😠 Not all that hype to be. If you have little kids for splash around.. maybe. Defense not for teens. They charge arm and leg for everything. $10 for each person to go on tiny trampoline. Not for family fun unless you want to spend a fortune. Do not order food there, it takes forever to get it.. everyt... People often mention water, time, area, pool, people, good, small, nice, party, great,

DO NOT GO! We went on Sunday for my birthday, and the only white sand is in the private spot for residents and most of the park has not even been built yet so it was very small and everything was super packed in and it was really not a good time. You can't spread out or swim or do any of the things that this site claims to be able to do. We even rented kayaks in the area of water we were able to kayak and was super small. We could not get anyone to answer our emails or calls or even help us while we were there because we tried to just go ahead and cancel our kayak reservation after we saw that we would really be able to go anywhere. Every seat was full and they overbooked it and it was an absolute miserable time.

The water itself is beautiful, but the service is horrible. For it to be a holiday, they were not prepared to accommodate the number of people they allowed access to. It took us over an hour to enter, and we arrived at 11am (opening). They didn't allowed outside food or drinks, but it took us an hour to order a drink at the bar, and almost an hour to order at one of the good trucks. They need to work on staffing for the future. Also, in addition to them not allowing outside food/drinks... They ran out of WATER. You can't bring your own water, and they don't have any to sell. Just soda and alcoholic drinks that taste like syrup.

Rented the serenity beach, pavilion, cabanas and surrounding area. The event was double booked on me twice.. first time I had to move my date, the second time , yesterday, I lost the cabanas and small pavilion and they gave me extended time. The barriers were not in place and people kept coming over. I spent so much time policing the event that it wasn’t enjoyable for me. The staff kept talking to me and explaining their limitations. It was horrible, the residents were rude and refused to leave. The food was horrible. My guest liked it. I hated it. I ordered 75 hamburgers they didn’t all come out. Neither did my hot dogs. The staff is nice and cordial, but there is no accountability. Friendly people, but once they loose control it is like they give up avoid you and send staff who take the brunt of your anger, but have no power for resolution. It was frustrating and over priced for the sub par service and not sure why the water was green yesterday. It is normally blue.. they didn’t keep the restroom with toilet paper.. I was supposed to have soda and water.. they took it away two hours before my event ended and didn’t allow me to bring in other drinks. For some reason I got some canned Gatorade that I never ordered. I had a bartender no one used . I opened up to the people who kept invading our party.. I ended my night having to get something to eat for me and my guest.

Racist staff even if you're a resident you will not get treated fairly. 1000% Do not recommend. If you're black please make sure your tags are up to date and you have proper identification. If you're not black you will have a great time and be able to do as you please you may not even need your entry tags!

I toured this place back in February or March as a potential wedding venue. It looked great from the pictures. I've always like the idea of a beach wedding but as all people who live in this region know, the beaches close by aren't that great. In addition ,many of our guests would be coming from out of town and we liked the proximity to the airport. The place is beautiful no doubt and gives "beachy" vibes, but my 1-star is for customer service. The person we toured with was Ross. If you look up this place on wedding websites, most of the good reviews are from 2018 which says a lot. To begin, Ross didn't come off as someone who was warm and friendly. . I remember asking him that once we start the process, will I have his contact in case I needed to ask him any questions. In his response, he made it seem like I was asking for his personal phone # to harass him. In addition, he took down our requested date and said he will send us an email of pictures of past events for inspiration and pricing. He never did, and when I followed up with an email reminding him a few days later, I received no response up until this point. Luckily, I am not someone who puts my eggs in one basket and a weekend later, we toured another venue in Conroe and said absolutely yes to it the next day! You know what drove our decision? Customer service! A lost art these days it seems.

Balmoral Crystal Clear Lagoon and Beach Club is the 1st of it's kind in Texas. Just opened in October, this place is unbelievable. It's perfect for weddings, anniversaries, and just about every corporate event you can think of. Surrounded by white sandy beaches and lush palm trees, it even has a sandy volleyball court which is next to a beautiful putting green. The clubhouse is incredible, which can host events up to 120 people with even a catering kitchen that is state of the art. This is a must see venue and will blow you away !!

The staff here is incompetent and RACIST. My family was not allowed to enter as we watched white residents wave their tags without properly being checked or identified. Sickening that you would do this in front of 3 and 8 year old crying children!!!!!!

We have always loved it here. Had our wedding in April as well. Changing my review from 5 to 3 because of the concern of new management. Waterfall doesn't work anymore. Filters not working correctly. Have never seen the water anything but crystal clear until the last couple weeks. Water turning greenish now and always full of debris. Water feels very hot and never did in Years past with these Temps. Hoping it doesn't get worse. We love spending the summers here whenever we can but it's getting very disappointing.

The lifeguards make you leave the pool every 1 hour sometimes every 30 min so they can take a break. Not sure why they won’t do adult swim..? Not enough umbrellas for lounge chairs not sure why they’re not that expensive. They barely have enough alcohol at the bar and won’t let you bring your own. The only thing good is the restaurant staff

Don’t move here. POA fees are through the roof. And that lagoon is accessible to anyone. The POA does nothing to regulate the bums in the neighborhood. No bueno aqui.

Significant rule changes for residents limiting their original “perks” while annual dues have gone up 15%. Summary cost more but you get less. Many of the new amenities cost extra too. Lagoon itself is nice when you learn the right time to come. It gets over crowded quickly though.

