OF
TIME!!!
RUINED
MY
BIRTHDAY!!
I
spoke
with
Alexis
at
Bloom
on
6/18
to
make
reservations
birthday
July
3rd.
I
advised
them
that
we
would
have
a
large
party
and
would
need
a
section
that
could
accommodate
a
group
of
approx
40-50.
My
social
group
had
been
there
before
and
had
arrangements
to
come
later
in
the
month
and
to
reserve
space
for
us
that
mirrored
the
reservation
at
the
end
of
the
month.
I
had
scheduled
to
arrive
at
2pm,
when
we
arrived
we
were
informed
that
they
weren't
opening
until
230,
once
we
were
let
in,
the
tables
and
space
wasn't
even
fully
set
up
and
they
didn't
have
a
bar
tender,
weren't
serving
any
food
and
didn't
offer
hookah
until
after
4pm.
They
had
a
random
employee
attempting
to
make
drinks
and
didn't
even
know
how
much
alcohol
to
pour
and
wanted
help
from
someone
in
my
group.
Everyone
was
sitting
around
trying
to
make
the
best
of
it
while
I
tried
to
find
an
alternative
place
that
could
seat
a
group
our
size
last
minute.
people
were
hungry
and
waiting
on
drinks
just
only
order
mimosas
because
that's
what
was
easiest.
after
about
an
hour
I
was
able
to
make
arrangements
for
us
at
a
near
by
local
place.
The
other
place
was
out
door
in
the
heat
with
somewhat
covered
seating
and
fans
to
help
with
the
heat,
but
completely
different
atmosphere
than
what
I
had
originally
planned
for.
Some
people
left
due
to
the
heat
and
change
of
venue
as
it
was
almost
100
degrees
out
this
day.
No
one
ever
apologized
to
me
directly
for
the
inconvenience,
and
lack
of
service
provided
but
tried
to
bribe
some
of
us
from
leaving
with
cheap
vodka.
I
had
even
reached
out
the
day
before
or
morning
of
to
Alexis
to
ensure
they
were
ready
for
us
and
no
one
replied
or
gave
an
update
on
how
things
were
being
done
that
day.
I
am
in
a
Facebook
social
group
of
9k+
members
and
we
will
never
patronize
this
establishment
again.
They
lack
professionalism
and
respect
for
their
customers.
