My friend and I went for a casual girl's night out. The location, views, a drinks would've given it 5 stars... the night we were there the Saturday night 'live DJ" as advertised and both bartenders mentioned...infact was a "Latin dance class"..to leave the actual bar you have to cross the roof top. Where the class is held.. The instructor grab us as we were leaving and setup with dance partners then tried to charge us $15 a piece to take his class.

So happy to have stumbled upon this lovely and groovy neighborhood gem!! It is like an little oasis of an Italian lounge in the midst of Houston Uptown. My friend and I were seeking a place where could have some freshly made cocktails with fragrant ingredients. Ivy did not disappoint! Our bartender cut fresh fruit and vegetables as well as used fragrant spices in his mixology. Our cocktails did not disappoint! Although it was not crowded, everyone was very friendly and we made new friends!! Daniel, one of the regulars, guided us in trying exotic drink selections! There is a cozy, chic indoor area as well as ample outdoor seating on the rooftop patio. I cannot wait to go back and sample the Italian fare on their menu! Everything looks delicious! I will return soon!

Exactly the vibe I was looking for. Wonderful, artfully crafted and moderately priced cocktails. Friendly, down to earth dance scene on Saturday night. Fresh evening breeze. Beautiful ambience that blends classic and modern. Free parking.

Love Latin dancing here on their beautiful rooftop patio. The bartenders are hard working, kind and professional. They make this super delicious refreshing virgin raspberry lime drink for me every time I go.

Ask for bartender Diego and thank me later. Amazing drinks pretty great food so far if you go to the spa located next door since this is a rooftop bar and bistro you can order food and drinks to the spa which I think is pretty cool. Attached are photos of what I had and I am not disappointed and will be back

came here on a thursday at 7pm expecting live jazz but there was none! no one in the restaurant except for us & one (super helpful) worker! a cute, unassuming spot — it has a lot of potential! drinks & food were decent too. food menu is slightly limited, and there is a rooftop to sit at as well

I love visiting on Thursday to dance to a live band. Boomtown Brass is a great local band. Danielle is an amazing musician along with every other member. It’s such a treat to have someone playing a washboard. The clarinet player blows me away everytime. My favorite drink in the summer is the Ivy Daquiri. It is made with fresh watermelon. On hot days there is nothing better. Dancing on their upstairs open patio at sunset is an amazing experience. It is a regular visit for me. Such a great time.

I had a really great time here. There is live music every Thursday night on the patio. I ordered a vegan pizza that was delicious. But I must say bring mosquito spray if you plan to sit outside. I highly recommend.

Would have given them a 5 but drinks are very pricey and last time bartender was shelling out attitude. Leave your problems at home, we've all got them.

Loved this location, very intimate and absolutely the ambiance. Very detailed oriented. Great food. Small selection of food selections but still great enough of selections to offer.

What a treasure. Simple but elegant bar featuring live jazz under a beautiful early Autumn night. Daniella Reicht Trio was superb. Daniella's voice is a beautiful compliment to the excellently timed rhythms of a gifted jazz ensemble. This is going on every Thursday in October! You know where to find me.

This place is so cute. The setting is beautiful. Then you order a cocktail. This was maybe the best cocktail I’ve ever had (Horizon). And the charcuterie and pizza we shared was excellent! And the staff was delightful. Highly recommend!

Kitchen was closed. And almost got towed parking across the street. DO NOT PARK ACROSS THE STREET. both companies need better signage for this.. Music was good and people were friendly all around. Was only 1 bartender so the wait for drinks gotot kind of long at times

January 2020- pre corona. Cute place, but my date was so late—Karr—didn’t get a chance to try anything before an event. A mother/daughter were in there and their food looked amazing. Bartender was very patient with me.

The ambience is a mix between elegance and relaxation. The live music takes you back to in time to the 30s or 40s. I love it