This place was so peaceful. On the day I went it was peaceful and serenity for me. I loved it for my first time. I will definitely being returning with my family. I paid $5 extra per person to kayak on the boats. And let the kids paddle ride (not sure what they are called) as long as they had a wrist band they were able to choose what activity they wanted to do that day. My twin daughters also went and played 🏐 volleyball that day with their cousins as well. If a resident its up to 8 people 4 free not including resident and the other 4 may have to pay $10-$25 per person for entry. Also, they have food and a bar that you can order from.

Humble Community pool. Stress relief - hammocks, beach chairs, putting green, reasonable day prices for 8 seat cabanas, soft sand and artificial turf.

My friend lives here and the community is nice but the lagoon was infested with very ghetto people. It’s small and certain areas are closed

it's not worth the price ! You have to pay of the deckchair $70/2 The swimming area is toooooo small and not deep at all ! I was surprised to not have enough space where to swim ! You have to PAY for All the other activities ! You have to pay for everything ( fortunately the restroom was free 😄) if you have a pool near by you, don't waste your money on this tiny pool

Brought my daughter to a birthday party in the Splash Pad location and she loved it. The children in the party were having so much fun running around enjoying the water in this hot weather. I would suggest if you are planning on renting this area for an event during summer to rent it in the evening. It gets very hot where the benches are located. Anyway, there's a restroom next to the benches for easy access which I loved. Plus a playground behind it which my daughter also enjoyed. I really like this party location idea because it has the playground and the water splash option for children to enjoy themselves. Parking was no issue to us which was a plus. Across the Splash Pad the lagoon beach is located and it just looks like so much fun. I can't wait to bring my husband sometime this year to enjoy the beautiful sand and water.

Please SAVE your money!! Overpriced and Underwhelming. I don’t know quite where to start. Traveled to Houston and thought This would be a great getaway from the city…would have been better off at the hotel pool. Overpriced - tickets are way overpriced for the quality of experience. Swimming/wading area is only a couple of feet deep and the areas for general water use is small. All of the extras are just that — Extra $$$$. We paid for several water activities but as others point out in their reviews, you have to time things perfectly to take advantage of them. We paid for excursions we didn’t get to use. The place is spread out and it takes carts to get from the cabana area to excursion area. The only problem o is that the carts come irregularly. Parking - parking is horrible. We were directed to a street parking area and then corralled to a long bus/shuttle line. There was no signage etc. we waited 20+ minutes for a Shuttle that had room and to get taken to the main gate where we were then informed that our tickets were for the other side (where we started from). We had to catch a shuttle back to that entrance. Signage and better customer direction/service could have helped us avoid this. Cabana - we paid for a cabana because there’s no non-paid seating. The cabana was Small/limited seating. No towel or water service etc. just a lace to sit, but a rather expensive place to sit. Food Ran Out - we finally got settled almost an hour after initially arriving and ordered food. 30 minutes later we are told that they had run out of food. Mind you,‘it’s only around noon at this time. There’s no reason on a Saturday that there should have been a shortage at that time of day. Pool - we decided that we would at least try to enjoy the water. Again, the pool swimming area is shallow and limited in space. Also, The liner at the bottom is bubbly and buckling throughout. Not a good experience. Last - Having had enough, we prepared to leave, but had to look for our server to close our tab for the handful of beverages we purchased. It took 15 minutes to find her. When I went to pay, she couldn’t find our receipt. She then Pulled about 50 debit cards from her pocket. These were cards of other patrons. It seemed very disorganized and very disheveled and unsecured. CONCLUSION - I’m sure some people have good experiences here, but ours was not. I spent nearly $750 for a backyard pool experience - maybe worse. This place could be great, but as constructed and operated, it felt like merely a sub-par cash grab to my Family.

The lagoon was nice but our cabanas power was out. The bar over charges for shot filled with ice and under serve the actual liquor 😳. The food trucks they had here burnt everything we order. I know it's bbq but there's a different from smoked and burned. I would double check to make sure everything is working before renting a cabana.

It's $10 in mission and it's like your own private little Paradise. There's two sandy beaches on either side of a gigantic pool with a waterfall, giving it a very tropical feel. There's also a regular pool for those who don't care for the island feel. They have reserved couches with canopies and I believe small refrigerators, but I'm not sure what the prices are for reserving one. There's plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas and hammocks to lay down on. There is also quite a few water fountains to use so you can wash off your feet. Although $10 is a great price to feel like you're on your own tropical Paradise the cost of food and drinks it's a bit pricey.

This is a nice place to take your family to. The only problem is they start at 11 AM and in the summer, that gets to be tricky as the heat in Houston gets serious by that time.

Price is way to high for the type of food and service. They want to try and keep it an upscale restaurant I get it but it's connected to the lagoon. Keep the awesome, delicious bar food such as voodoo fries, chicken wings, the grommet burgers.

Makes me feel like I’m not living in a truly landlocked neighborhood. My little oasis in Texas. More kids appropriate than for adults but great choice for parties and family get togethers

Very nice neighborhood amenities. Note, you much know someone that lives in the neighborhood to be a guest.

Food was good but cold. No reason to have cold fries and wings. They are fried so should always be fresh. I told the waitress and she had no clue how to respond. Seemed like she'd never eaten out before. My mom asked for additional dressing and never got it. She never brought additional water . She didn't even offer additional cocktails so they missed out on money. I assume she was new. Atmosphere is great. Has a lot of potential but the staff needs some training.
