I love coffee fragrance and when you enter this place you get that strong coffee fragrance. The place has a rustic industrial vibe and I love it. Music is very light that you can actually work from that place while having coffee. The feeling is pretty chill there. They have house blend coffees and you can actually experience their operations there. We tried: 1. ISLAND Coffee - this has 50% coconut milk but the taste wasn't overpowering. The coffee and coconut milk taste was balanced. Less sweet . I liked it. 4/5 2. Caramel Macchiato - i personally liked, it was sweeter than the other one but balanced taste. 4/5 Overall, it was a good experience and people are also very nice. I would love to visit again.

Seasonal Fallchata 10/10. Montblanc and black island 10/10. Can’t go wrong with the iced drinks here. Hibiscus tea is on the natural side, add some sweetener. Real quality, not your Starbucks concentrated stuff. One of my favorite coffee shops in Houston.

Had a coffee break with a colleague of mine and thought I’d give this place a try and we were both happy that we did. It was so amazing. I told the ladies that worked there, that I would prefer something not overly sweet and the suggestion I got, definitely both delivered and exceeded my expectations. I wish I got the name of the young lady, because the Island Latte was complete perfection. The ambiance of this coffee space was very industrial chic and I felt like I was in downtown which I loved. Great place to do some work if your job is fully remote and you want to get out of the house. Will make sure I go again and get the name of the lady that made that wonderful suggestion. Prices were so reasonable.

Great service, easy parking, and good coffee. Quiet spot to study or get your work done. The food choices are limited since they only have croissants and cookies and the layout is great however the seating is quite limited as well. Overall, still a nice spot to chill. I really liked the second floor and how you can see the outside from the window.

Loved that I had the option to choose the type of espresso used in my cortado! I chose a Kenyan roast that was perfect and bright tasting. The drip coffee was good too. Really appreciate all the effort to make a good cup of coffee

Nice ambience, red solo cups were a strange choice. Island latte iced had a interesting taste, very coconut flavored. Definitely would have preferred an extra shot of espresso in it.

One can open a fancy Coffee shop and let employees burn it to the ground! I thought coffee shops are dead in Houston area, but this place changed my 💭 An exceptional customer service example : I had order a wrong tea online, but they were happy to switch it out for a latte(correct ☝️) at no extra charge. Check out the ambiance ; surely matches with the people who works there 🕺🤩🤙 keep up the great work and Thank you Patrick !!

Went to drop off my dogs at the pet bar across the street and decided to try this place. I absolutely loved the coffee, if I lived near by here, this would be a go to. You can actually taste the blend of the coffee and not some watery taste. Highly recommend.

Luce coffee may be a “love at first sight” (or “sip”) kind-of thing for me. My goodness was my first taste of their coffee quite immaculate! I got their Island Latte which was pandan, coconut milk and espresso. The execution on this coffee was spot on! Espresso wasnt bitter and pandan was not too sweet. It was the perfect balance for a perfect drink. I can see why this particular drink have a lot of fans. Its definitely a must try! Also tried their Black Cloud which was also delicious! They roasted their beans so beautifully that you can just taste that in your coffee. A very satisfying drink to say the least! Inside is open and spacious as well with more seating upstairs. As for the service we got that day, it was excellent as well. I had a couple of questions for the baristas regarding their coffee beans before I purchased and they were quite accommodating as well as knowledgable about their products. I would love to revisit Houston again for this coffee spot! Left such a good impression on me.

The place was amazing, we loved the industrial look, the exposed brick and concrete with iron railing, just a real cool vibe. The coffee was incredible, I tried one called the black cloud, just terrific. Wife had the cookies and cream. Will definitely go back and try something different next time.

Modern coffee shop with a relaxing atmosphere. The menu is very unique. I had the Black Island with 50% sweetness. The green in the drink is from pandan and then they add a shot of charcoal liquid to it. I mainly taste pandan and coconut milk. Looking at the posters in the coffee shop, they offer classes about coffee and how to make the art with milk. I would love to try more drinks on their menu.

Love this place! Very spacious with limited seating, which makes it a good place to study or work. The modern industrial look is fabulous. The coffee is good too. I ordered hot black island. Really yummy with coconut flavor which I like it so much! Will definitely come back again.

Love the vibe, Coffee, and everything here! The barista’s take their job seriously, and measure out espresso and milk for most of their drinks, which I absolutely LOVE! Plenty of seating on the 2nd floor, although I wish the stools had backs to it for support. Otherwise, great coffee shop!

The interior is spacious, most seating is upstairs (indoors) with a few tables outside. If you're planning to sit outside, know that it is along a busy street, so not very quiet. Had an iced green tea - delicious! Looking forward to trying their coffee in the future.

My new favorite coffee shop! I had the cold black island and it was such a treat. It was well balanced and tasty. I had it hot another time and it was also very good. I Highly recommend this place.

2 story coffee shop with their own coffee bean manufacturing roaster and machine upstairs. Ample seating in a well lit, clean atmosphere. They have an elevator for people who need it. Great place to bring out of towners. Courteous service with a smile. They even offered breakfast tacos from tacos a go go located down the street. Ordered a french vanilla coffee, but it tasted like a hazelnut coffee, drank it anyways. Anti-starbuckers, this is the place for you.

My wife got a frozen blended drink of the coffee variety, we loved it, this was our third coffee place today and this was the best frozen drink. I picked up a bag of beans, Ethiopia. They put a lot of info on their bags which I love. Elevation....check, how the beans were processed....check, different notes.....check, and one thing I'm going to look for from now on....the roast date. We had no trouble finding a parking spot at this location, the Westheimer location doesn't have enough parking. Just ground some of these beans and the first cup is a winner!

The Spanish Latte (not pictured) was delicious, do recommend. The hazelnut macchiato was a little too sweet for my taste.

If you ever want a strong coffee full of flavor, this is your SPOT! I have been their long-time customer, even before this location opened back and when it was only one location in Richmond Ave. I am glad that the owner opened up this location, which is much more significant than the first store, with plenty of seating, tables, and more food options. Of course this location offers newly roasted coffee beans! I love all their drinks and food selections. You can never go wrong with any of them.

Very cool coffee shop once you enter. I’m a cold brew and kolaches addict. This cold brew was amazing, wasn’t from concentrate like some other large Seattle based chains, and if it was I don’t care because they fooled me. When I ordered the sausage croissant and said it had too much bread for my liking the lady looked at me like I was crazy, and now I understand why. I was wrong and it was amazing.

I really enjoyed my first experience with Luce Coffee. This is a very unique place with an old timey, industrial revolution feel about it. The coffee was delicious and the pastries were much better than anticipated.

Luce is a really great coffee shop with great options and in house coffee beans. We tried the cold brew and Pandan Lattee (island something latte on the menu) and both were tasty. Cool vibes for sure looking forward to trying a coffee class one day
