Attended a friend's birthday party here on a Friday evening. A party of 10. The food was all delicious. We all had steaks and they were all cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful with the exception of one. As one of the guests in the party proceeded to explain that her steak was overcooked, the waiter grabbed her plate, without a word. Interrupting her in the process. We all thought that to be extremely rude. Service was prompt to the point that we felt a little rushed. Our waiter was very hurried, which I can understand when you're trying to attend to a large table but he also needs to remember that people come there to relax and unwind and not feel like they are just a number to be served as quickly as possible in order to get in and out. If you have a large party, all members of the party are required to spend a minimum of $80.00 per person, which I thought was peculiar but whatever. The one thing that we did not care for at all and would keep us from coming back here as a large party is the fact that they will not split up a check. This is a minor convenience for the restaurant but it is a huge inconvenience for the customer. We all had to bring cash and then spend 30 minutes at the end of the meal trying to figure out how much each person owed which is not what you want to be doing when trying to relax and enjoy your evening.

I finally made it over to Vic & Anthony’s! I was excited because I had heard so many good things about the place. But, I must say it was not what I expected. It’s overpriced and overrated. The ambiance and the staff were great, but I came for the food! The fried lobster Mac and cheese was ok. The fried lobster tails was the best part although a little salty. The cheese sauce had diced red peppers in it and I didn’t like it. The bread and butter was a bit hard and hard to chew, Quail was over cooked, almost barbecued or something and the pear and blue cheese salad was made with iceberg lettuce. It was wilted and just not fresh. For the price, we deserve better!

The atmosphere is nice, good service but the food is just ok. I'm a huge foodie and it was nothing special. especially considering the high cost of this dinner. 5 of us, $480. 3 dinner plates and three shared appetizers. I would not say I got my money's worth.

My experience was through a dinner party. Everything I had was cooked and prepared to exceptional perfection! The staff was exemplary! I have to honestly say, I have never had a crab cake cooked and garnished to such perfection. All my food was at the correct temperature and tenderness. Excellent experience! Wonderful venue!

Tonight was our first dining experience here and it was phenomenal! All of our dishes were 5 star, and the filet was truly the best I’ve ever had. The crab cake appetizer is also a MUST! My husband was blown away at the food and the service (which is HUGE because he frequents high-end restaurants), and we both can’t wait to come back. Our server Brent went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and special. It was also great to see the staff smiling and not hidden behind masks. We had an amazing experience!

Complimentary bread- served warm with whipped butter. Jumbo lump crab cake - served with fresh crab on top. My first time looking crab cake more then just a little. Filet mignon - very good. Added the roasted bone marrow "complement" which was nice. Prime rib eye on the bone- delicious, flavorful. Sides of asparagus (tasty, buttery sauce) and duck fat potatoes (served with bacon, no complaints). Croissant bread pudding- delicious, paired satisfyingly with the ice cream and the (toffee?) bits it came with. Service was attentive and helpful in ordering, including the wine (Orin Swift-Eight Years in the Dessert, a rich but balanced zinfandel blend). Literally the only criticism I can think of was the pen used to sign the bill had a tip that barely extended past the pen's body.

Hands down, BEST STEAK we have ever had. Visiting from Denver (which has great steakhouses) we wanted to compare and we humbly give it up to Texas for having amazing steak; cuts like butter! Great flavors, prepared to perfection, and you feel the pride from the chef in the tasting experience. Truly the best! Drinks were yummy, and an extensive wine list. A memorable experience for me and my sister while visiting Houston! Lindsey was an incredibly attentive, genuine, and knowledgeable server. Highly recommend!

From appetizer to dessert the flavours were out of this world good. Myself and a few friends came upon this place and we are extremely happy we did. The three of us all ordered something different for appetizers and we shared them amongst ourselves because each dish was very unique and amazing. Then our dinner came out and let me tell you, this was the best plate I had ever had. Every bite was pure bliss and perfection. The steak was melt in your mouth, even the vegetables and mashed potatoes were so flavourful. Every time our waiter would ask us how our meal was, I was almost in tears because it was that good. Then dessert came (probably didn't need it), but we thought to ourselves if everything tasted that good then we should take on the dessert to see if it was worth it just as much as everything else. Well now that was the biggest slice of cheese cake I had ever seen that both of my friends got and I went with the banana chocolate cake. But once again we shared our dessert and all our desserts were delicious. The cheese cake was absolutely amazing, melted straight away in your mouth and left you with a creamy velvety taste with just a hint of sweetness to it, Amazing. I really would like to thank the staff, our waiter and the cooks, definitely was a night to remember.

The food and drinks were stellar. One of the best steakhouses I’ve visited food wise. The mashed potatoes were heavy and thick. The steak had a perfect crust. The mushrooms were to die for. All drinks were beautifully made. The lobster bisque was less creamy than I’m used to, but had quite a few chunks of lobster. Service- reservation was for a birthday. No mention of the birthday was made by server or by hostess. We weren’t asked if we’d like dessert, the bill was brought to us right after dinner was cleared. We were disappointed in that respect. We thought service could have been better for that high of a price point; such as cleaning crumbs off table top between meals.

