de Boulle Houston has the best customer service of any jewelry store, Rolex AD, or Patek authorized retailer that I have ever visited. Robert was able to get me my 1st pick Rolex in the matter of a few months! He consistently spends as much time with me as I want to answer questions, discuss watches, or just talk about family. He shows a genuine interest in helping me get whatever I am after, and he will also text me updates on my orders. I would give de Boulle (and Robert) 10 stars if I could!

Not one to usually review (positive or negative) but I feel this is extremely warranted, de Boulle deserves every single bit of a 5/5 star rating. I've been wanting to get my first Rolex for quite a while now. Six or so years ago I put my name down for one at a different authorized dealer in the galleria with near zero knowledge about how the world of luxury watches worked. That employees didn't seem to care at all when a potential customer walked in. Now having something else to compare I think something particularly shady is going on with them. I seriously thought that must be how it is with watch brands like this... de Boulle showed me that's not the case. I walked into de Boulle for the first time a few months ago fresh off of another experience at the other store and was just amazed at the difference in service. An extremely nice guy named Robert chatted with me about watches for nearly half an hour, answering all my questions. No hard selling either, just a genuine good experience. I felt like royalty and I had never even spent a dollar there. I got a profile and on the list for a couple of different watches. On the way out I told Robert seriously, "The other store could call tomorrow with the most rare watch on the planet and I would refuse." He told me to come in anytime if I just want to grab a coffee and ask questions or browse jewelry. de Boulle fought for my business and yesterday I purchased my first Rolex from them. They absolutely earned that sale and my future business.

This review is long overdue but my wife and I want to thank Mako for assisting us this past year. He is very honest and knowledgeable in watches and fine jewelry and we have been blessed to have met him. I had a great experience with deBoulle. For the past year I have been looking for a Spring Drive Grand Seiko. I was working with Elaine and she was very helpful to find one and contact me once they had one available. She also helped me with adjusting the links and handled the watch carefully. Wonderful experience coming in for the first time. I was with my two daughters and were immediately greeted by Brent and Mako. They asked us if we wanted anything to drink and got us two waters for the girls. I came in looking for a specific Rolex which I know I had to wait for but Mako took his time to get my information, answer any questions that I had and ultimately got to know me. So much so, that I literally will not shop anywhere else for any jewelry and diamonds that my wife needs. Robert is the man! I had an outstanding experience with de Boulle (specifically Robert) this Thursday in getting my first ever Rolex watch. In my opinion, de Boulle is probably the best Rolex AD in the great Houston area. In the past couple of years, I have been to several different Rolex ADs in Houston trying to get my first Rolex. Among these, de Boulle always shares their most honest opinion and advice without hiding anything. This is particularly important to customers especially given the shortage of Rolex due to supply chain challenge ongoing. I truly recommend de Boulle and Robert. I recently had the best experience ever when purchasing a Rolex timepiece for my wife and I. Earlier this year Robert Jaros created a client profile for me and made a registry of interest for the watches I’m looking for, once my Rolex watch arrived he called me with the amazing news.
