parking. This was just a bad experience for us.

Came here for a concert, was not told we had to pay for parking before hand, and when we arrived the “parking attendant” threatened to beat us up if we didn’t pay for the parking, we asked how could they rent out the ENTIRE lot that was half empty? The attendant just yelled at us and told us he would trash our car basically. Terrible service. Not worth it at all, this place is tacky not worth the ticket price or parking really.

This place is awful. I went last night for the first and last time for a concert. I ordered a Don Julio straight and it was cheap vodka instead. This club literally pours cheap vodka into top shelf alcohol bottles instead of paying for and actually serving good alcohol. I’ve never been to a club that has done this, but on my life, this is what they do. This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time

I always have a great night when I come here! The staff does a good job when it comes to keeping the crowd safe. I came here with a couple of friends and was able to get drinks for a good price. I always come here for Latin music concerts and never regret it! Definitely will come back for my birthday🍾

Vertigo club is notorious for their exorbitant cover charges. They charge way too much for what they offer. You're better off going to a different club with better value for your money. Not preferred

9pm to 1245am and nothing ever happened. The DJ did his best and at least he kept the vibe as best as possible for as long as possible. Sound checks happened but the band never played . Worst show i have ever been to. 🐁

Worst concert experience of my life. Terrible audio, extremely disorganized, and I was threatened to pay for parking. One of my favorite bands came to Houston and as soon as I saw they were going to play at this place, I didn’t even bother to see the date or price, I wasn’t going back to that venue.

My Experience in this Club has been Phenomenal always with Concerts, The Sound System, Lights and All the Screens. Metioning all of it , Gives you a Unique experience when you see a Concert , That you wont get in a Other Club. “ Thanks for all the Beautiful Moments.

Please listen to the reviews and don’t waste your money here. We waited over 4 hours for the band to come on stage and they only played a few songs and called it a night. We really paid $50 for that…

My experience of this venue all the concerts that have been spectacular the place has the best sound and lights it is one of the best clubs in Houston.
