Super cool coffee shop with genuinely good espresso and pour over coffee, and pastries too. Signature sausage rolls are really tasty, there’s free wifi and plenty of seating and outlets.

What a neat little spot! The owner was super warm and his energy was contagious. So many community members came in and were welcomed by name. Sausage roll was delicious. I’ve never had anything quite like that before. Coffee was great too, of course. The little cake was spot on. This place is a gem. All of the art and the info on the walls were such a unique touch. I loved a chance to learn a bit while enjoying breakfast with my wife.

I just happened across Cambrian Coffee while I was looking to grab a quick breakfast and a coffee. I loved the sausage rolls as the reminded me of my visits to London. The bread was awesome and flakey and the sausage constancy was nice. They are not as thickly dense as a lot of the sausages we get in the US, but had a ton of flavor. The Maple Chili one was great, but I preferred the classic. The coffee was also on point. I got an oat milk latte that super creamy with a great medium/dark roast coffee flavor. I will be back for sure! Everyone was super nice and helpful as well. There were plenty of people sitting around working in there as well

Super cool spot in Spring Branch area. Staff was super nice and the coffee was great. The girl who took my order did give me the wrong scone but I didn’t realize it until I sat down outside, but because it was my first time and I wanted to try everything I didn’t mind. The cheese scone was really good. Not dry like a lot of places. The sausage roll was really good as well. They have a Cajun and a Classic so I got the Classic. I wound up also getting to try their Blueberry Lemon scone…Good Gawddddd 😋 lol. I got the Texas Summer Latte which is their homemade blueberry and vanilla latte and I could have drank another to be honest. The staff had a welcoming feel and overall the environment was pretty dope. They also clean right after people are done so it was nice and clean inside. I’ll definitely be back!

The coffee is awesome (I highly recommend the Cambrian Latte, with their signature house cinnamon-honey syrup), and the food is DELICIOUS. Like Gemma can do no wrong. The owners and staff are really wonderful people, and make you feel incredibly welcome even during the busiest times. Definitely stop by or make the trip in to Spring Branch to check them out!

Stopped at this coffee shop today to try their Americano and saw that they use one of my favorite coffee roasters (#Geva) a local roaster. It was very smooth and hot till the end. We had some shortbread that had that crunchy outside that we like! Enjoyed our visit and we would return. #welchrealty #coffeecrawl #coffee #coffeelover

Finally decided to stop by and try this coffee ! So glad I did because it was delicious, the place inside has good amount of seating and I freaking love the meaning behind their theme, it's so cool and unique. The baristas we're very nice and I would have given this a 5 if they didn't forget the milk on my momma's coffee and she's serious about her coffee lol The coffee is delicious so can't argue that.

I had an iced honey cinnamon latte and it was very yummy! It wasn’t overly honey flavored which was great for me personally because I like when it’s not overpowering. They also had a lot of different beans of different origins for sale! The aesthetic was cute and clean and the staff was very friendly. Hope to go again when I’m back in the area.

My first visit in, and it won't be my last. The food and coffee options were few, yet quality. I got a sausage roll/kolache, blueberry mini loaf and iced coffee. I told the baristas what type of coffee I usually go for (vietnamese iced), and they hooked me up!

Excellent coffee, excellent baked goods, excellent service. Every time I've been in here it's been a wonderful experience. They have specialty pastries Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (maybe, don't quote me). Great local spot that, while I'm unsure of their stance on unions, I know it can't be as antagonistic as how Starbucks treats unions. The moral of the story is don't go to Starbucks.

I fell in love with this amazing place after my first visit! The sausage rolls and the Cambrian latte are delicious; and, the owners and staff are so personable and genuinely interested in getting to know their customers and community! Plus, it's an independent, locally owned mom-and-pop shop, which is always great! They've definitely earned my repeat business!

Got a Cold Brew coffee here; it tasted very good. Service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere was pleasant; there were decorations and deco related to the "prehistoric" theme. Glad to have stopped by!

This coffee shop is right next to my job so super convenient & it makes it even better that the coffee here is awesome! I haven’t tried the food yet but definitely next on my list. The vanilla latte here is one of the best I’ve had in Houston. Definitely check them out.

Super cool coffee shop!!! I love that their honey is sourced ethically and I fell in love with their oatmilk latte! 🩷 this is definitely my new go to place!

Vibe- This is a nice coffee shop near Spring Branch. There’s a few spots to sit outside and seating inside. This would be a nice spot to come to if you need to study, get some work done, or just hangout. Customer service- Great! Food/drinks- I got a hot chai latte with oatmilk and it was so tasty. Parking- There’s a good amount of spots in the lot the building sits in.