From booking the reservation to the valet, everything was perfect. The waiter was very nice and made us feel comfortable for our first time there, he suggested drinks based on our taste and the drinks were very delicious! The food was very tasteful as well only thing is the portions was a bit small. But overall great experience, my husband enjoyed his birthday dinner. Thank you to the staff that made this night amazing!

A excellent high end steak house service. - Valet parking services available. - Very nice atmosphere. - The crab cake was delicious and the filet mignon melts in your month. - Fantastic service and friendly staff. - I consider the restaurant to be on the expensive side (especially if you go with the high end cuts) but it was totally worth it. I had a lovely time in the restaurant and I strongly recommend it.

The food was great..I had the red snapper and crab cakes. First time eating red snapper and now that's my new fish to eat . Our server was great, she took great care of us..her name is Summer. The velvet cake was awesome..we was gonna get it to go but ate one piece and couldn't stop. Summer gave it to us since it was our wedding day. Summer is awesome.

Amazing place to dine with your date, friends, business parters etc. Extremely attentive service. 1st class. The Lobster Bisque is hands down the best I've ever had from any steakhouse I've been in the United States. Ocean Prime's lobster bisque is "weak" in comparison. (From both Orlando & Denver locations) Wonderful top shelf whiskey and very reasonable steak prices.

Came for the Chef series dinner. Food was amazing! Only complaint is thatthe steak was too well done. Should be medium rare when serving a group. Otherwise, just an amazing experience, as was before!

I've been looking forward to trying out this place and was glad to finally get here. The atmosphere was intimate and inviting. You notice that the place is huge, yet when you are seated, you feel as if no one can see you. That's the ideal date atmosphere. The drinks were tasty and strong, something that only happens when I prepare my own drinks. For appetizers, we had crab cake and maple glazed quail. For entree, we had shrimp scampi and NY strip along with mac/cheese, mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach. The crab cake was light on seasoning and texture. The quail was ridiculously amazing! The scampi was top notch, the steak(medium) was prepared with little seasoning. I usually like it without sauce but their peppercorn sauce was made by Jesus, so it was beyond amazing! The sides were also lightly seasoned. I'm not a huge fan of light seasoning unless accompanied by great texture. So know what you like before ordering. I was still satisfied with the food. I'm just splitting hairs at this point. Be prepared to spend a pretty penny though.

I am visiting from New Jersey and I am sure this is the best steakhouse I’ve ever been to. The food was absolutely delicious (especially the seafood dishes; the tuna was to die for!). Also, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere was energetic but not disruptive. The next time I come back to Texas I will definitely be coming here (and ordering another mammoth slice of cheesecake).

Upon arrival, the hostesses seemed frazzled but Sarah was an exceptionally good waitress and made sure we were taken care of. It was our anniversary dinner celebration. From the bar, we ordered a pear blossom and dirty martini then a bottle of wine with our meal. Complimentary sourdough bread was served as we were seated. We started with the crab cake then split a chopped salad. I chose the filet mignon and my husband had the ribeye. We shared au gratin potatoes and picked cream brûlée from the dessert list for our anniversary dessert. The portions were amazing and the flavor was outstanding. The manager came by to check on us at the end of our meal. Great food and service all around!

Great experience! Great ambiance! Great steak! Great service! I'd definitely come back again! Keep in mind valet is the only real parking option and make a reservation so you don't have to wait. Also, the creme brulee is amazing!

The food was incredible. Starters such as oysters/ crab cakes or lobster bisque is a must! The steak couldn't have been anything less then mouth watering. The crabcakes were crab-succulent!!!! I believe this place strongly encourages reservation. If your running short on time...no worries, Valet for $11 bucks added to your dinner tab.

First of all the atmosphere and staff were wonderful. However, the music was a touch loud. We felt the need to yell to have a conversation with our guest and waiters at tables next to us were having to yell to their tables about the specials etc. The bread is also not the best as it is hard and has no flavor. But the real reason we came here was to try the steak and boy did it deliver. The best steak I’ve had in Houston. It was incredibly tender and flavorful. I enjoyed the NY Strip and our guest enjoyed the Filet Mignon. The wild mushrooms and mashed potatoes were also delicious. The sides are great size for sharing. The red velvet cake and the crème brûlée was great. Highly recommend this restaurant and we will be back.

Took my wife here to celebrate our anniversary. I enjoyed my experience here. The service was great. The food was great. I will recommend not to do valet when the Astros are playing. We finished eating right around the time the game ended, and it took at least 30 min for them to get our car. We ate a crab cake, steak, some lobster Mac n cheese, and cheesecake for dessert. Everything was delicious. It did cost me $200+, but I wasn't even mad about it at the end of the night. Wouldn't recommend for a first date type situation. I'd definitely go back.

We celebrated our 40th Wedding anniversary dinner here. The staff was attentive and the food and drinks were delicious. I was looking forward to the Lobster Bisque and I was not disappointed. I also highly recommend the Red Snapper.