The customer service is super friendly and exceptional, the place is very nice and chill, but the best of all is the incredible taste of the coffee. I bought a black coffee like a “Venezuelan coffee" and was absolutely good. It's not easy to find a real black coffee in the city.

Adorable, clean and refreshing inviting environment. I love all the attention to detail and knick knacks. The coffee is fantastic, I tried a blueberry scone and the English sausage. Word of warning, the English sausage, it is very delicious but heavy and if you are of a sensitive stomach it might be a bit too much but that’s a user end issue. Will be coming back anyway tho to my stomachs detriment.

Oh my goodness I absolutely adore this breakfast spot!! The drinks are delicious and I got the Blueberry Cobbler mini loaf and holy loaf it was SO YUMMY!! The workers are phenomenal and absolutely know their stuff!! And they have this sweet coffee coin thing(see photo) and cool little pins and hand drawn stickers! And those soaps smell ... incredible...wow. Just obsessed with everything about this place!! 10 outta 10! Absolutely recommend!

Cambrian Coffee is a hidden gym to those in the Spring Branch/NW Houston area. They rotate coffee roasters which ensures that you have access to some new, delicious, high grade offering each time you stop in. Their pastries are delicious and made in house, the vibes are immaculate, and the people are kind. What are you waiting for?

I love love love this place!! Spring branch is so lucky to have Cambrian here. The coffee is not only amazing but the pastries are the best pastries I have ever had. Everything is baked fresh in their store. I didn’t know scones were so delicious. She could honestly open up her own bakery. My favorite is oat milk latte with hazelnut and all of their pastries, like all of them.

Love this local spot in Spring Branch! Really great espresso in their coffee which makes it taste great. I also love their house made syrup options and seasonal flavors. Follow them on Instagram for pastry updates, which they change up weekly.

Cambrian catered a special order of half sized sausage rolls for our sons’ joint birthday party! They were thorough, helpful, and everyone loved the sausage rolls! It is our family favorite tradition to go and visit them during the week or weekend! Thank you so much, Cambrian Coffee! Y’all are amazing! PS our friends from Spain also said it reminded them of a savory food they ate while growing up—it brought them back to their childhood! 😊

We happened upon this local coffee shop by chance when we were in the area for our son’s soccer game. What a great place! The pastries were so delicious. We had the sausage rolls and cheese scones. Out of this world! Great coffee and carefully selected syrup flavors. Interesting locally roasted coffee brands available for purchase as well. I wish we had a place like that in our neighbors.

The shop itself was nice, open, airy. The coffee was fantastic. Both my sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our coffees. We each got a iced latte (honey cinnamon for me, vanilla +shot of espresso for her). They also were fairly quick. I didn't do the ordering (was wrangling toddlers) so can't comment on that.

I needed some caffeine while out & about and had wanted to try this place. They had some neat combos on pastries but I felt like something more savory. The cheddar scone was delicious & light while the chives weren't overwhelming. I had the Earl Grey but hope to go back & try some of the mint teas as they sound refreshing as well. The gifts & merch were neat, especially a nitro glass with a Houston skyline design.

Hands down the best coffee in Houston! The owners are absolutely lovely and their store is super cute too. Really great all around, try their cheese scones!!

Not only was the service fast and extremely friendly, but we had some of the best lattes/cappuccinos we’ve ever had! The honey lavender and Cambrian lattes were delicious, and so were the baked goods (cheese scone and raspberry loaf)! Would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a quick and delicious drink/snack!

Love this place! Cambrian has a great ambiance and fantastic coffee and pastries - a solid combination! The inner kid in me was excited as soon as we pulled up to the Tyrannosaurus mural on the side of the building and the inside is just as awesome. If you don’t know what Cambrian means (like me when I walked in) you’ll find out in minutes as the entire shop is covered in unique themed dinosaur decor. I can’t wait to come back and try out the rest if the pastry and coffee selection. The maple sausage roll was a standout - a must try! Five stars for overall friendly and quick service - hope to continue seeing great things from Cambrian.

Cambrian is a great treasure in the neighborhood. Everyone is friendly, the coffee is great, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Pictured is the reminents of the cheese and chive scone that I love so much.

Staff very friendly, line out the door but pretty quick and efficient. It seems like they have a ton of regulars as some of the staff know people by name. You will not find another sausage roll like this they have 4 different kinds and they're all delicious. Their coffee is great, and they have to have the best scones in the city. Surprised they only have one location honestly.

This place is GREAT!! We wanted to go local and move away from Starbucks and Cambrian Coffee did not disappoint. I get their cold brew with oat milk and vanilla syrup and its so good! I also tried their Chorizo and original sausage rolls and OH MY GOODNESS they're delicious! Definitely a must try, super friendly service as well!
